    Don't bother, just got to touchstone or literally anywhere else. The staff is grossly and…read morenegligently incompetent and rude. 1. I realized I lived closer to richardson location than Dallas, so I called the dallas location where 2 separate doctors had sent orders for 2 separate mri. The dallas people said no problem we confirm both orders have come in and we'll just make it to where you can schedule them at richardson. 2. I call the richardson location they CONFIRM both orders but say there is a problem and they need my doc to send a new fax, so I call my doctor and she sends the order again. I call back and CONFIRM that both MRI are going to be done the same appointment. 3. An hour before my appointment they tell me they're running late and delay my appointment by 30 minutes. 4. When I get there they make me wait 40 minutes AND THEN tell me they only have one order. I tell them that their receptionist had confirmed both orders and the same appointment for both. They do a fake apology of the sorry not sorry sounds like your problem not ours. So I only do the one MRI. The tech was rude and combative and the manager was a spineless mgmt type. 5. To schedule the other one they tell me no location has ever had a second order and that I made a mistake or the doc made a mistake. I call the doctor and they explain with a confirmation number from gateway that the fax had been sent received and confirmed. The receptionist says it was sent to the wrong number which the doctor said to them was given to her by gateway themselves. 6. After I leave they find the order, call me to schedule. They tell me they cant even do that kind of mri in the first place which im pretty sure is a lie because they dont want to see me and acknowledge their mistake given that when I originally scheduled they named both orders and confirmed all the details at that location. 7. They tell me that a survey will follow after they schedule and to stay on the line to give my thoughts and then they immediately just hang up. All around incompetent, lazy, late, and incapable of accountability. As someone with chronic pain and too many doctors this place is more a barrier to health than a credible business. Wasted my time which i dont have enough of and my peace of mind which im trying to get back. Wholly unsatisfactory and the staff should be embarrassed. I will be letting all of my doctors know. Ive never had problems with touchstone and will refuse to go to gateway again. Ridiculous.

    What could've been a 5 ***** now deserves only ONE Star!…read more I went to Rayus for 3 X-rays (1 for each hand & 1 for my hip) - I was told that after insurance, my part was $40 - So, I paid that onsite (same day). Everyone was very nice, and I decided right then that going forward, THIS is where we will go for our Radiology needs Sands forward to today ... I received a call from their billing (collection) department saying I still had a balance and to please pay online or call them. I immediately pulled out all my paperwork and confirmed that MY portion stated "Patient responsibility is $40." I called the location directly, talked to Lisa in Billing - she told me that they bill "per scan/procedure" - I recapped the original conversation I had that same day... she said "Okay"..... (crickets) I said "Okay, what" she said "I'll make a note" I replied, "I don't owe that... I am not paying for that because, if I had been told that was the process, I would NOT have had the scans with Rayus (I'm sure they rely on people not knowing this - it's DOUBLE $$ for them!)! She said again, "Okay," I said, "Okay, what?"... she said, "I'll make a note that you're not going to pay it." I asked her... "So, if I were to get an MRI with & without contrast, would it be a separate billing (to insurance) for each one?" She said, "YES"! I said, "Well, that's dishonest and unethical..." (Guess what she said?) ..... Okay... "I said, "Okay, what?" lol (I can do this all day!) So basically, if you need more than ONE X-Ray, go somewhere that isn't trying to take advantage of you by lying about the charges!! As I read other reviews, I see that it's mostly about billing... which supports MY review!! I'll bet their billing & collections dept is FULLY staffed!! When it's a good review, it's not a billing issue... I am so disappointed that this turned out to be a scam-type Company ... just out to take advantage of folks needing radiology services. So much for wanting to use them in the future! I know I am NOT the only one that this has happened to... I will never go there again! I originally planned to write a good review... but being "nice" to customers isn't the big picture! There are SOOOOO many holes in their process... Here are a few... 1) If I had 3 X-rays, why was there only ONE invoice to ME, but multiple to the insurance Company? 2) I was quoted a cost... but they billed otherwise 3) Where's the Customer Service? "Okay," is that all you have to say to a Customer? ALWAYS ADVOCATE FOR YOURSELF... ask questions, get it in writing, get copies of what charges you are quoted! They really don't care about YOU ... you're JUST an account #. At the END of the call, she said, "This call was recorded!! GREAT - I hope they call me!

    Here's the story, I went in to prime diagnostics. The form my doctor filled out does not have an…read morearea to select elbow, it's Prime's form. So they wrote forearm and bicep. I spoke with the technician prior to the MRI and made sure she was aware that I needed to have it for my lower forearm all the way up to my upper bicep. Because that's where the injury was. She said she would do her best. When I went in to have my MRI read by the orthopedic surgeon, he said the MRI wasn't good and even the report given by Prime states that it does not capture the rupture area "unfortunately, the scan does not cover the distal most insertion". Which is where the rupture occurred. I've been calling and leaving messages at both doctors offices and prime for 2 days trying to get them to re-do the MRi they messed up at no cost to me. i paid cash. Both doctors offices said that they had reached out to prime and not heard back. I spoke with the Prime scheduling department supervisor and the billing supervisor. They kept referring me back to the other departments. I have a short window to complete this surgery but Prime is not providing a good service. I may have to go elsewhere and pay out of pocket again. So frustraing!
