Always an impeccable experience. Nurses & technicians are always kind and discrete. Quick with results too (which is always appreciated).

It was a little tricky to get someone on the phone for an appointment but once I did, the process…read morewas smooth sailing from there. I was able to get in the next morning. The office was a nice atmosphere. I was brought right back after filling out my forms. Staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I loved getting to choose the music I wanted to listen to and appreciated them giving me time estimates throughout the MRI. The cost was higher than I anticipated but I do feel like I received quality care in exchange.

What could've been a 5 ***** now deserves only ONE Star!…read more I went to Rayus for 3 X-rays (1 for each hand & 1 for my hip) - I was told that after insurance, my part was $40 - So, I paid that onsite (same day). Everyone was very nice, and I decided right then that going forward, THIS is where we will go for our Radiology needs Sands forward to today ... I received a call from their billing (collection) department saying I still had a balance and to please pay online or call them. I immediately pulled out all my paperwork and confirmed that MY portion stated "Patient responsibility is $40." I called the location directly, talked to Lisa in Billing - she told me that they bill "per scan/procedure" - I recapped the original conversation I had that same day... she said "Okay"..... (crickets) I said "Okay, what" she said "I'll make a note" I replied, "I don't owe that... I am not paying for that because, if I had been told that was the process, I would NOT have had the scans with Rayus (I'm sure they rely on people not knowing this - it's DOUBLE $$ for them!)! She said again, "Okay," I said, "Okay, what?"... she said, "I'll make a note that you're not going to pay it." I asked her... "So, if I were to get an MRI with & without contrast, would it be a separate billing (to insurance) for each one?" She said, "YES"! I said, "Well, that's dishonest and unethical..." (Guess what she said?) ..... Okay... "I said, "Okay, what?" lol (I can do this all day!) So basically, if you need more than ONE X-Ray, go somewhere that isn't trying to take advantage of you by lying about the charges!! As I read other reviews, I see that it's mostly about billing... which supports MY review!! I'll bet their billing & collections dept is FULLY staffed!! When it's a good review, it's not a billing issue... I am so disappointed that this turned out to be a scam-type Company ... just out to take advantage of folks needing radiology services. So much for wanting to use them in the future! I know I am NOT the only one that this has happened to... I will never go there again! I originally planned to write a good review... but being "nice" to customers isn't the big picture! There are SOOOOO many holes in their process... Here are a few... 1) If I had 3 X-rays, why was there only ONE invoice to ME, but multiple to the insurance Company? 2) I was quoted a cost... but they billed otherwise 3) Where's the Customer Service? "Okay," is that all you have to say to a Customer? ALWAYS ADVOCATE FOR YOURSELF... ask questions, get it in writing, get copies of what charges you are quoted! They really don't care about YOU ... you're JUST an account #. At the END of the call, she said, "This call was recorded!! GREAT - I hope they call me!

I wish there was a way to give this unethical place a zero stars. The tech completely lied after a…read morepet scan yesterday. I called her out on the FDG uptake only being 20 minutes and she said that is the normal time. I said no, the instructions says 60 minutes. She says I was mistaken. This is after my mom came out in 40 minutes from start to finish on a pet scan that should take a minumum of 1 hour and 15 to 1 hour 20 minutes. I tried addressing it again today once I googled and discovered that 20 minutes will be a compromised test and then they decided to cover their butt and write that it was due to my mom and not the tech rushing it because she needed to leave and take the next 2 days off due to a family emergency. I feel like this is insurance fraud. Billing for something that was not preformed as insurance paid for. I will be addressing it with the insurance tomorrow. I cannot belive how unprofessional this place is. Also the tech thinks she knows more than the doctor and at first refused to do this test because she felt as a tech she knew better than the doctor. I fell she intentionally sabotaged the test. I tried to handle it internally but when I received the report today and they wrote, "due to patient factors, the f-18 FDG tracer uptake period was limited to approximately 32 minutes rather than the standard 50 to 50 minutes". I couldn't belive my eyes when I read that after I went back and talked to the tech about it only taking 20 minutes for the uptake tracer. She flat out said all it needed was 20 minutes. A bald faced lie. I am truly disgusted at how unethical this woman was and then to cover it up. Oh it wont be covered up, I'll make sure of that. Everything is documented nowadays and when things are edited that is also tracked, so I will make sure this never happens to anyone else and she is held accountable and pays for this pet scan out of her own pocket, like she deserves to for intentionally sabotaging it. And the worst part is they know my moms situation and that she leaves the country tomorrow and can't juat simply go back and redo it. Stay clear of this place. I belive the techs name is Shelly and the gal who covered it up is Taylor after I notified her this morning that I googled the tracker uptake time and sent her screenshots that in fact it isnt 20 minutes but a minumum of 50 is protocol. I still can't believe they lied and blamed it on my elderly mom. Also not only did they lie saying it was approximately 32 minutes but that too is a cover up. It was exactly 20 minutes because it was timed, she told. Y mom she set a timer for 20 minutes then she came back in the room and started the scan. We also have a time stamp of when we finished checking in and when she paid. Roughly 40 minutes in total.
