She never for once made a statement that showed she believed anything I complained about. She kept insinuating that it was in my head and the employees did not engage in unprofessional behaviors. I told her that if she does not have camera with sound on it then she cannot verify if what I am saying is wrong. She was not there and did not go through what I went through. I have never felt so uncomfortable before in my life and I did not deserve to be mocked and made fun of. All I did was come in for mammogram and was humiliated and used for amusement. Instead of staff working they were preoccupied with socializing and fraternizing. This is unacceptable and management should worry about retraining their staff and maybe employing more professional ones. Instead they don't feel their staff is wrong in anyway and think the customer is the problem! I was not happy with the conversation that Nora had with me and as a manager she is not going to do anything to rectify the situation. Instead she called to offer an insincere apology and told me that she is sorry I felt that way I did. Do better! Pls. Unacceptable!

This is my 2nd go-round (technically 3rd) at the Women's Imagining Center…read more I had a 3D mammogram done here a year & 1/2 ago. I needed to return for a second exam that visit. The phone call requesting a return visit provided a few days of angst, but all ended up well. Here I am again this year. The reception, check in & practitioners have been fabulous on all visits. My practitioner even remembered me from 18 months ago.....Wow! There is PLENTY of room for family members or providers to accompany you on your visit. There is coffee and magazines. I had to fill out one set of paper-docs for my DEXA. They have switched to pretty cool electronic check in docs for a mammogram. They hand you an iPad, you check some boxes & viola. Once it's time for your exam, clients are taken to a changing area with keyed-lockers to store your items (Thank You from single gals everywhere!) They have these 1/2-length, cape-style garments for mammograms which make it a little more convenient to hit those poses for the squish. There are also some longer more traditional hospital-like garments with sleeves for other exams or mobility/modesty issues.....don't be shy....get your mammogram cape on! You're a self-care super hero for being there. Once changed, clients remain in a separate waiting area until their exam. When you are done, collect your things from the locker, change & you're done. Don't forget to leave the key!! The mammogram sincerely not that bad at all. I'm not sure why there are so many stories of super-squishy pain. That hasn't been my experience(s). ** Do not wear garments with metal from the waist-down for DEXA....get your yoga pant day on ladies! On the day of the mammogram, do not apply lotions, creams or deodorant. I remember seeing personal wipes last year. I didn't see those this year. If you have to work or run around before your appointment, I think applying deodorant & bringing wipes would work out well. I saw a few ladies that use canes. I did not see anyone that used a wheelchair. Regardless, I have no doubt that they facilitate exams for anyone with mobility issues. No excuses! Get your exams done. If not for you, do it for your family and all the ladies (& men!) diagnosed in the time since your last exam! Best of health to all.......

Got a call stating they don't take my insurance because they are such a new facility so I got referred to the location at Lovers and Greenville. However when I received the call from them I was referred to the one on Merit. Ok so I got confirmation for this location. Than the emails and text messages started. Averaging at 5 text messages and 3 to 4 emails a day till my appointment. Can I tell how annoying that is. Apparently when I showed up for my appointment and told them they just needed to merge my file, really. Also when I tried calling them the person who answered was laughing and really wasn't listening to me. She said come in 15 minutes early to complete your paperwork. You know it would have been nice if this person cared enough to look at my information and notice the problem and corrected it. Now once I got in the check in was smooth and easy. Facility was great and clean. The two ladies that did my scan were great.

Envision Imaging has several locations in the Dallas / Ft. Worth metropolitan area. I chose the…read moreDallas location for convenience. They are located in a high rise office building close to Highway 75 and Medical City. The visitor parking is a few rows back from the building. It is clearly marked, but still easy to get to the building. My nurse practitioner put in a request for an x-ray on my right foot that I have been hobbling in pain on since July. I received a text message from Envision Imaging just a few hours after my medical appointment with my nurse practitioner. The text had a link to the electronic checkin. I was able to fill out all of the paperwork online and in advance of the appointment for the x-ray. I was thrilled to find out that they are open on Saturday mornings. You can easily book an appointment online, but if you need to schedule a same day or next day appointment, you have to call. I called and someone answered right away. The representative was able to book me an appointment the very next day. The facility is on the ground floor of the high rise office building. The waiting room had plenty of space and was nicely decorated. There was a television for those who wanted to pass the time. I didn't wait long. There were two staff members at the desk. One checked me in and took my payment. Both were friendly and upbeat. The technician called my name soon afterwards. She wore all black except bright pink gloves. She reviewed my medical history and then had me hop up on the table to do a few x-rays on my foot. The table was at a low level which made it easier to get on. I did have to configure leg and foot in various positions so that she could capture all angles. No protective lead shield apron was provided. Apparently the equipment is calibrated and directed so it doesn't irradiate my entire body unnecessarily. The capture process was mere seconds. After three or four shots in different positions, I was done. I had arrived 15 minutes early for my 10:45 am appointment. They were so quick and efficient that I was actually done with everything BEFORE 10:45. Wow! What great service!

Long story short, we came in at 3 am for major abdominal pain for my boyfriend. He could barely move, they did their routine questions and when asked he admitted he does smoke marijuana on occasions and she jumped to "well thats probably your issue" the male nurse also agreed with her and from that point on they were very stand offish. They just assumed they knew what was wrong and wrote off his pain. He assured them he knows his body and he knows its something more serious but the blonde also insisted its her job and she does this everyday. Anyways in the end we ended up being moved facilities to have his APPENDIX REMOVED. Any one whos had the procedure and issues knows the pain. It was very unprofessional and unpleasant. We've never felt more uncomfortable in a doctors vicinity for simply being honest. Just be careful with some of the nurses here and trust your gut, because they will try to write you off and act like they are the doctors to end up being COMPLETELY WRONG.
