I will never come back to this place. I tried it and never again, I should've stuck with touchstone. Horrible miscommunication, and no accountability especially from Cheyenne. Instead of saying sorry for the miscommunication she tried to make it out to be my fault. The only positive was the sono tech. The staff here at Envision,are pretty incredible. I saw my surgeon postop on December 23 and there is swelling in my leg so he sent me for an ultrasound. Envision called me right after my appointment to schedule me, there was a cancellation for the same day and so I was able to get my ultrasound done. The staff are knowledgeable, welcoming, and everything was done in a very timely manner. I will definitely start scheduling all my imaging with Envision. read more

My pain management specialist sent me to this place since it was much closer than going to Dallas. Everyone was kind and helpful. I was there for a series of x-rays and two MRIs. They did an excellent job at caring for me. read more

I needed a Sonogram on my breast due to a lump and pain. I've had this appointment for a month now, they called me at 1:30 on Friday letting me know they had to reschedule my appointment, which my appointment was for 8:00 Monday morning, because the doctor needed to resend over the order because there was no mammogram on it, just a Sonogram. The girl said they have been calling for a month to get a revised order sent over and no response. Common sense after 2 weeks of calling the doctor's office and received no response, you would think they would have called me letting me know the issue, so I the patient could have called and got something done. She said the last resort is calling the patient and letting them know. This is unacceptable, like i told them i was in pain and had a lump, so now it will take me another month to get in and have this lump looked at. Envision you need to relook at the policy and the steps you have in place for issues like this. This is something serious, but now adays the workers in the office have attitudes or don't care about helping people. You probably lose allot of business because of the staff in the front. read more

Great location and Friendly staff.(Sunnyvale location) Procedures always explained and I get a LOT of tests and procedures done so believe me I rate them as I see them. I had to get a Ultrasound done that my PCP submitted on 6/5/2024 and on 6/6/2024 Envision Imaging received the request in the morning and I also received an email and I called them and they were able to schedule me the same day for an Ultrasound that afternoon. By far this Imaging facility is the best site I have been to, the fact that I have never had an ultrasound done before this site has set the standard for me on how it should be done for future imaging procedures for me and my family. The technologist explained clearly what was going to take place and kept a clear dialog throughout the procedure. The front staff also took the time to explain any billing questions and pointed out to me immediately that I had met my deductible after this procedure. They also take many forms of payment. I highly recommend this facility for any imaging needs. read more

Easy to make an appt. Called them when I got there and they told me to come right in. Signed in, waited 3 or 4 minutes and was escorted to the changing room. Waited less than 1 minute, after putting on gown and was led to the ct scanner. Technician explained procedure prior to going into the ct machine. Was over in about 15 minutes. They were quick, professional, courteous, and kept you informed about procedures each step of the way. read more
