    Here's the story, I went in to prime diagnostics. The form my doctor filled out does not have an…read morearea to select elbow, it's Prime's form. So they wrote forearm and bicep. I spoke with the technician prior to the MRI and made sure she was aware that I needed to have it for my lower forearm all the way up to my upper bicep. Because that's where the injury was. She said she would do her best. When I went in to have my MRI read by the orthopedic surgeon, he said the MRI wasn't good and even the report given by Prime states that it does not capture the rupture area "unfortunately, the scan does not cover the distal most insertion". Which is where the rupture occurred. I've been calling and leaving messages at both doctors offices and prime for 2 days trying to get them to re-do the MRi they messed up at no cost to me. i paid cash. Both doctors offices said that they had reached out to prime and not heard back. I spoke with the Prime scheduling department supervisor and the billing supervisor. They kept referring me back to the other departments. I have a short window to complete this surgery but Prime is not providing a good service. I may have to go elsewhere and pay out of pocket again. So frustraing!

    I've been here twice, the first time for myself and the second time for my fiancée. The first time…read morea male nurse at the er side called my named but sighed and looked like he did not want to be there. He was rolling his eyes and being all down. A nurse saw that and took over. We came back today and unfortunately we have this guy. He acts so depressed like he hates his job and has not smiled or anything once. All the other nurses are being kind and nice but when we ask him anything he just gets upset to the point we are not asking any questions and just want to check out and go somewhere else. We literally asked where cysts come from and he rolls his eyes, sighs and says "I don't know." I understand nursing is hard. But when it comes to the point where every time I come in he is acting the same way, we shall take our business elsewhere so we don't burden this guy with work or cause him any more rudeness towards us. People come here feeling their worst just to be treated like trash from a dude with a bad hairline who has to cover it with a bandana.
