Ambiance: The acoutics of this building structure amplify the nouse level and though I ordered my food to eat in, I instantly regretted it. Too too Noisy! We came to Cena to try their seasonal items that I kept seeing on their social media pages and I'm so glad I did! I let them choose which tamale I got, I think it was green chile. We also ordered pozole, asada fries and their incredible horchata to tame the spice. Their pozole was sooooo good! The broth was rich, flavorful and I fully enjoyed every single bite. This was easily one of the best, if not THE BEST pozole I've ever had. The tamale had excellent flavor as well and the masa was the perfect texture. Located within the Whittier Brewing House hall lots of seating inside with some pinball machines. This spot is located in the back corner near the restaurants. Don't let the location fool you, this place was SO good! Thanks to Yelp we found this place!. We got the 4 taco combo with 4 different"meats" and Carne Asada big burrito. Absolutely delicious and so flavorful. Don't let the vegan name fool you. It's better and more flavorful than the real deal. Located in the Whittier Brewing Company Building. Very reminiscent of Manhattan city. Cafeteria style place plenty of seating. It's been a few months since I'd had food here, but I do recall how lovely it was. The employees were all very kind and ready to offer up suggestions and explain the different proteins and offer their suggestions. I will say that though it is neat how everyone shares a space in this building, it is super hectic! Getting a table with room for your party is sometimes so difficult and I have a hard time hearing, so in the few times I'd eaten from here, I would take my meal to go. Last time I was here, I had the Big Vegan Burrito and as someone who pretty regularly enjoys big wet burritos, the burrito did not disappoint. I the flavors within it left little to be desired and I was full for the rest of the day. I look forward to returning to try those asada fries! read more

Best carne asada burrito I've had in a long time. And I'm not even vegan. And I ate over half of it at room temperature five hours after it was made--but it held up, it was that good. Huge portions and good for the price. The market-style venue is atmospheric and loaded with options and seating, accompanied by slightly overpowering and unusual music that you will have to yell over. But it forces you to get closer to the people you're with so it really still makes for a good time. Great for everyone. I'd drive a good amount of hours to eat this food again. The gentleman who took our order was very friendly and patiently answered all of our questions. This place impressed me because the vegan meat tastes authentic. I had 4 tacos for $14 and added their cashew crema bf guacamole for an added touch. The plate was filling and flavorful. We also tried their horchata and agua de Jamaica (hibiscus) which were also very good. Overall, a great place to enjoy without sacrificing flavor especially if you're vegan or vegetarian.
