When I picked it up, he had repaired the front screen which was already fine and left the back screen, the actual problem, untouched. It became an even bigger headache from there. The repair somehow got tangled up with my phone insurance claim, and I've spent hours trying to sort it out. I would not recommend this shop. Confirm exactly what they're fixing, in writing, before you hand over your device.

I would give zero stars if that were an option. Toys Wireless is hands down one of the most…read moreunprofessional, poorly run, and unreliable businesses I've ever dealt with. This store opens late constantly, and even when the doors are unlocked, no one is ever at the front. You walk in and just stand there wondering if anyone even works there. No greeting, no acknowledgment, no customer service--nothing. It feels like customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason the business exists. Simple tasks like paying a phone bill or fixing a device turn into a drawn-out, confusing mess every single time. The staff either doesn't know what they're doing or simply doesn't care. There's zero consistency in pricing--I've been quoted different prices for the same service, which immediately raises red flags. It feels misleading at best. The biggest issue is their claim about "original parts." Do not believe it. Even when you specifically request and pay extra for original parts, the device never works the same afterward. Performance is worse, issues appear that weren't there before, and nothing feels factory-correct. Based on my repeated experiences, I strongly believe customers are not receiving the parts they're paying for. There is also no transparency about what's being installed, no proof of authenticity, and no accountability when problems happen after the repair. Once they have your money, you're basically on your own. The entire operation feels disorganized, careless, and unprofessional--from how the store is staffed, to how pricing is handled, to how repairs are done. I've visited multiple times hoping things would improve, and they never did. Every visit somehow managed to be worse than the last. If you value your phone, your money, or your time, avoid this place completely. There are plenty of legitimate wireless and repair shops in Phoenix that actually respect customers and stand behind their work. This is not one of them.

I had contacted the Apple Store for a new screen and was informed that the watch would need to be sent away for diagnosis and evaluation. I would be without the watch for up to a month or so. In addition I figured that it would be a costly repair.... and inquired about using it as a trade-in if they determined that the watch was fine except for the broken screen. No... they would not consider that. I decided to try Rapid iPhone Repair. They quoted me 2 prices. One if the phone only needed the screen repair and another if there were additional issues. When I picked the watch up, they charged me for the screen replacement and said that the watch was fine. They did the job in one day. They did not try to upcharge. They were very professional and displayed integrity, I recommend this repair shop without any reservations. I would certainly take any Apple product there for repair (cross my fingers that I do not need to). I am quite certain that if they were unable to repair the device, they would tell me.... and be able to refer me to another place,

When I came to pick it up I couldn't input the passcode, they took it back to fix that issue. Weeks went by without hearing from them so I returned and they told me sorry they couldn't fix it and unfortunately with small electronics sometimes things get broken. So they gave it back held together with rubber bands. Basically a paperweight. Beware when giving them your electronics for repair.

When I picked it up, the problem still wasn't fixed. I went back and explained that none of my chargers were working with the phone. Instead of diagnosing the phone, they tried to tell me that every single one of my chargers needed to be replaced and insisted there was nothing wrong with the phone. That makes no sense. Clearly, the issue is with the phone, not every charger I own. They didn't actually repair anything and didn't take responsibility for the unresolved problem. I paid for a "repair" that was not done, and now I still have a phone that won't charge. Very disappointed with the service and lack of effort to actually fix the issue

No big deal, I wait 45 minutes and drive to the shop, and when I arrive I give the guy a call and he says it'll be another 35 minutes. I sat and waited in the parking lot for that 35 minutes because it was too far from home and not a long enough time to drive there and back. That's the reason for 4 stars. The guys there did a good job on both phones, but they were unrealistic on time. When I said I was bringing my Note 2 in as well (an extra $80 repair), they didn't seem that enthused, but it appears to be working well. I wish they would have given me a timeframe on how long that would've taken because I wound up spending a solid three hours at their shop either sitting in my truck or just waiting on the Note 2's screen to "cure". It's a quality repair place - just give the customer a heads up on how long things take.

Absolutely do not--under any circumstances--do business with this company. They don't always fix…read morethings correctly, but the biggest issue is the owner's greed and lack of integrity. My family and I have had the displeasure of doing business with this company 3 times, but I'll just share the issues I've had. Encounter #1: I bought an iPhone 4S off of Craigslist from the owner. I didn't know who he was--it was just your standard Craigslist transaction. The screen had a greenish tint--some other kind of glass? He said it was better, but I can tell you what wasn't better--the screen protruded further than the OEM glass, so the phone would NEVER be able to fit into a normal, protective case. Little did I know I'd be meeting him again. Encounter #2: A few months later, I found that the Facetime had never worked on the phone. Something wrong with a microphone . . . . I searched Craigslist for an iPhone repair person, and that led me to these guys. I brought the phone in. They "fixed" it. I took it home. It wasn't fixed. I took it back at least one more time (might have been two more times) before they actually fixed it correctly. By the end of this encounter, I was pretty frustrated with them. But wait--there's more. I needed two little screws for the bottom of an iPhone 4. How much did he charge me for these 2 little screws? $5. I suppose that price wasn't so bad . . . IF I WAS BUYING 200 OF THEM. But I paid it--I just didn't want to ever see him again. As I left, I thought to myself . . . "hey . . . is this the same guy I bought the phone from????" It sure was. Never, ever, ever do business with these charlatans.
