I do IT support for a living, so I've tried fixing my own broken screens ordering parts off Amazon or eBay. And twice now I've had to bring our phones in to Willowbend to visit Mo and let him swap out my cheap parts with quality ones! It also takes me like 1 hr to "try" and replace a screen, while Mo can do it in under 30 mins usually (seems like a lot less last time I waited in the store). I was looking up the contact info for Cellaris to call about some iPad repairs I need done for clients and was floored to see the negative reviews here. Absolutely don't trust them - I'm not sure if the people are just judgmental or difficult or worse, but I have VERY high expectations for customer service... and Cellaris consistently EXCEEDS my expectations. In fact, my iPhone was just serviced by Apple Southlake and they had to replace the screen and when finished I had all sorts of residue at the top like a rookie replaced it. That made me appreciate Mo's work all the more. So, if you're narrow minded or prejudiced and don't want to do business with someone not born in the US, find a different store... otherwise, if you want a quality repair Cellaris is a great option! read more

I took my daughter's Android phone here to have a cracked screen replaced ($185 repair). The button below the screen was loose after the repair. Unfortunately we didn't notice till after we got home. We took it back the next day, buy the sales guy insisted it was normal. He said it was because the replacement part was cheap, and not original Samsung hardware. FAST REPAIRS! however.... I brought in a iPad to replace the cracked screen. The job was done well, and the cost was about $100, which is what I thought based on the size of the device. A week later, I took my daughters iPhone 5s in, to replace the cracked screen. When it was time to pay it was $110.....I was confused, it cost MORE to fix then the iPad..... I thought it would cost less, since the screen replacement is a lot smaller than the iPad. I am not a expert in this field of mobile repair....maybe there was some complications, this maybe why is cost more. Came in on Black Friday and got the replacement screen. One month later, the screen falls off and I brought it in to redo. No cracks or anything but the screen just fell off. I am wondering where I read the reviews for this place as I am usually an informed consumer when it comes to things like this. They said they will redo it and I will update my review again once I can validate that the redo is of better craftmanship. My update is not a month later of having it replaced again. The screen started to peel and is now functionally separated from the phone. The Apple warranty is void when I trusted Cellaris to repair it. So, I would have to replace it for 299 instead of 109. Just a terrible, horrific experience gone wrong in every imaginable way. Worst part is I paid MORE than how much Apple would have charged for a screen replacement. I had a shattered IPhone 7 plus and took it in, charged me $108 which was less than most places i had researched. Did a decent job however they do not use screens from apple so I now have a pale/gray undertone to my phone screen. Make sure the store uses apple supplied screens before repairing your phone, disappointed that the employees neglected to tell me the screen wouldn't look like a normal apple phone screen anymore until after I confronted them about it. read more

I got a deal for 110 to repair my screen and replace my battery. Many things went wrong. The screen was defected and the battery wouldn't charge. So I went back the next day and got them both replaced. My screen cracked 3 days after in my pocket. They wouldn't replace it. The battery started dying at 30% as well. Their products aren't great quality. It's been a month and I'm writing this review Bc my screen just got a giant crack through the middle for dropping it on my desk while texting. 6inch drop and I get a giant crack. I got a phonecase from Cellairis in Willowbend mall this past weekend. The customer service was prompt. I originally had an clear otterbox phone cover that had started to yellow. It didn't last as long as I had wanted it to. I told this to the associate who was helping me. I wanted something durable, drop "resistant", and affordable. He sold me on a protective rose gold pink case that is Cellairis brand. It's been four days and the color is already scratching off of the case. It is really bad quality for a $25 dollar case. With the quality I would have expected this case to be more like $5. Don't buy Cellairis brand phone covers!! read more

Took my iPhone in (July 2018) to have the cracked screen replaced and decided to have a new battery installed as well. Once I got it back I noticed the digitizer/screen would lock up unexpectedly and I'd have to wait for it to go to sleep before I could activate the screen again. Also, the battery life didn't improve after the "replacement" of the battery. In fact it seemed to decrease with only about 3-4 hours of battery life after a "new" battery was installed. Took it back and they said they would replace the screen and battery again under the 90 day warranty (August 2018). After the second replacement still screen locks and continued terrible battery life. I took the phone to Batteries+ today (September 2018) and had the screen and battery replaced again and the technician showed me the battery he removed/replaced in my phone that was installed by Cellairis. It is a Apple OEM battery from 2017 with T-Mobile stickers on it (my phone is a Verizon phone, purchased from the Apple store). So, it appears that Cellairis installed a 1-2 year old used battery in my phone. Be aware and confirm parts used for repairs by this location, and needless to say I won't be going back to Cellairis for any future services. read more

We used this service provider at the Colin Creek Mall in Plano TX. I dropped my phone and the screen was cracked/damaged and black. Couldn't see anything. There was nothing else wrong with it. We took it to this provider based on Google reviews (we did not look on Yelp, wished we had). Terrible parts and service in general. The staff was not professional in that they kept lying to us and saying the phone was ready but it was not. Instead of calling us to let us know they were still working on it OR that they didn't know how to fix it would have been a more honest and respectful thing to do. Let's start at the beginning. On a Saturday, the young man working here said that he could have the phone done by end of day. Once we went to pick it up, he said the next day. We went the next day and were told that the young man meant "Monday". Second: We went Monday and they tried to give us the phone saying it was fixed. Fixed to them meant the screen was no longer cracked or black but the touch tone features did not work. We were told that if they didn't get it fixed by the next day, there would be no charge. Third: we went back on Tuesday, the phone "wasn't ready". No one called to tell us this. We rush from working miles away to get our phone. They said it would be ready on Wednesday. Fourth: we went back on Wednesday. The phone looked good, you could see the screen was not cracked, the touch tone feature worked, all appeared normal. We were charged $125. Once we got home however, the phone still wasn't in working order. We couldn't dial out; kept saying "emergency calls only". We got a message saying our SIM card was missing. It looked as though there were no new texts or phone calls since we dropped the phone off (interesting??) and no one could get through to text or call the phone. None of that was the problem before we dropped the phone off. AND, we can't look at the internet like before. There is something written in the background on a white screen every time we try to use it. Don't know what that is??? Don't know if we even have the exact same parts we left them with. Needless to say, paid money for phone almost more worse off than when we took it there. Not again. Now we have to get a new phone!!! If you decide to use this service provider anyway, please check your phone completely before you leave. Looks are deceiving. read more

I needed to replace the screen on my iPhone6+ and expected to pay around $100. The gentleman explained all I needed was a new protective glass shield for $25. Sales representative claimed that they guaranteed the I phone glass not to break if dropped due to the fact that the protective glass would break first (the phone was in a protective case that I purchased there as well). A week later I accidentally dropped the phone when getting out my car and it did break the phones glass. Went to store and the Manager said I must have done something extreme and that never happens so they would not replace or take any responsibility and that their sales people would never make a claim like that. I am very upset with the product that they are selling. Two weeks ago I took my iPhone 6 Plus into the location at the Collin Creek Mall. The screen was shattered, but responding to touch. They replaced my screen for $140 w/ tax. I chose this option as it was slightly less expensive than Apple and I could get it done immediately. Today there was a hairline crack on the screen and suddenly 1/3 of my screen was not responding to touch. I took it back and asked for a warranty repair, which was denied because of the crack. He said that the warranty only covers defects. How does a screen, which gets a crack in it from being in my pocket not considered defective? He even acknowledged that there was no impact point indicating a drop. I carried my original phone in my pocket for 3 years and it only cracked after a drop. Two weeks in my pocket and the screen cracked. The product that is being sold is very low quality. He was "kind" enough to replace it at 1/2 price, after he shamed me for not getting the tempered glass. He then had the nerve to try and upsell me again after the repair. I was charged an Apple premium for a cut rate product. Instead of saving me $10 and a few hours of time, it cost me an extra $60 and a second trip to get it repaired. read more

A+++++ Caring and honest service. Came to get a new battery for my iphone 6. Turned out, after they replaced it three times for me, AND the charging port, that it was my phone's motherboard that was defective. When I took my dead phone to Apple for help, they offered absolutely no solution for getting the data off my phone. Just said too bad, so sad, you need to buy another one for $300. I went back to Cellaris. They opened the phone, recharged the battery for me, and were able to help me download data from my worthless phone to a new one. At no extra cost. My wife had smashed the screen on her IPad. The frame was also cracked. First, we checked with Apple. It wanted close to the price of a new IPad, and we would only have gotten back a refurbished unit. CELLAIRIS replaced the screen and the frame for very reasonable with a warranty. I was very impressed when I went in to fix my phone. I have been to several other locations, but the one at willow bend is far better managed than the rest of the north Dallas locations; they were extremely polite and had about a 15 minute turn around (the other locations had my phone for at least an hour). Also, I got a really good deal on a new case for the phone. I had a great experience with these guys and I would recommend going here over any of the other Dallas/ Plano areas. read more
