Great place to get an honest answer if your having issues with your phone. Very informative and helpful with recommendations for a cost effective replacement when needed. Thank you for the great service Dr. Phone!!! read more

Had my broken screen replaced. Quick friendly service. However, the company uses third party parts and not authorized Apple parts. Not a problem but now I have the #1 with Red Dot located above my Settings Tab. In other words it now looks like there's an update waiting to be loaded. But in fact it's not. The message reads " Display Not Recognized". Unfortunately that message and icon and will not go away. The Dr states they can't do anything about that. So far the phone is working fine. But if you want your phone to be returned without unwanted notices then seek out someone who uses authorized parts Apple Parts and service. If you don't care then this is the place for you. Under NEW management. Buyer beware. I used them to change a screen out on my phone. A few weeks later my phone would not charge, kind of suspicious. I brought it back in and it took them 5 days to tell me what was wrong, the mother board they said. The guy was very rude, talking over me while I was trying to tell him I was not going to pay another 150.00 for repairs on a phone I just spent 150.00 repairing. They don't respect other people property either. I had showed him the charger I was using, while he was evalutating my phone. He took it over the counter, when I left, I realized I had left it behind.when I came back the second time to see if my phone was evaluated, he was using my charger on HIS computer, obviously without my knowledge, so disrespectful if you ask me. There is only one guy, running back and forth, repairing, answering phones, and working the counter...a recipe for disaster. When you consider the static electricity here working up WHILE here working on your electrical components. I dare say I will NEVER go back there. read more

Excellent phone repair shop. I have brought my cell phone in on two different occasions and they were able to provide fast service and a very reasonable price. Highly recommend them! read more

My cell phone was so out of date, no one carried replacement screens. Luckily I had a similar old phone that I was no longer using. I asked how much for them to move the good screen over to my current phone. They quoted me $40, which was very reasonable. When I picked up my phone, the owner only charged me $20. Good people. read more

Just got out of the store. First time here. Jordan was super friendly and professional and knowledgeable. Prices were on point. This will be my new go to for any electronic repairs. Highly recommend and I would give 10 stars if I could. read more

I spoke with the owner, and he seems very knowledgeable. I haven't yet been into the store to see what they can do for repairs on an older iPhone 6s, but they told me that they had all the pieces needed to repair/replace everything it might need. Giving it a shot this week. Will update this rating accordingly. read more

My Samsung s8 screen was shattered. I walked in to Dr Phone Repair 5 minutes before closing. Sean was very helpful. I had exprcted to leave my phone with him and pick it up during their normal working hours, Instead, he stayed late, repaired my phone quickly. I highly recommend Dr Cell Phone repair. read more

Great service will definitely be coming back if i have a cracked screen again thank you

GREAT SERVICE AND QUICK REPAIRS. Customer service was also very polite and helpful. Had trouble deciding on certain choices due to lack of knowledge, the worker was very detailed in informing me on all devices. Definitely will come back again. read more

I first called to get a rough estimate on my repair. The price was MORE than fair at around $50. I went in and got the back glass repaired on my LG G6. They are so fast, it took me longer to pay than it did for them to fix it. Maybe they are magicians back there. They also have amazing cases for all phone types all along the walls. I will now always go to Dr Phone for all our repairs and highly recommand all my friends to do the same. read more

STOP! PLEASE DO NOT Take Your Device hear to be fixed!!!! I gave a 1 star rating because this is the lower you could give. They don't fix the phones, take your money, and tell you that you'll have to pay more for what ever they didn't fix. My daughter took her phone because it was overheating and the screen was black. She was told that there would be a $30 diagnostic fee that would be app to any work if any had to be done. They made the $30 extra and I believe just told her that it may have water damage and made her phone look like it was fixed and 2 days later it was not working. (Please know if you go here for phone repair you will be DISAPPOINTED). Customer service is awful!! read more

Never in my LIFE, have I EVER received such phenomenal customer service. This place of business fixed 4 of my devices in 2 days! Any confusion I had, Max & Sean were polite and walked me thru. I'd recommend this place to anyone! And I'll be back for any other cellular repair read more

This place is so amazing. Fast , reliable, and they always do a clean job. They fixed my screen in less that 30 mins! No scams, no faulty equipment. All Apple grade screens. I've gone here twice! read more

Ask for Omar. He's great and the other staff members are helpful as well. They were efficient and professional. I had an LG and an IPhone fixed here. read more

They understand what excellent customer service is! Omar was incredibly helpful, when the parts arrived, he called me and the work was completed very quickly & the phone is like new again. The screen was cracked on an uncommon phone, an Motorola G6, & when most other places said the parts weren't available, Omar found it. The one other place I called that said they could fix it quoted me almost double Omar's quote. Dr Phone Repair now has my phone repair business for life! Conveniently located too. Highly recommend! The photo is of the crystal clear reflection off of the perfectly repaired screen. My only regret is asking if he sold screen protectors. read more

Horrible Service !!! I called to find out cost for replacing my cracked screen for my IPhone - told them what model then was told $250. I said Apple repair gave me a quote for $99 but I would have to send it into Apple. The tech then lowered the cost to $125. I said ok and when I arrived at the store they said it would be $350 I said I was told $125 then said it would be $250 after that I said this is a scam. They basically wasted my time. The employee are very dishonest and rude. Would NOT recommend this place of business. read more

I was a bit skeptical about trying a phone repair place that wasn't with my carrier but a friend said great things. So I google places and went with the one with the most reviews and I was incredibly impressed! Half my screen was completely black and I could only make and receive phone calls. The repair took about 20 min and cost than $100 with a 30 day guarantee! Great customer service, I highly recommend this place read more

The Worst service ever received! I have never felt so taken advantage of. The $30 diagnostic fee is a scam b/c they don't even do a real diagnosis. they repair the basics of what you originally asked them to do. They will quote you a price to repair your device just for them to start and uncover another reason to charge you more. I revisited this location 4 times for the same devices. Their 7 day warranty is a scam. They will come up with a reason why it won't be honored. There is no pricing sheet for a reason. its so they can take advantage of you, your money and your time. Do not spend your money with this business. They are sitting in our community taking advantage of everyone that walks in their door. read more

I cracked my iPhone 5c and they fixed it for $100 plus tax. The reason for the great review is, they give a lifetime warranty on the screen, as long as you don't drop and crack it. You can't beat that. I've replaced screens in the past and they totally wigged out on me after 2-3 months. While your waiting for your phone there is a Whole Foods right next door that serves coffee and wine by the glass. But, it only took 20 minutes. I took a star off because the first time they replaced it, the screen had a little hairline glitch running down it. No biggie they replaced it right away, and again LIFETIME WARRANTY! Keep your receipt! read more

This place is absolutely the best. I was a klutz and dropped my phone and cracked the screen. I called Omar and within 45 minutes my phone was repaired and looking like new. I guarantee all my business will be here in the future. Thanks again Omar. read more

This place is awesome. I came and got my daughters iPhone screen fixed and as usual they did an excellent. I LOVE DR PHONE REPAIR!! I got a chance to meet most of the employees but worked with the owner the most and every single person is so welcoming and helpful. Omar went out of his way to make sure I got the help I needed with my phone situation, I've never had such great customer service honestly. I recommend them to anyone having issues with their phone! They're quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and very honest. My situation took a few days but they were very patient with me and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They definitely made what could have a very stressful situation seem like a piece of cake! I wish I could give them more stars please please go to them, give them business, you won't b disappointed!!! read more

Great service and quick turnaround time. They are extremely honest! We've had two phones fixed by this store. The second time we called to get a quote, liked the price, brought it in and they told us how they got a discount on the replacement part and dropped our price! Who does that?! Most would have pocketed the difference! Not this store! Folks, it's pretty simple, if you break your screen or have kids who broke their screen, call these guys and make an appointment ASAP! You won't regret it and you'll no longer get those little time shards of glass I'm your fingers ;-) read more

Horrible service. This place is a scam, I paid $130 to replaced the IC chip for my daughter's IPad. It only works for a week, I came back to have them look at the iPad again and now they said it's not fixable and there is nothing they can do about it. read more

I am so very happy with the service I received here by Jenna. I recently had the screen and battery replaced on my IPhone 6. When I cracked my screen and took it in on a Saturday, she replaced the screen within 30 minutes. When I had to return to get my battery replaced, she did it within about 10 minutes! The service is quick, and it is very affordable! So much better than the hassle and expense of going to the Apple store! I will definitely be back next time I need something. read more

STAY AWAY!!!! This guy is a crook he says he can repair my note 9 but failed 3 times and broke my OEM back glass , then proceeds to repair it and put on a aftermarket cheaper glass and say he cant fix it and returned my phone to me with a huge scratch down the front of my phone and when i called to tell him why did he do that he says well i tried and cant do it and i asked about the scratch he says well it happened and i will not replace ur screen protector for it and hung up , cheap guy trys to say yes he knows how to repair phones ruins them then says oh well cant do anything and wants to take ur money for shity repairs , now i have a damaged phone bcuz of this dude.STAY AWAY ! pay more somewhere else and get it done properly instead of taking it to this crook. owner is a D!CK go check out how he replies back providing his statement on his doings i warn you dont go here he knows shit about fixing phones read more

I came in to have my screen fixed on my phone, they told me it would take 2 hours. After 2 hours, they said it would take another 2 hours, finally I got my phone back and they switched out my battery with a piece of garbage! I had no issues with my battery, only a cracked screen. Now my phone won't keep a charge longer than 30 minutes. These people are true Con Artists! Very untrustworthy! Go to the professionals, not these charlatans!! read more

iPhone 7 had an Audio IC Chip issue. Ahmad was very courteous and helpful! He had the repair completed in 45min for much less cost than what many other places had quoted me. Very impressed with the customer service! Highly Recommend!!! read more

Oh man, first thing first. I took my phone back three times to fix and guess what it's still broken! He tried charging me $175 and when I said that was crazy let's just say he kept dropping the price and I got it to $75 bucks. But still the phone does not work, waist of time and money! Oh and another thing, the worker is never there he always has a sign saying be back in 15min. And the three times returning 2 times he had a sign up!!! read more

I don't have children, but I'm pretty sure that feeling when you hear your iPhone screen crack is most comparable to the emotions felt when watching your child fall while learning to ride a bike. It just pulls at the heartstrings, right? While in the depths of despair after breaking my iPhone screen, I found Dr Smart Phones in Arlington. The price was very reasonable, the service was quick (phone ready in under an hour), and my phone now looks and works great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a Little iTLC (that's TLC for your iPhone, obviously). read more

I went to Dr Phone Repair to fix a shattered screen and broken back camera - oh 15 minutes before closing. Was praying to get it fixed today because I have an important event and wanted to have my phone for photos. I expected to be turned away because it was close to closing time. Not only did they welcome me, I was provided options and then told they would stay open until it was fixed. I was shocked! Better yet, 30 minutes later, my phone was fixed, I bought the cutest phone case and the team was so nice - I didn't feel rushed or that I was a bother (even though it was past closing time). Dr phone repair is a true gem! Don't think of going anywhere else! Thank you for restoring my lifeline! read more
