I can't imagine why someone would go with another repair shop in Texas when Mr. Phone Doctor…read moreexists. Not only was their quote lower than everyone else I talked to during my hunt to get my Dad's iPhone 6s Plus a new battery and my brother's iPhone 7 a new screen and protector, but they came to us, to boot! I believe they are so cost competitive because they use their technician's skill to save on component costs, transferring as much as possible from older components to newer components PROS - Fast initial communication and follow up (never more than five minutes of waiting) - Friendly technician who clearly knew his stuff (Thanks, Tae!) - Quick hour and a half install for two big, complex projects CONS - I came to Texas to be with family, and would LOVE to give them more business in my home town, but they aren't in Las Vegas yet Don't bother with other repair shops. Go with Mr. Phone Doctor. If anything goes wrong within or beyond my 90 day warranty, I'll post here and let y'all know.

He told me it would probably cost znother when 150.00. I reluctantly agreed, but the very next day I called back, explaining that my phone was not worth that much, I changed my mind. The technician got very rude with me, talking over me, he did say that he would mak it better, with a discount on something, but wasent clear on what that meant . I came in to pick up my phone and the charger I had left. Now he said the phone wasent repairable. He did not offer me anything like he said he would AND he tried to keep my charger...when I asked him for it he had to think a minute, then, he unplugged it from his computer and thre it onto the counter...so disrespectful if you ask me, using my property without my knowledge. I dont trust him now and will not go back. Plus the fact that he was running around like a chicken with its head off trying to answer phones, fix stuff, and greet people coming into the store. This sermed like a recipe for disaster.

That evening the phone begin to freeze up. It still functioned, I received calls and texts but the screen was frozen. The next day I returned to Kwik and they said that they again replaced the LED screen with another one. The problem did not go away. I would need to re-boot the phone at least 1-2 times per hour to use. Apple said that basically, Kwik ruined the phone. I had no choice to buy a new iPhone for $1100.00. Do not use this service for any repair on a phone unless you want one that is totally useless. I feel they totally ripped off a customer not only by charging $200+ for bogus repairs and then ruining a perfectly good, operable phone.
