When I asked about the battery, he could have easily told me I needed a new one, but said that it was just the port. His honesty was GREATLY appreciated! Fair prices. Also, nice to have a shop that recognizes there are other brands besides Apple! Won't bother going anywhere else again.

Amazing service and tech is very knowledgeable. Another phone repair tech quoted me $300 to fix a iPhone 13 that wouldn't turn on. When I brought it into Ryan, he took a look and said it was just the battery port that needed a good cleaning. It was done within minutes and it was free! Phone now turns on and charges without any problems. Definitely go & support this business!

The guy at the Fort Worth office is very conversational, we talk online gaming with our kids - ARK, and MineCraft. I haven't been in there in about half a year or a bit longer but never left a review. I'm always in and out of there in less than 45 minutes, and I've never had any issue after they repair my phone. They don't drain your wallet either. The companies so good I don't settle for any of the Iphone repair shops in my area, when I need a repair I drive to the Fort Worth location. The service, speed, and quality of We Can Fix It Phone Store are HORRIBLE. I paid a lot of money to…read morehave my phone repaired, and honestly, I wish I would've just left it broken. The repair was not done correctly at all. The screen is already coming away from the phone frame, which is completely unacceptable after paying as much as I did for a repair. On top of that, the replacement screen itself is clearly not the best quality. It does not feel or perform like a quality repair, and I'm extremely disappointed with what I received for my money. If I'm paying good money for my phone to be fixed, I expect the repair to be done properly and for the replacement parts to actually be worth what I'm paying. Instead, I'm left with a phone that looks poorly repaired and a screen that is literally separating from the frame. Save yourself the headache, the wasted time, and the money. I would NOT recommend this place. At this point, I genuinely feel like I would've been better off leaving my phone broken.

I needed to replace the back glass on my iPhone 14 Pro Max... I got quoted 110 which was very cheap…read morecompared to other places that quoted 215. This made me drive about 45 minutes from where I live to save some money. In top of the 110 quote they offered a free charging port cleaning to not one but two phones (mine and my boyfriends). When I got there though.... The quote changed back to 215 dollars and they tried to say I needed to pay for the other phones port cleaning. Needless to say I was pissed though I'm not one to make a scene. After the service was completed which took 2 hours longer than expected for a total of around 8 or 9 hours... i came to pick up my phone which still wasn't ready. Then they decided to clean the second port for free. Oh and they didn't even fix the ports charging issue :) so yea that wasted my time as well. Overall, I wasted my time, paid the same amount of money, and am glad it's all over. I will never be coming back and I recommend you only go if you live close bc you won't be saving any money. They did fix the back glass so I guess that's a plus.
