Once I returned home my phone read "NO SIM CARD FOUND" and the phone edges were chewed up. This same employee forgot to re-install the "SIM CARD" which disabled my phone for nearly 24 hrs. I returned the following day and this same employee tossed this SIM CARD onto the countertop causing the SIM CARD and SIM CARD HOLDER to separate. I walked out disappointed and noticed the phone still read "NO SIM CARD FOUND" while at my vehicle, so I walked back in and this employee stated, "You forgot your SIM CARD." This employee damaged my phone's backplate, failed to install my SIM CARD disabling my phone for nearly 24 hrs, and never implemented any professionalism or integrity. He then blamed me for all his mistakes. Once home I inspected my phone more closely and noticed more damage done by this employee taking my phone apart to install the new battery. I reached out asking for assistance with the damages, and I was ignored, therefore I wrote them a negative review. This employee eventually returned my call putting all the blame on me and stated I was rude. I asked to speak with his manager and he refused and hung up. A few days later his manager called me, but only spoke broken English. His primary concern was having me delete my negative review and he had no interest in his employee mistakes. Plus, this Phone Repair Ambulance (Westchase) manager refused to replace my phone's backplate his employee broke until I agreed to delete my review. I decided to watch a YouTube video and even order parts from Amazon, and NOT delete my review. Phone Repair Ambulance (Westchase) is extremely unprofessional and has zero integrity. I went out of town the next day. Fast forward to Monday, July 21st and my phone cracks in the corner. I immediately called the store and to figure out what was the warranty details. They provided a 30day warranty and of course he says it will not be covered. So I proceed to let him know that was unacceptable and how i never received my screen protector from start but and I had went out of town the next day so I couldn't go back. So at first it quotes me $75 and I'm still giving pushback and he says he'll just replace it. I told him I couldn't go to take my information and I would come to the store on Wednesday, July 23rd 2:30. He agreed. Now here is where I went wrong. I didn't get his name. It's only two men in the store to my knowledge, so I figured I would know who it was by face. I get to the store on Wednesday and the guy who originally I dealt with on July 10th was there alone. We go in they take my phone to the back to open it up and check it out to make sure that it is only the glass that is messed up ****now I know it is only the glass because I had just taken it to Apple and had that verified but didn't have it fixed because I didn't want to spend the 149.**** well of course they came back to the front and said my LCD was bad too and had to be replaced, so I say to him "I just took it and had it checked out and they said the glass needed to be replaced but the LCD was fine" then he tells me "well we do not sell just the glass, it is a glass screen/LCD combo we sell. So I'll just drop this picture of the Groupon they are selling which is clearly for a "glass replacement" only and tell you buyers to beware. I took a 41 minute drive to Hillcroft for some shady business to bait and switch me. So I still have a cracked screen and Apple here I come.
