They even transferred all my data to a brand new and more robust drive that I sent over to them via next day Prime shipping on Amazon. The prices were reasonable considering the turn around time and the amount of data (nearly 1TB). I'm super glad that small, independent shops like this are still around! Please Do Not trust this company! I paid $402 for a new screen (mine was glitching, flickering and…read moreturned black-the reason it needed a repair), and an unbreakable silicone screen protector. Within days it was glitchy again, the battery life dropped to 1/3rd of it's normal function, and the screen or protector seemed cracked. Since there was a "warranty" I figured I'd have no problems going back within days of the costly repair. When I first had the work done Ahmet was pleasant as he upsold me every chance he could, pleasant, as he swiped my credit card for $402, pleasant as he explained that the protector was "unbreakable", and pleasant as he reassured me that the work was under warranty. When I went back the pleasantries were GONE. He blamed me for the poor repair, defective parts, and had the guts to say he'll "fix" it again for another Fee! I then realized I was getting nowhere with him and requested to speak with the owner. He gave me his number so I called the owner, named Seth, from the kiosk. He was so rude, aggressive and disrespectful that I was flawed. He said what he needed to say and hung up! I am currently filing multiple complaints with BBB, Attorney General, and the Long Island Division of Consumer Affairs. Needless to say I filed a chargeback on my credit card as well. Please save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere!!!

Why would I need a destroyed, mangled phone (by them) reassembled? They are useless and Samsung should not be in partnership with them. They have always been friendly, polite, and very professional. They also gave me a lifetime guarantee on any work they did or any phone I bought!!! I don't know any other business that will do that for their customers!!! I have referred at least 10 other people to go there with any cell phone problems, and every one who went there was very happy with their service. It is rare to find this high-quality service and people these days. One personal experience I won't forget was a day I came in with a phone that had suddenly stopped charging. It was a busy afternoon, and Eric looked like he was trying to help a thousand people at once--okay, maybe just six, but still. Phones were ringing, customers had questions, and you could tell the day was hectic. But somehow, he still made time for me like I was the only person in the room. He didn't rush, didn't cut corners--just calmly took care of it and explained everything as he went. He figured out it was just a dirty charging port and fixed it on the spot. No charge, no pressure--just "you're good to go." Honestly, it could've been a chance to sell me something or tack on a service fee, but that's not how they operate. It's the kind of place where you feel like they genuinely want to help, not just make a sale. That's the thing with Odyssey. They're busy, sure, but they never make you feel like a burden. It's rare to walk into a store and feel like someone's actually on your side, but that's how it is here. I don't usually leave reviews, but these guys have earned it. If you need anything phone-related, give them a shot. They've more than earned my business--and my trust.
