Great experience! I'm very young and I didn't want to have 101 sales reps running my credit. I walked into several dealerships and explained to them I would be a first time buyer, they tried convincing me I could get approved for a $20,000 car which seemed kind of impossible based upon my credit and work situation; so I didn't fall for it and walked away. When I decided to give Celebrity Auto Sales a chance, Mari the Finance Manager explained to me her experience with the finance companies and the budget I should stay within if I was looking to apply without needing a cosigner. After finding the ideal vehicle, Mari allowed me to test drive it with absolutely no obligations. After being halfway in love, she also showed me the Carfax to the vehicle (a one owner car, with no accidents or damage reported and 14 service records available) and the Kelly Blue Book Retail Value, showing me how I was getting a great deal for the car. She also showed me an example of how the numbers would look on my contract. I was 100% (overly) satisfied with my experience at Celebrity Auto! I would recommend them to my family, friends, and especially anyone like myself that was looking to trade but had no idea where to start (or what I even wanted for that matter). I was referred to Celebrity by a friend that purchased a car from them last year. I'm happy to report that I am just as, or even more satisfied than my friend. Being a first time car buyer from a dealership I was nervous, but everyone there was friendly, honest and I did not feel pressured or like I was being scammed. The staff was happy to show me and let me test drive as many vehicles as I wanted. I was torn between two SUV's. Mari happily gave me a break down on the costs and payments for each one and allowed me to leave for a while to make my final decision. I called a couple family members and went over the numbers with them, and they felt that no matter what vehicle I decided to go with I was getting a good deal. After I made my decision Mari was able to get me an extended warranty at a very reasonable rate. I got a phenomenal trade-in credit as well. Mari was able able to give me some tips on increasing my credit score as well. After I drove away with the vehicle I did notice a noise coming from the suspension. I called Mari the next business day and she sent me over to their mechanic, who took care of what was only a very minor issue. Celebrity covered the cost. The service here was super! I am amazed at how well trained and knowledgeable the staff is. They have a great system and together make a great team. Honestly, when your here you feel like part of the family. I purchased a 2007 Toyota Camry. I've had it for about 8 months. I am super happy with it. So far so good, no issues. Bought a 530xi and 6 months later the bondo all over the rear quarter is cracked up. They do not return calls and have 3 different dealers in the back room dealership. They get wrecked cars and resell after doing shabby work on them . They even bondo over the front clip frame where there is a huge crack. the previous dealer name was Midwest Auto place .
