I've never had anything like this, a "Sgroppino" (I'm partial to strawberry!) and it was perhaps the best adult beverage I've had in a very long time. Many different nuances in a glass. Our bartender was an artist of the mixed adult beverage, a delightful individual with a warm, genuine smile and an encyclopedic knowledge of how to do his job expertly. Rare that you meet someone like this who isn't all measuring cups and shot glasses: everything he concocted was done by eye, and judging by what he made for us, his expertise was immediately apparent.
