Let's start with portion of protein in combo plate. I got 2 pieces of chicken and 2 pieces of over seasoned beef?!!! I was expecting a full kebab skewers of each. 2nd (most important) Flavor! I'm sorry but rice was flavorless and over cooked . Chicken was ok , but beef was way too seasoned and I couldn't even eat it. Cucumber salad should be simple and delicious instead once again very seasoned. The most edible on my plate was the grilled tomato. All this for $21+ (not including the shawarma wrap) never again! I saw a suggestion for this place on one of Yelps adds I get constantly and have been to a few of them with successful conclusions but I will not go back here. I walked in and looked at there menu and a guy says order when your ready no rush which was nice and when I was ready he came over and told me the multiple video displays with full descriptions and prices were wrong and this small paper menu had there current items. It was the same menu with all prices 15 to 20% higher across the board. Ordered a Gyro wrap. I got what looked like a gyro with 3 slices of meatloaf. It tasted ok but for $ 17.50 I expected an amazing sandwich I got meatloaf. The flavor was the standard Lula flavor. And it took 20 minutes. They did have free warm tap water for helping your self. Love Cela! My husband and I loved it so much after the first try we went back once a week for like a month straight! Everything so flavorful and fresh, the interior decor is cute, as well as the back patio! And the staff is friendly. The food does take some time to come out so now we just order ahead and walk around the block with our dog. Plenty of street parking and a few parking stalls in the back. My husband's go to are the schwarma plates and I love their wraps. My unexpected fav is the garlic chicken in a spinach wrap. I really love and enjoy this restaurant. However my last encounter was not the best as I was put on hold for 10 mins and forgotten about whilst attempting to place a to-go order. Then there was the issue of ordering a Mediterranean wrap and receiving no chicken inside of the wrap. I also didn't receive the garlic dip that was supposed to come with my plate. This was super disappointing as I had already received not so great service over the phone.
