Super chill vibe but also really nice bar. Great service and not too loud or obnoxious

At 10 p.m it was a loud environment I could barely hear the person next to me. There's an small outside patio. Only drink menu is written on chalk board behind the bar. It's casual & low key. I'd probably like it better if I went earlier in the night as a starter place.

Versatile- casual yet modern neighborhood bar that serves up a variety of different types of drinks- local and semi-local beers, wine, and good cocktails. A few options for small snacks but nothing substantial. They sometimes have live music inside, and a patio that is dog friendly! Typically come here to hop around between here, Casual Pint, and Inkwell. All are in Countryside Village, and we love bringing the dog.

I've been a fan of this fine establishment ever since it's been open. Nick has done a fantastic job at always having a great selection of beers and the cocktails are top notch. This is a great hidden gem in omaha an those that are fans of old fashions let me tell you theirs is friggin awesome. If your looking for a nice spot for a cocktail or date look no further. The ambience is always live with local artist pieces that are for sale and you never know the night you'll have there either. I've seen drag shows as well as DJ's spinning on a Friday night; if your looking for a place to enjoy great conversation an have amazing music look no further. Keep up the good work cedar your one of my top favs in town.

Classic spot for a quality cocktail. Great for happy hour...manhattans and old fashions are the go to for me. Enjoy!

    Fabulous spot for a cocktail!

I love this bar. Finally, a great place for a drink in my neighborhood. Unfortunately, the music is way too loud for conversation.

I am sure this could be a great bar due to the location. A little too noisy to carry a conversation.

Nice bar in a neighborhood that needs it, but waaaaaaay too loud. Unnecessary for such a cool place. Smells like bleach too

TONS of seating and the servers are great. We tried some new items out this time. If you're looking for a mocktail - try the berry basil smash. It's light refreshing, and packed with some fruity flavors. The stir fry noodle dish (I removed the egg) was delicious but VERY salty. Lots of good texture and flavors happening. Tuna poke was delicious and fresh! There is a paid garage and street meters for parking.

We typically start off with the bacon fondue fries, they are astounding, and is a repeat order EVERY single time. The first time we ate here I got the BBQ Chicken Mac & Cheese. This literally was like I was experiencing eating mac & cheese for the first time all over again. I personally love how the cheese sauce is a little more on the liquidly side, but not too much where the noodles don't keep any on them. The barbecue sauce used pairs sooooo well with the cheesy liquidly goodness, and the chicken and green onion tops it all off with the perfect crunch! Past the food, I love the beers here and love a good brewery vibe you get, you can for sure taste how much effort goes into their local drafts. Will always be at the top of my list for date nights or a quick bite and drink.

While the space is a bit smaller now (they lost the side unit), it still has those great open doors at the back and a patio that overlooks a peaceful little pond and fountain. The patio is easily my favorite spot to sit, sip, and unwind. Their brews are where they shine, and the Benevolent Sun (a hazy IPA) is my go-to. It's bright, citrusy, and basically sunshine in a glass--perfect for those laid-back patio visits. I'm also a big fan of the Chupacabra, their Mexican-style lager that's super drinkable and pairs perfectly with everything. They do have a small food menu--think wraps, sandwiches, and apps--and while it's not extensive, it's solid. The Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap hits the spot, and I always order the Chips and Beer Cheese to go along with my beer (especially with a Chupacabra in hand). As one of the owners told us during a visit, "We're a brewery that has food, not a restaurant that serves beer." And honestly? They own that identity in the best way. The service is great too, with friendly knowledgeable servers and bartenders. If you're looking for a cozy, craft-focused spot to relax with a great beer in hand and a chill view out back, Monolithic's it.

We were being driven to the Orleans Room for their Reuben, which was excellent by the way. I can't say the same for the Crescent Moon sandwich. Crescent Moon is actually just kitty corner of the Orleans Room, so the walk was short. It is basically a dive which is fine, we expected that by the Uber driver's comments. The Deep Fried Pickles were excellent. The three ciders that our daughter sampled were not pleasing to her, so she had a cocktail. I had a Sierra Nevada Pilsner, which was fine. But the Reubens, and why we came, were awful. Our daughter, said it best when the sandwich had a mayonnaise texture. I realized the 1000 dressing that was served on the Reuben was too heavy of mayo. The presentation was also terrible. Open them up so we can see the inside of the sandwich, and both slices of the bread were broken...as you can see on the pics. We packaged the sandwiches to go as were were planning to be on a plane the next day back to Oregon. We intentionally left them at the table. They were that bad. Zoe was a pleasant BT/Server who was available whenever we needed her. But food is why we went there, and it was not good.

I came for the Detroit-style pizza, easily the most underrated pizza style there is. If you know, you know. I ordered The Cadillac: cream cheese, cherry peppers, hot honey. On paper, it's chaos. In practice? A beautifully thought-out balance of sweet and spicy. Rich without being heavy, heat without going overboard. Someone in that kitchen gets it. And for a moment, it's flirting with greatness. Almost a perfectly executed Detroit pie... until the crust. That signature Detroit crisp--the caramelized, fried-edge crunch--is just a little undercooked. Not bad, but quickly soggy. Just missing that final snap that makes this style elite. Still, credit where it's due. This is a valiant effort, and not an easy style to pull off outside its home turf. I see you, Omaha. You're closer than you think!
