I found this place on Yelp as I was looking for bfast options since basic food necessities are completely sold out at grocery stores in my area (covid-19). What a gem this place is! The breakfast options are robust with many selections, not to mention they tasted great! I can't wait to try other things on their menu - like the bbq catering! Service was superb!

Just as good as the old hickory deli. You still get a huge bang for your buck here. Italian sub made on fresh bread, brings me back every time.

Cedar Grove has THE BEST Pork Roll Egg and Cheese! And other breakfast items are very good. Their Italian dishes are also excellent.

For reference, the dog is about 60lbs so not necessarily a small dog (but of course, a friendly one!) I love that they have a good coffee menu, but I am basic and would stick to their iced coffee. Refreshing. I ordered their birria and have also tried their avo toast which was all good. I also had just a simple pancakes/eggs/sausage as well. Ambiance and decor are chic. Staff is friendly. Will come back!

Chocolate chip pancakes were fluffy, good consistency, but unfortunately they were salty (everyone in my family tasted and we all agreed). The yogurt parfait - you can't really mess this one up but I would like a little more granola crunchiness. They skimped. French toast - objectively, a good but very rich dish. However, not really what I would call French toast. It's just very large "blocks" of bread, flavoured on the outside and with topping. But the super thick cut won't let the bread soak through like a normal French toast. Finally - house coffee was really not good. It's not a bad place but I would probably not return.

I absolutely loved the idea and the overall vibe of the cafe. That said, we came specifically for coffee and mochi donuts, and unfortunately those fell a bit short. The coffee was just okay, and the mochi donuts weren't great - ours tasted on the staler side, which was disappointing. Overall, I really think this place has a lot of potential. The service is great and the concept is very unique for this area, and with some improvements to the quality and freshness of the food and drinks, it could easily become a go-to spot. Worth checking out for the aesthetic, but I'm hoping the menu catches up to how cool the space is.

The cafe is pretty big, they have a separate room for events! Plenty of photo ops throughout. They have a menu of sandwiches as well as pastries and such. I ordered the caramel macchiato and my gf got the taro bubble tea. I tried both and loved them! The woman at the counter was very helpful. It was approx $15 for both which is expensive but I'd rather pay that to a small business owner than some big corporation.

This popular cafe is located right in the heart of Basking Ridge. It's small inside but there's outdoor seating also. We had a half hour wait for a table inside. The place has a very cozy feel to it and everyone we met who worked here was very friendly. I started my meal with a Vanilla Chai Latte and my wife had a Macha Latte. My wife ordered the Blintzes with blueberries and I had the Paris Morning breakfast. We both loved the food! My dish came with 2 potato pancakes, 2 poached eggs, and smoked salmon. Just delicious! A cool bit of trivia is that Paul McCartney and his wife stopped in here a few years ago. We didn't see Paul today, but we did enjoy the experience!

It was very busy yesterday around 11:30 am. When we finally got seated, the place did not disappoint. We first ordered macchiato, cappuccino, and lemonade, the coffee was strong and great! We ordered two American breakfast and Warsaw breakfast. One of the American was scrambled eggs and the other was egg over medium. The sausage was very tasty. It was not salty and the bacon was a little thick, and it was also not your typical salty bacon. The sausage was delicious and the bacon was nice and crunchy. The side potatoes were so delicious with onions and peppers. I finished all of mine. It was perfectly seasoned and not salty so eating this brunch was such a joy. The side roll was also delicious with butter. It looked like a sesame and wheat roll. It made it even so more enjoyable. The Warsaw breakfast was on a very hot small iron skillet. The Kabasa was delicious and it was typical on the salty side. The breakfast potato was delicious with the Warsaw breakfast, it had small cherry tomatoes with the potatoes. We also ordered two side pancakes. The pancakes were not as fluffy, but it was very good. It was on the expensive side for one pancake. It was around five dollars. Overall this breakfast restaurant was awesome. Small with a lot of character inside. The service was quick and on point.
