As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted and shown to our booth. We noticed welcome balloons throughout the dining room and quickly realized it was the diner's first day under new ownership. Normally, we have a three-month rule before trying a restaurant that's under new management, but by then we were already seated, so we decided to give it a chance. The brunch menu had everything you'd expect from a classic diner, with a few creative twists. My daughter ordered the corned beef hash with eggs over easy, home fries, and white toast. I couldn't pass up their unique take on Eggs Benedict, which featured corned beef hash instead of the traditional Canadian bacon, served with home fries. Everything arrived exactly as ordered, hot, fresh, and cooked perfectly. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Congratulations to the new owner on opening day! We wish you nothing but success and look forward to coming back again.
