Really good cacio pepe but pricing and quantity did not add up. That chicken + cacio pepe cost me $75... that pricing is outrageous. i have never paid that much for a cacio pepe and that chicken is like kids size. I left still hungry.
Cecconi's in West Hollywood is absolutely beautiful. The restaurant has an open, elegant atmosphere filled with gorgeous natural light. The huge wraparound bar is especially impressive, and the dining area feels bright, spacious, and inviting. I enjoyed an Eastern Standard made with gin and the ahi tuna tartare--both were delicious and beautifully presented. It's the perfect place to enjoy great food and cocktails in a stylish yet relaxing setting. I will definitely be back!
Super cute restaurant with a nice patio for outdoor dining. They had shade during the day and heaters and blankets for nighttime dining. Service was superb and the menu had plenty of options including vegetarian. The Bolognase was delicious and was big enough for 2 servings and we loved the whipped ricotta!
Nice dark and romantic atmosphere. The crowd is hyped and vibey. Our server and the rest of the staff was super nice and friendly. We ordered a few different dishes and they did not disappoint. The squash blossoms were fresh and filled with nice goat cheese. The steak tartare was delicious and fresh. The pizza was thin crust and has a good smoky taste. All the other sides and including the dessert was delicious. I definitely recommend this place. Valet can be full sometimes but drakes valet across the street can take the car.
Great classy vibe, semi-sophisticated spot Starting out strong with the two appetisers, they are both more of a small plate to share. Grilled Octopus (8.6/10): This octopus is well-seasoned with salt. The meat is so tender, has a nice char taste to it. Not flimsy, you can actually chew on it. The peppers pair nicely with it, even tho it's kinda hard to pick up the slices with the fork & knife. Maybe if it's in square or triangle shape would be better in my opinion. Hamachi Crudo (8.3/10): This dish is quite delightful and delicious to start off the meal with. It has a lot of sauce, the passion fruit/mango sauce compliments the hamachi and the avocado a lot. Everything is well-balanced, even with a Serrano it would be even more playful with that extra crunch and kick. It's a very joyful dish to have. Not too messy to eat, it's easy to pick up. Looking forward to try their beef tartare if I ever come back. Black truffle, zucchini blossom, goat cheese (7.8-8): I love the dough and the crust, that's like the soul of a pizza. It's made in wood oven, so it has that charcoal taste and it's burnt in the right way yet not too bitter or hard. The truffle pizza tasted like it has goat cheese inside, I asked for crushed red pepper and it tasted better with it. It's a rather plain pizza, I prefer pizza with meat better but the crust is good. Looking forward to try an equivalent of Diavola in here. Branzino, spinach, tomatoes, peppers, olives (9/10): Portion is on the smaller side, you can definitely finish it on your own as a main course without sharing. Love the detail on the cheese cloth wrapping the lemon. Love the spinach beneath the fish, it soaked up the lemon juice if you use the lemon as garnish (optional). The spinach is not slippery (like most spinach dish?), fish is tender, not hard to eat. Great! Tagliatelle, beef and pork bolognese (8/10): Great, not fantastic or exquisite. It's yummy but no wow factor, love the pasta texture, it's a little bit over al-dante which blends in with the mince meat more. Every bite the pasta and the beef compliments each other because of the softer pasta texture. Tiramisu (8.5/10): Yummy! SERVICE This is an upscale restaurant, our server Sophia understands the menu well. Even though we made reservations we didn't got seated immediately. The service is not bad, good not amazing great. Portions are on the smaller side except for the pizza, alcohol is not watered down mediocre restaurant drink (their cocktails are pretty decent). Cocktails are quite decent too, presentation is decent. Would come back even just for the bar, love the ambience
Cecconi's continues to be one of my favorite restaurants in Los Angeles. The courtyard patio is effortlessly beautiful, with twinkling lights, lush greenery, and an atmosphere that's both lively and romantic. It's the perfect setting for a date night or a leisurely dinner with friends. We started with the burrata, and it was exceptional. The creamy burrata paired beautifully with sweet tomatoes, fresh basil, and high-quality olive oil. It's a simple dish, but when the ingredients are this fresh, it doesn't need anything else. Next came the zucchini fries, which were a pleasant surprise. Light, crispy, and perfectly seasoned, they were addictive without feeling heavy. Paired with the dipping sauce, they quickly became one of the highlights of the meal. For the main course, we ordered the spicy salami pizza, and it absolutely delivered. The wood-fired crust had the perfect chew with just the right amount of char around the edges. The spicy salami added a nice kick without overpowering the pizza, while the fresh mozzarella and tomato sauce created the perfect balance of rich, fresh, and savory flavors. Every bite reminded me why Cecconi's is known for its Italian classics. The cocktails were beautifully crafted, and the service was polished, attentive, and never intrusive. Even on a busy evening, everything flowed seamlessly. Cecconi's is one of those places that consistently lives up to its reputation. Great food, beautiful ambiance, and exceptional service make it a restaurant I find myself returning to again and again. Pro tip: Start with the burrata, order the zucchini fries for the table, and don't miss the spicy salami pizza. If you're dining on the patio in the evening, it's one of the most charming outdoor dining experiences in Weho :)
Wonderful place for brunch. It's a really good idea to have a reservation in advance because it's popular. I reserved via OpenTable. Trendy and can be a bit of scene with a chic vibe but very chill. Ladies (and some men) who lunch and brunch with friends crowd. I had a birthday lunch here once and it's a great place to celebrate a special event with friends. You can relax and talk out loud as the restaurant has a fun and animated social atmosphere, which is nice with a group. Good service. They make excellent pizza. The dish I really love on the brunch menu is the "Green Eggs" with avocado, spinach and pesto...which always makes me smile because it reminds me of Dr. Seuss and his character Sam in "Green Eggs With Ham". My favorite dessert was their fabulous Pavlova, but it's no longer offered. The Meyer Lemon Meringata is a great substitute.
Reserved a lunch table for three on the patio. Valet was easy, hostess was welcoming & professional. Table was ready as promised. Patio has a relaxing, European vibe with marble tables & Paris cafe chairs. Service was friendly and upscale. They proactively refill drinks and bring clean silverware when they clear plates. Had the burrata appetizer (be sure to also order the bread basket). It was excellent! Had the bolognese tagliatelle and a prosciutto pizza. The ingredients were very fresh and the food was well prepared. The prices are not cheap, but it was worth it. The restaurant and bathrooms were spotlessly clean.
Went for a friends birthday dinner and it was actually super cute! The temperature inside was PERFECT, it's January and freezing outside but we had dresses on and were able to take out jackets off and be comfortable, which is SO appreciated first off. It's a bit pricey here, but we ordered a variety of courses and everything was INCREDIBLE! This place is so chic, classy, old money, if you get the vibe. Super instagram worthy and a great place to get cute dinner pics, and show off your outfits. The service was top notch by all the gentlemen we interacted with. The manager maybe or just a stranger in a suit came by and checked in, which was kind also. Literally every single thing ordered was beyond delicious, ricotta toast, squash blossom, all the truffle options, truffle pasta, truffle pizza, the steak, bread service, it was spot on. I'll be back. Thank you Cecconi's! Please don't skip this spot if you're a foodie .
There is such a wide and deep range of places to try in the greater Los Angeles area that it is possible to get endless 5-star experiences from diners to ballrooms. I like all types of places as long as they are clean and the food is good. But, isn't it nice to add an upscale elegant environment? One where you feel appropriate dressing up just a bit, even in laid back SoCal? Cecconi's ticks all the boxes for me. The place is beautiful, inside and out, secluded (see my photos), appointed with an eye to refinements (again, the photos), with a balanced menu that gives both carnivores and herbivores plenty to choose from. With easy parking and reasonable prices. Oh, and available on Sunday afternoons, my favorite time to eat out. Even on what could be described as a dreary, rainy day, the place was packed. The service was top-notch too. Nicco and Paolo waited on us cheefully, discreetly and expertly. The dishes looked decorative and imaginative and the portions were ample, so we were able to take a lot home for another meal -- I love that. See what we had in my pictures. Everything we ordered was delicious, perfectly prepared, and served at the ideal temperature. Most of all, I truly enjoyed seeing the WeHo/BH crowd in glittering attire, amid the t-shirts and jeans that seem to plague our times. C'mon people, don't you want an excuse to wear your diamonds and pearls once in awhile? You can do it and blend in at Cecconi's, truly a local treasure. It was a festive meal that I am sure we will want to repeat soon.
An LA institution for years it also has been so many years since I've last gone to Cecconi's and it's nice to see it's still a great place to pick up a solid Italian meal (especially after a concert at the Troubadour on a weeknight if it gets out on time!). We ordered the squash blossoms, the tuna tartare and a spicy meat pizza all of which were great. The panna cotta - a revelation. So creamy and smooth with the right amount of texture. Perfectly paired with strawberry. Great service overall. Attentive and helpful in ordering making sure food came out quickly and fresh but also checked in on us regularly! Valet as there's no lot. Street parking can be tough, watch for signs!
I finally tried their brunch. It was a bit crowded but I was able to make a reservation the same morning. I was pleased to see steak and eggs on the menu. Most brunch places that make it fail, but not Cecconi's! They really know how to elevate the dish. The meat was cooked perfectly and was well seasoned. The burrata was also great, can't go wrong with it.
Wow what a great restaurant. I was so pleasantly surprised with the decor, service, outdoor seating, and food! I had such a delicious lunch here - everything was spectacular. The whipped ricotta was OUTSTANDING. I wanted to drink it. The special lunch of the day - mortadella and chilled tomato soup - was so so delicious. The fried artichokes were also delicious, as was the chicken milanese. The burrata starter was the only forgettable item. The service was also fantastic. This food was so good - happy to have had such amazing italian in LA!
First time at Cecconi's and we were satisfied. Made a reservation at 7 but we happened to be running late so 1 messaged the restaurant through my reservation and updated them. I believe they have a 15 min grace period as well. We had the option to sit inside or outside and we chose outside. I'm so happy we did. The weather was beautiful and we got a great cozy spot. Lenon was our server and he came by with a smile to took care of us. He was very helpful and sweet. Thank u Lenon! It was just me and a gal so we decided to share 2 plates. We got the tortelli and fusilli. The tortelli sounded good through the menu and Lenon's description, but it was ok. It has a sweet and corny flavor so if u like that then try it but we didn't care for it. Don't care for sweet corn. We both would give it a 5/10. Wouldn't order it again. The fusilli on the other hand was deliciousss! So garlicy, in the best way. 10/10. I'd get this again! For drinks I got their espresso martini and it was great. A good 8/10. My friend lovedd their Lychee martini and also got their matcha with dessert and loved that too. We were stuffed but had to try a dessert and shared their tiramisu. It was a great way to end our night at Cecconi's. From the ambiance to the food, (except the torelli lol) Cecconi's checked the boxes. read more
Y'all I am mixed about this place. Food was generally ok, but no real standout dishes. The pizzas may have been the best we had. Drinks were a miss (i tried two different cocktails and they were both meh). Vibe is fine, but not particularly memorable. The workers are all super nice. The prices are bananas for what you get. As i mentioned above, the pizza was probably my favorite thing. The pastas are also decent, but none were particularly memorable. The desserts were ok. Here's the thing... nothing was bad, but nothing was particularly amazing either... if the food or ambiance were killer, then it may justify the price, but as it stands with so much other competition in the Italian restaurant space, I don't know if I'd go back. First time dining at Cecconi's West Hollywood and it definitely lived up to the hype. The atmosphere was one of my favorite parts of the experience bright, beautiful, and full of great energy. It's the perfect spot for a Sunday brunch on a sunny afternoon. To drink, I ordered the Cecconi's Sour, which was incredibly well-crafted with a smooth, velvety texture and balanced flavor. For food, we shared a few dishes family-style. The spicy salami pizza was easily my favorite, packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. The branzino was absolutely delicious light, flaky, buttery, and full of flavor. The tuna was excellent, and the calamari was perfectly crispy without feeling heavy. Overall, Cecconi's delivered great food, great drinks, and a fantastic atmosphere and quick service. Whether you're meeting friends for brunch or enjoying a leisurely afternoon meal, this is definitely a spot worth visiting. I'll be back. read more
This is such a fun place. I've been here multiple times and always have a great time. The outdoor patio is absolutely lovely. With the high hedges, you can't even tell your right in the middle of the hustle-and-bustle of West Hollywood. My girlfriend and I had drinks and an amazing dinner. She had the brick chicken and I had the scallops. We split the crudités. Everything was delicious. The servers were attentive without being overbearing. They have valet, and there is limited street parking. There's also a parking structure about a block away. Better to park there and avoid the frustration. read more
Everything was amazing but what stood out the most was the service! Adolfo was the best! Will be coming back in two weeks once we return from our trip. We came to start our anniversary celebration before our flight and our server Adolfo was the highlight! He recommended all the best specials and desserts! We had the spicy salami pizza, tortelli pasta, and endive salad (not pictured) along with cookies & flourless cake for dessert with mint tea. All the food was 10/10 and I would highly recommend pairing your meal with a bottle of wine. The service is exceptional, everyone came around to check in and make sure everything was good. Such a great place for lunch! The plates for shareable, but also enough per person. Our waitress was amazing and very attentive. The ambiance was great, however, it was a hot day so there were some flys flying around which was annoying, but nothing to not make me return for more! Prices are pretty pricey, so sharing was a great choice for us to try different options. Pizza- 8/10; very flavorful and good spice given the salami Pasta- 8/10; good amount of sauce and very soft Branzino- 9/10; favorite dish here! Definitely wish it was a bigger portion but nonetheless it was amazing! Calamari- 9/10 (not pictured); squid was very soft and amazing read more

Cecconi's was the restaurant chosen for date night this weekend, we called ahead and they were able to fit us in right away which was very accommodating. After we checked in it took them about 15 minutes to seat us. Our waitress was very kind and quick with her service which we always appreciate especially when a restaurant is busy. We decided to only have appetizers and drinks. The meatballs were a 5/10 in my opinion, they tasted like regular meatballs and marinara sauce nothing special, I wouldn't order it again. The whipped ricotta and truffle honey I give a 8/10, honestly was my favorite out of all the appetizers we ordered, the taste of cream with sweet truffle honey was immaculate, perfect blend. The gnocchi I give a 6/10, it was very soft and a little creamy, I don't think the taste was anything special. But I would order again. Overall, we wanted to stop by for some drinks and appetizers and we were satisfied. I give the whole experience a 8/10. If you're looking for a date night spot while you're in West Hollywood I would recommend stopping by and trying it out. read more

The staff is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable, able to break down the menu or cocktail list at a moment's notice. The bill of fare offers an eclectic and creative collection of Italian dishes, all prepared well and served with an upscale flair by very well-trained food runners. We began with an appetizer of Fried Artichokes Cacio E Pepe. The lightly crisped, full-sized chokes were cooked just so and full of flavor. The dusting of cheese on top provided a nicely rich and salty contrast to clean, fresh vegetal flavors of the artichokes. Unfortunately, the accompanying Cacio E Pepe sauce was just too rich and too pungent, and after a small taste my wife and I decided to leave it aside. For mains, my wife had their plain cheese pizza, which featured buffalo mozzarella, fresh tomato sauce, and a properly charred crust, while I had the Spaghetti with Main Lobster. The pasta was al dente and piping hot, cradled in yet another variation of a traditional red sauce. My only complaint here is that the portion of lobster meat is quite small. Given the $50+ price tag you'd hope for at least a bit more lobster. Dessert was a Pana Cotta with macerated strawberries that was a light and perfect blend of sweetness with farm fresh summer fruit. While some of the food may miss its mark by just a tad, Cecconi's is a welcoming and pleasing place to enjoy an Italian meal that's flavorful and thoughtfully prepared. read more

Came by for a business lunch, it was really packed so definitely a popular spot in the city. I made a reservation in advance and we had to wait a few minutes before being sat at our table. Service was good, they're very professional here. I ordered the branzino for lunch with comes with sauteed spinach and cherry tomatoes. It came out quicker than I expected. It was light and healthy. It might have been a touch overcooked. I read some really extraordinary reviews about the branzino going into this meal, so I don't think it quite lived up to those expectations. The atmosphere was great for a date night. We ordered the steak and pasta, but the food wasn't as good as we expected. Overall, it's still a nice spot to visit at least once if you're looking for a casual date night with a good ambiance. read more
I've been wanting to go to this restaurant forever. And I finally got a chance to last night. I can't tell you how disappointed I was. It's a beautiful restaurant the setting is magnificent. But it's overpriced for the food that was delivered. I ordered the lobster spaghetti. I asked what it would cost to add extra lobster and I was told $40. So I told him to do it. I was so looking forward to having this dish after hearing about how fabulous this restaurant was for so long. I was so disappointed the spaghetti came out completely dry and I couldn't even find the extra lobster. When the manager came over, he goes see there's some right there. See there's some right there. I couldn't believe it he had to point out where the lobster was after. I paid an extra $40 to have extra lobster added. I finally settle along just asking him for extra sauce because the spaghetti was so dry and that did help. But I would not go back there again. And I can't recommend it. I paid $120 for lobster spaghetti that was dry and horrible where you could hardly find the lobster. Don't waste your money. Go someplace else. read more
No matter for night out or brunch! Cecconi's is always my favorite. Servers are so nice, drinks are so well made, their pizzas are always yummy, amazing pasta options. What are the hours for brunch on Sunday?
Do they have a full brunch buffet on Sunday's like the Four Season used to have?
Cecconi's offers a brunch menu on weekends; however, it is à la carte rather than a buffet. Patrons can choose from a variety of Italian-inspired brunch dishes, but a full buffet is not provided.

This really isn't a 'casual place' like that. I would call to confirm you could wear shorts (I would think on the patio is ok...) and maybe a shirt with a collar. This is more upscale.
We need reservations?
They can be pretty packed, especially on weekends - so reservations are 100% recommended. The bar has limited seating
Do you still offer the English breakfast?
When will they reopen and why are they closed? They have been closed since Dec 5th 2021. As of Jan 4th 2022 they are closed (i live in the neighborhood and verified this today it also says on their website they are closed)
