Love CAVA. Don't come to this location. Had a situation a few weeks ago where the staff was not only rude but accused me of "yelling at them" when I never even raised my voice AT ALL. my mother in law ordered half and half of upgraded proteins. She asked if she would pay only one upgrade charge and the girl making her bowl said yes you pay the higher upgrade protein price. We get our receipt after paying and I see they charged almost $9 total for two upgrades of protein but we only got 1 full portion of protein. I told the cashier what the other worker told us and she said no not how it works and dismissed me. The other worker comes over and I told her that she informed us wrong and the cashier refused to change it. Then yelled "stop yelling at me" (which I wasn't) because I requested they honor their word. My mother in law was shocked at how they started yelling at US but accusing us of yelling at them. My dear friend Frederick always does an outstanding job of making sure we're well taken care of, and he does it all with a smile, no matter how his workday is going. His smile always warms my heart because I know he's going to find a way to make me laugh and brighten up my evening. I once spilled lemonade on my white linen infront of him and he offered to take care of my dry cleaning. That just goes to show what kind of guy Fredrick is. The vibe at this location is always welcoming, whether it's day or night. Lately, the supply of ingredients has been steady even close to closing time, which is unheard of with these types of restaurants--unlike some other Mexican grill copycats. Honestly, though, there's no comparison. Cava has always been my first pick. I genuinely have no complaints about this establishment or the amazing staff. I'd like to give a special shoutout to Ms. Elizabeth as well for being so welcoming whenever I place my order. She's another team member who sets the bar high when it comes to customer service. read more

The Cava team here was amazing! They are were very welcoming and helpful. Isabela, Dhana, and Jocelyn were nothing short of amazing as well. $16.75 for a bowl of nothing & very rude & inpatient manger rushing you through the line to pick your food tried this place 3 times i won't be back. better deal at chipotle .very over priced for what you get. not a lot of people eating in place, mostly take out orders to go .3 workers at front counter 1 mgr. 3 workers at grill.need 3 people at food server , 1 on cash register. because the wait is tooo long. oh & i thought meat balls are supposed to be round mine were flat. the crew members were great doing the best they could with the help they had .thank you to 2 special crew members don't know by name but were great help. thank you. one more the condiments looked very unappealing. zoes should have stayed ....now that was gooood & delliooous..this pplace won't last. read more

Man... when I tell you.. I don't even eat out like that but I have HIGH PRAISES for this particular establishment. Usually, the night crews at certain restaurants don't perform up to standards as I have been in the restaurant industry for no less than three years. I have to specifically shout out Shyloh (in addition Frederick and Jovanni) for their hospitality and STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Little did they know, I was having a terrible night.. This week was very frustrating in my office and just their attention to detail and lighthearted interactions eased that frustration. I. AM. THOROUGHLY. IMPRESSED. WITH. HOW. THIS. ESTABLISHMENT. HANDLES. BUSINESS. Where I'm from, we call this #SquareBidness Meaning to be equilateral on all sides. In whatever situation one is in, they conduct themselves the same at ALL TIMES. It is to be unfazed, immovable and uncompromising in regards to living a truthful, thorough and honest lifestyle. I saw this deep sentiment echoed in their passion for their work. Thank y'all for all that y'all do as we both know Customer Service isn't for the "weak." I am looking forward to coming ritually to this location as I head to work Monday through Friday. They are just getting started but the flavor concepts definitely will keep you coming back. Food is good. Service is terrible. They need to work out a system for mobile orders that works. Twice I have placed a mobile order with a specified pick up time and twice my order has been wrong AND SUPER LATE. I waited BOTH times OVER 30 minutes. I feel sorry for the employees. It's not their fault. Management needs to step up the process. I don't mind waiting a few minutes. What's The point of mobile orders and pick up times if they don't honor them??? Cava is a replacement for Zoe's kitchen. As a replacement it is insufficient. It's a build a bowl style menu versus a Mediterranean plated style menu. Falafel was like no other falafel I have tasted. It was more of a sweet dough ball. Portions rely heavily on rice. I have ordered menu bowls where specific items are left out. Neat concept. Average execution. read more

One of the worst experiences I've had in my life.. I ordered at around 5:45 pm, the app said it would be ready by 6:00 pm.. That turned out to be a total lie.. I came to Cava and waited an extra 35 minutes past the expected time. While I was there, they served two lines before my order could even be served. I enjoy going to Cava but this location is ALWAYS out of something. The first time I came they were out of Romaine lettuce so I brushed it off and got Spinach. The next time they're out of pickled onions and cucumbers. I typically don't mind but this location is fairly new and I come to Cava to get all the toppings on my salad. Today I was fed up because you already have to wait in line for 10 minutes because only 2 people are working and then when I go to order, everything is out! They only had 3 humus flavors available out of the 6. Crazy feta, traditional and red pepper flavored humus were out. For meat the falafel, grilled chicken and lamb were out. And for the toppings there wasn't any cucumbers, pita chips, pickled onions, broccoli, and corn. This is ridiculous! People need to be informed before they order that multiple items are unavailable. Again I love the food, but when you can't get everything that comes with the meal then I'd rather go somewhere else. I won't be visiting this location anymore. read more

This location the service was terrible and the cashier was very rude with no manners and didn't grant me a military discount that Cava gives to us. Also in the order was missing a item .
