This place is mediocre at best. It stays packed because there isn't another salad joint here since the previous salad restaurant closed. I keep going back hoping it will taste more like the salad places I like. Not only isn't it happening, but it's soooooo filthy. The cash register is dirty. The card reader is dirty. I love Cava and I always come and get the same thing. The owner/manager once suggested I try pita chips instead of a grain which was perfect! I've never had any problem ordering it until today. I was told that isn't an option. Not that I've ever had to pay more for 3 chips instead of rice but I was still told no when I asked if I could have an up charge! Everyone was clearly not wanting to deal with work at all that day so I didn't argue or give an attitude. I thanked them for their time and left. I'm mad enough to leave a bad review though because I can just as easily go to Chipotle where they will at least take my order and my money with minimal attitude as though I'm an inconvenience to them. read more

Its a Whole "Yes" for me, this was my first time visiting a Cava location but it will definitely not be my last! I am obsessed with the roasted red pepper hummus and the pita chips... I could order just that, but I don't lol. The greek chicken pita is amazing and I recently put a tasty bowl together and topped it with greek dressing. All very yummy! Amazing ! Second time at cava this week ! Management is so very kind and she works very well with the fast paced environment!

I'm leaving this review in hopes that management and ownership of this location see it - because we love the food and Cava has so much potential. I've been to this location twice since it opened. The wait is so unnecessarily long, and the staff is so unnecessarily slow. Much of the time, the employees look confused as to how to run the line, which shouldn't be that hard. It's really an issue of lack of planning, operations mgmt and leadership. Last night, I placed an online order at 7:15pm, for pickup at 8pm. We arrived by 8pm, and didn't receive most of our food until close to 8:20. Again, this was an online order and they had at least 45 minutes to prepare our order on time. One of our items we didn't receive until 8:30... and we didn't notice until we were done eating that there was another item we never even received. This is unacceptable. We enjoy the food but the service is terrible. This is an easy fix. Please fix it. read more

When this location 1st opened it was amazing! That is no longer the case! I prefer to pick my orders but it's never ready when I arrive. I normally wait at least 30 mins to an hour! The food had become very sloppy! The workers add so much sauce the food becomes soggy and gross! Also, the music is load and annoying especially when you have to wait forever for your food! I have been coming to various locations of Cava, and was thrilled to learn that one would be opening up five minutes away from home! When I first came, things were slow. Service and wait times were below par. However, I wanted to come a few more times before I could feel comfortable enough to give an accurate review. -Food Quality- The quality and freshness of the food seldom disappoints. The greens are fresh and crunchy, and the meats are steaming and providing a great addition to whatever you get. I have however experienced an occasional serving of rice that had been sitting out for awhile, causing it to be harder then expected. Overall the food tastes great, and there are no issues that would cause me to ever stop coming. -Cleanliness- This location occasionally struggles with the upkeep of the dining area. For example, there's sometimes food that fell on the floor or various bits of trash left around. Nothing too worrisome and it hasn't been a major issue in the slightest. -Service- Great service! The team is helpful, and excited to serve you! One man in particular always makes the visit very pleasant. He's a every enthusiastic and helpful employee, and always makes our visits fun! Be warned Snellville Cava requires patience (the regular line and online ordering is slow) BUT the food is good. We've ordered online twice - tahini Caesar, harissa avocado, spicy lamb meatball pita, custom pita with braised lamb, salted chocolate oat cookie. Everything we've tried except the cookie was REALLY good. But as others have indicated the location does not handle online ordering well. The first time, I ordered online for pick up 15 minutes later. When I arrived 20 minutes later there were 5 to 10 people in the regular order line. I went directly to the register and gave my name. My order had not been started. I waited an additional 15 minutes for my order. Meanwhile the regular line moved slowly. When I ordered the second time, I selected a pick up time of a hour later in hopes of ensuring that my order would be ready when I arrived. And, I arrived 10 minutes after my scheduled pick up time. My tactic did not work. Once again there was 5 to 10 people in the regular line, and once again my order had not been started. I waited an additional 20 minutes for my order. We've enjoyed their food so much that I'm not quite ready to give up on them. I know I'll try again. But, it may be awhile. read more

First time in this location. Staff seems like they have no clue how to deal with people. The food was a definite miss. A salad bowl was ordered and there is almost no salad (romaine) in the entire bowl. There were toppings I didn't ask for added and so much dressing it was inedible without me going home to add more greens. And why is the grilled chicken so slimy/fatty? Honestly, the only reason i'm giving it two stars is because when the french guy is there, the service is A++. However, if he's not there- just walk out. The staff are so incredibly rude, gave me CRUMBS of harrissa chicken and then had the nerve to say "i'm gonna charge you extra" after i asked for a tiny bit more. Also, to not reveal myself, I always get something very specific that the french guy and staff (when he's there) always do for me with no problem however today without him there they were being incredibly rude and refused to do it, clicking their teeth at me and mumbling under their breath. On top of that, the lady checking me out on cashier tried to charge me $35 for two harrisa bowls, nothing else. I am always very respectful and kind especially to people literally making my food but today I wanted to cuss them out- they were so disrespectful and rude for absolutely no reason.
