If I could review this with less stars... Located on the corner of Blissfully Unaware Ave and Zero Standards Dr Billed as thin crust, its actually under cooked, under proofed, and doughy. When you open the box you expect browned, cooked pizza. You get white, undercooked, flour covered dough. The flavor of the sauce and toppings are actually good but are masked by the sad state of preparation and the obvious fear of burning the food. The hallmarks of poor training. Wings are not crispy as advertised. While the meat was cooked correctly, the skin is nothing short of rubber. Your Pie will be another short lived endeavor. read more

This is the best pizza I've had in years. Great people, better food. Grand ambiance with lovely lighting.

Came in to get pizza with my sister tonight. The pizza was good, the same as any location. The staff was not the most friendly but they weren't rude of course. They just kind of seemed to be in their own world a little bit and seemed a little confused when ringing up the order. I always order the kids pizza because I the full size is too much. Most places don't like when you order from the kids menu but I have never had a problem ordering a kids pizza at any location. I even worked at another location in college and we were told it's fine. Lots of adults would get the kids size, sooo yeah I still always order that! They do still give you a gelato cup with it as well, but I usually don't take it because I don't love ice cream or gelato in general (except a few flavors at certain places). Birthday cake gelato is one of the ones I actually love. They had it tonight so I had to get some! 10/10 recommend if you haven't tried it! This location is in downtown Monroe. First time eating with them, and if this is the crap they sell as a fake Greek salad, I will not be returning! Where's the feta cheese????? You advertise it was on it????? Pasta is dry as cardboard. Not to be too complaintive but a bit disappointed. Visited this location last evening. The employees seemed a bit frazzled even though it was only after 5 and the restaurant wasn't even that busy, someone literally dropped on the floor the cooked pies of two in our party so they had to start all over again. For some reason when my wife and I received our pies the crust was cooked yet the toppings were lukewarm, we suspect they sat on the counter because they forgot to serve them. With the prices of restaurant food being what they are and with the issues we experienced there really is no reason to pay a return visit, at least to this location. read more

The worst of the worst. Wish I could give a minus10 rating. No greeting from the workers. The 14" pizza had the bottom and crust burnt black. Will never be back again. My wife and I first ate at Your Pie for there "soft open," which I thought went really. We came back after there grand opening and were pretty pleased. We did find a few inconsistencies but nothing that kept us from continuing to eat here over and over. Some of our slices were cut really irregularly and the dough in the pizza was slightly undercooked. After letting the owner know he was quick to make changes and fix the issues. Since the opening I think we have been back nearly five times. Having never eaten at another Your Pie location we will continue to check out other locations and return many more times to the one in Monroe! I used to like this place, but recently it has gone down the tubes. Ordered one of their new 14" pizzas online and it wasn't ready at the time promised. They didn't even get started on the special 14" dough until I got there. The person working on the dough was going at a snail's pace and even worse the person putting pies in the oven was slinging the ingredients everywhere. They re-did some pies, but others they just let go with now burning ingredients in the oven. It wasn't busy when I arrived and it looked like they had more folks on duty than needed. I got tired of waiting and asked for a refund. It took a while to figure out that part, but then they didn't remove the tip I had placed online. Lesson learned, never tip online. I had to wait longer for them to call the manager to figure that one out. They said they refunded it to my amex, but it did not show up. I'll be disputing with amex as these folks have wasted enough of my time. I'm a local and have seen so many places go out of business. It's hard to tell if this place will make it as they seem to struggle with service and food quality. Too bad as it used to be very good. read more

Well I placed an online order for the 14" pizzas and I ordered 5. Instead, I received 10 10 inch pizzas. They told me they ran out of 14 inch pizzas. If that was the case, why not call me and let me know so I can cancel my order? The order was placed online and you have my phone number. This was for a customer lunch. It was ridiculous Walking in with 10 10 inch pizzas. Not to mention the bill was over $100 and they did nothing to fix this. Never again. What a joke. Barely any ingredients on the pizza. I'm going to preface this review by stating I am not a negative Nelly. I typically read reviews then average out the bad ones. However when it comes to this Pizzeria the negative comments are justified. My experience is a combination of things gone wrong at the same time...a bad app designed by yelp, lack of communication from GrubHub and horrible management at the pizzeria. I placed my order in Yelp for pick up. Yelp assigned my pick up to GrubHub who then delivered my pizza to the wrong address (app never confirmed the delivery address!)...none of these things were the pizzerias fault. However after speaking with the manager on the phone and asking them to remake the order only to arrive and have the manager tell me they cannot make the order and I need to get my money back from Yelp. I clarified that I was willing to pay for the new pies and that I would speak with yelp at a later time. The manager told me to go get in the order line...I was like SERIOUSLY!!! I will truly miss the little shop down the street (best pizza since we moved to GA) which is how we even ended up here, But I will NEVER step foot in this place again. Just horrible customer service overall and the manager was rude...just RUDE!!! read more

I went in to grab a salad and the employees behind the counter were all huddled up talking and didn't acknowledge my existence when I walked in. One boy was literally sitting on the counter scrolling through Instagram when I walked in. He stayed there doing just that the entire time I was there. Overall the customer service was terrible. New ownership has unfortunately torpedoed this previously top-notch little restaurant. Not only has the service been poor but the facility looks unkempt. Rear entrance is awful now, no lighting (light bulbs in fixtures help), floors that belong in an Athens dive bar (bar tar?), restrooms, etc. Hard to even get food now since they are so slow. This used to be one of the family's favorite pizza place in Downtown Monroe .. however I've noticed that they started to be stingy with the ingredients.. But what really vexed me is that i went there today and bought a Pesto Turkey Panini to go. Got home only to open it up to find 1 slice of turkey meat (and not the good kind of turkey meat but the cheapest) ,loaded with basil pesto sauce and the bread burnt.. taking it back tomorrow and gonna get my money back plus speak to a manager.. read more

I took my family to this location the first week it was open. The place was running like a fine oiled machine. The staff was friendly and well trained. The line was out the door when we first got there and we were a little concerned with how long it would take to get our food. However we made it through the line quickly and got our food with in 5 to 10 minutes of ordering. I had the Nat and my wife came up with her own clever creation. She truly made it "her pie". I have been back 2 more times and had the same experience. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone in the area. read more

I ordered takeout yesterday. I ordered the Ischia pizza and a large Greek salad. When I got back to work to eat was disgusted. The pizza was terrible. The salad was a pile of lettuce with chicken. I am vegetarian. I paid 20 dollars plus a tip. When I complained they insisted that they got my order correctly and gave me a free entree coupon which I tossed in the garbage. My wife and I have been to one other Your Pie location a few times before and have always enjoyed the food, but found that the wait was a bit long. This location blew away our expectations--fast service even though the place was packed, great food, extra care taken for my wife's gluten-free pizza, the works. Very clean, too. There were at least two employees actively cleaning the dining area the entire time we were there. This Your Pie is a step up from the other location we used to go to.
