Do not be fooled by the fact that it's next to a gas station. It is absolutely NOT gas station food. I am from the south. I visited family on the west side of Chicago a few years ago and had an Italian beef, dipped, for the first time. I ate them every day of my trip. An absolute favorite meal of mine. So much so that I swore to myself that I'd never try one anywhere else after my trip. I accidentally saw a picture of it on Rosati's Google reviews. I decided to go against my word and give them a try. And my goodness am I glad that I did! Traveling to Chicago can't happen often so having this locally has been a game changer for me. It's not 100% Chicago taste, as expected, but it's definitely still in the 90's/A+ range! This is the closest I will probably get to my Chicago visit and I am not mad at all. The food is hot, fresh, and so full of flavor. The only difference for me is I'd get it dipped more lol I like my shit drippin! The spice is on point. It's tender meat. The bread is soft. I am so shook I don't even know where to begin this review. Hole in the wall vibe? Yes! From the dark ambience to the sticky tables to the overly obnoxious people at the bar. My anxiety was peaked. Mozzarella sticks were hot and great! Definitely the highlight of the meal. The double dough pizza was some of the worst pizza I've ever had. The Aldi take and bake pizza is way better. I only write reviews when either a place is horrible or amazing, the food here was amazing and the portions were perfect, as well as the service was actually some of the best I've ever seen very amazing waitress and was an amazing experience, I drove an hour away or this place and when I pulled up I the only thing next to it was a gas station but once I went in the atmosphere felt just like any great pizza place should with decorations on the walls, booth seating, many great options as well as values. I've only been here twice. My first visit was for the Italian Beef sandwich. I thought it was awesome. I went back a second time for lunch and had the Italian Beef again and ordered a 16" pizza with pepperoni and mushroom to go. I reheated the pizza for dinner that day and the next. The pizza was also vey good. A great combination of crust, toppings, sauce and cheese. The service was excellent both times. On Sunday, July 28, 2024 I ordered an 18 inch thin crust sausage age pepperoni pepperoni and onion. Food: Pizza was perfect. it was the right amount of sauce and toppings and as a bonus,bonus, the cheese was fully cooked with a nice light brown color, just the way I like it. it was hot and fresh and is one of the closest pizza to a real Chicago pizza you can get in the Atlanta area.area. My daughter ter ordered the Ravioli pasta and she she likes it. it certainly tainly was a good portion. Service: Service was was excellent. I Iplaced placed a to go order. they told me 25 minutes. I ordered online meaning to order in cumming. The owners put me on a massive runaround and told me I would get refunded but told their third party company not to issue the refund. This is horrible customer service so even if I would consider this location I wouldn't promise I never will. If I even hear a stranger speak of going here I will share how a potential customer gets treated. It would not hurt the business to comp the error but they would rather keep their product and the money with no care of their customer. They didn't even offer to deliver or rectify in any way. I really like Rosati's. I am a Chicago native and actually used to work at Rosati's. That being said, this location is pretty rough. Pizza is good, but booths and tables are in bad shape. What got me the most, is that on a Sunday during football season, 2 televisions were turned on. One was showing the news, and the other, a college game from the day before. I was in town for a youth football tournament and we needed pizza for our 7 year old boys. There was no Little Caesar's in sight so this was the closest place to our hotel. I ordered 3 large pepperoni, 3 large cheese, 1 small pepperoni and a Greek salad. $164 later I pulled up to pick the pizzas up. I told the gentleman at the counter who I was buying for and how I was looking for something waaaaaaaay cheaper and he gave me a discount. I guess. He got my bill down to $101. Still very expensive for pizza buy hey, what could I do? The pizza was cut in squares so I didn't know how that was going to go over with the kids but hey, what could I do? Turns out the kids AND adults loved the pizza. It was amazing. Just expensive. The salad was hittin too. If they were local (close to my house) I would eat there all the time. Heads up. Rosati's in Cumming is adding 3% if you pay by credit/debit card. A non cash fee. As we move to a cashless society this is unacceptable. They do not inform you of this in their menu, initial check or at their tables. I raised the matter with the manager who agreed. They said the napkin dispensers had a message but then couldn't show it as the message was not there. $53 inc tax and fees to book a vip table for dueling pianos the $86 Inc tax for food and drinks before tip for two of us. Then another 3% because I paid by credit/debit card. Over 85% of US transactions are now by card. This is just a rip off. Publish a price with the 3% included. Charging more after the fact is just bad business. read more

Best pizza around hands down. One of the only places you can get a real deep dish pizza. Also, more toppings than almost any other pizza. Their others dishes are great too. Sometimes an Italian Beef is just the way to go if you are craving Chicago food. I'm a southern boy, and Chicago food ranks right up there with New Orleans and Savanah. read more

Tried Rosati's for the 1st time less than 2 weeks ago and have had it twice more since! Their Meat Mania Thin Crust Pizza is the absolute best! They are definitely pricier than other pizza places but well worth it because of the quality ingredients. They have a small, casual, intimate dining room and bar and offer lots more than pizza. Vast improvement on the visit a few years back I'm glad to say. I can rec the beef sand as they have been pretty good as of late. NOTE to customers: Do not order the Combo beef/sausage cuz they give you 1/2 of the beef as normal then hide that fact under a sausage they deep fried. Since Raj has left Rosati's the food has been Horrible. We have ordered 3 times at $60.00 a time and each time the spaghetti was hard and the Chicken Parmigiana was greasy! The Meatball Parmigiana sandwich was Nasty! The Meatball looked like a different color or something. As far as the pizza goes, who can screw up a pizza unless they put too many tomatoes on top. I did not know Raj before we started going there so I'm not saying this because of Raj being a friend or anything! I'm a Real New Yorka and I tell it like it is whether you like it or not. Very very happy! We just relocated to the Braselton area from Texas where we weren't too far from the Rosati's Woodway, TX location (near Baylor University). Anyway you know it's a good sign when you walk into a place and see Hawk's legend Dominique Wilkins working on a deep dish pizza with his daughters who were enjoying some giant meatballs. This location is quite a bit smaller than the Woodway one, but they have the same expansive menu here and same incredible taste. It was a Sunday evening so we ordered a thin crust 14" pepperoni special with a side salad with bleu cheese dressing and a couple of Pepsi sodas. There were 9 people at the bar enjoying the nice draft beer selection and I was pleasantly encouraged to learn from the table next to us the deep dish would take 45 mins to bake which is what it takes at famous places in Chicago. Our side salads were to us in 4 minutes piled high with crisp romaine and spinach, cucumber slices, grape tomatoes, red onion slices and a hefty portion of shaved Romano cheese. The blue cheese dressing was incredible and reminded me of the dressing they serve at Bone's steakhouse. I had set a timer on my phone and we received our perfectly baked, crispy edged, well topped pizza 16 mins after we ordered it and it was piping hot. Rosati's was heavy handed on the pepperoni! Did I say we were Very Very Happy! I'm not sure what the cry baby 1 star reviews are about this place but we will be regulars here. They hold true to the Rosati's legend. The pizza sauce and cheese they use is epic. We saw the deep dish brought out to the table next to us and wowzers, it looked like a grand slam in a dish. The service here was friendly and attentive when we came in for a late lunch. We ordered the cheesy garlic bread, a Chicago-style pepperoni pizza and the zeppoli (? Not sure if I spelled that right... but it's powder sugar covered nuggets of dough that you can dip into a generous heap of Nutella) for dessert. The food tastes good and we especially enjoyed the pizza and dessert!! The only thing I wish was different were the prices. The cheesy garlic bread was $6 and it came with 4 pieces. This appetizer, to me, should have been more of a $3.95 or $4.95 type of appetizer. While the pizza was tasty, it was about $18 because we added pepperoni. When we got to the location guided by the GPS, we thought we were trippin. It's in a gas station parking lot. We go in an get seated rather quickly. Our server, who was from Chicago, was extremely friendly and funny too. We knew we wanted the Chicago style pizza but decided to try a few other things as well. I had the Greek salad which was nothing to rave about. I just wanted that pizza. We tried these pizza dipping things that laid the foundation for what came next because the we're delicious.
