Decided to give this place a try after seeing it on Yelp. Small little place that you could easily drive right past. I was very interested in the pizza of course but mostly the deep dish and their Italian Beef. And, who would pass up Toasted Ravioli??? I was disappointed you couldn't have a large slice made to order but I understand how that would be difficult to maintain. The Fried Pickles are also a must try for me everywhere I go and these were just not good at all. Huge pickle slices with little picklie flavor and way wayyyyyy too much breading. The Ranch was very good however. Saved it for my pizza. The pizza........ expect to wait 45 for deep dish. Absolutely, a good sign! It was OK. I enjoyed it but was expecting a lot more. The staff was friendly which helped and they have a good bar selection. All that being said, it was very overpriced for what we got. I was disappointed and annoyed at the quality of food compared to my whopping 80 dollar bill. Pretty sure I won't be back unless my daughter makes me go because she enjoyed her pasta. read more

Very dissatisfied with the service, which I would give one star for. I'm the only one at my table who even tipped. My friends beer was warm. Unfortunately the wings I ordered took 50-55 minutes, one pizza showed up 10 minutes later and another pizza ten minutes after that. They were not busy, we were one of six party's in the restaurant. No one was getting service or food. When walking in, there was no one to seat us. After waiting for some time, the waitress asked the hostess who was standing in the corner looking at her phone to come seat us. She joked(?) that she didn't want to but said she would anyway. She sat us and walked away. Then the same woman came back some time later to ask us if we wanted drinks, we ordered those and an appetizer as well as our entree. We got the drinks about 10 minutes later (there were three of us at one table), and the appetizer 10-15 minutes after that. We patiently waited for our entrees, with no contact or update from the waitress. We flagged her down to ask for updates to which every time she replied "Oh, just two or three more minutes." As written above, some of our food didn't arrive until an hour and 15 minutes after ordering. 75 minutes for pizza a small 14' pizza!!!!! So after the third time of telling us "just a couple more minutes" we were about to walk out, until the head waitress apologized for the wait and gave us free "Fried Bread Bites" which is awesome if you aren't allergic to gluten, which I am. Then right as I was about to ask for a manager, the waitress came with one plate that had two peoples entrees on it. So me and my friend had one plate with both of our meals on it, which since it was wings with different sauces meant that they were mixed together in a combination of Hot and Honey BBQ.... which thought some might find delicious, is not what we ordered. Also, the pizza for the other two people in our party never arrived until 10 minutes later. Then another pizza came 10-15 after that. Now I know what you're thinking... it's not the waitress's fault our food was slowly prepared, and I 100% agree, the waitress's tip should not suffer for a cook who doesn't show up or is cooking slowly. Unfortunately, our waitress has the worst attitude which just was the cherry on top. Not only was there the snide comment that she didn't want to seat us, but she habitually pulled out of her @$$ how long the food would be. If she had been honest and said that an oven was down, or someone didn't show up for their shift, then our expectations would be that the food will take a long time, so we would have be able to make an informed choice to decided to either go elsewhere or that we didn't mind waiting. After this experience was over, everyone at the table just wanted to pay and leave. It took TWENTY MINUTES to get our check after she took the plates and we had asked for it. During this time we never saw the waitress. (Keep in mind there are three waitresses for two tables, she wasn't overwhelmed with tables) I ended up going over to the bartender to ask for our check, which she did. As she was walking over to us, our waitress said something to her and then grabbed the checks from her and went out back..... Sometime later she came back with them. 37.50 for 6 wings and a personal pizza was my friends total, who didn't tip because of some of the comments I didn't witness that she made to him. I tipped two dollars on a $30 dollar check, which is the lowest percentage I've tipped in my life. Being held hostage by declining us the check or opportunity to ask for it, knowingly lying, no apologies, and absolute apathy was my take away from this "restaurant". From now on, I'll be doing take out from this establishment if I even come back again. read more

I've eaten here many times, but only twice as dine in and it's just unfortunate how long water refills take. Friday night (8/7/20) was the 3rd time i have visited in 2 weeks. Food is outstanding. Angelica is the best, very on top of her work and taking care of all customers... NOT just her own. The thin crust pizza is definitely worth 4 stars from my previous experiences. We returned for just nuggets and sandwiches though and I felt a little less excited. I was hoping this would be my new go-to pizza spot, based on the reviews and it not being a huge chain restaurant, but I was very disappointed and in all likelihood, won't be returning. One positive: the interior is unexpectedly great and super-clean. Our server was inattentive and more interested in flirting with a gal sitting at the bar. There were only 2 other tables dining at the time, so it was quiet, plenty of opportunities to ensure we had plates (we didn't), and that we received the correct items (late salad, no dip for wings.) The wings were atrocious. Swimming in so much goopy sauce that I had to wipe them off with napkins. The pizza was OK, more cheese than anything else, so I can't really comment on whether the sauce tasted authentic, or if the crust was done well. Delicious! We tried several things tonight. The garlic cheesy bread, the combo sandwich with beef and homemade sausage, three cheese penne pasta, a small pizza and cannolis for dessert. We would order the cheesy garlic bread, the sandwich and the pizza again. The pasta we would take or leave. The cannolis were not the best and not the worst. Jataura was our server. We didn't get deep dish pizza, but it seems like a lot of the more critical reviews here did. Yes, that pizza takes time to bake, so if you don't call ahead, you are going to have to wait a while. Be prepared to wait or call ahead and cut your wait time in the restaurant. This place is much bigger inside than it appears to be. Definitely not what I was expecting. The attached gas station is very deceiving! We ordered a double crust pizza, and it was amazing! The bottom of the crust was crispy, with a soft doughy layer on top. Just perfect! I don't care for overly salty or "processed" tasting pizza and I love the flavor and chewiness of the Chicago pizza. It is a little pricey, but worth it for a special occasion or when you're tired of pizza chain pizza. For a small or 10" Chicago style pizza with pepperoni, it's $19.20 before tax & tip. Having dined in and ordered take out, if have to say I prefer take out. The Chicago style pizza takes 45-50 minutes to bake so sitting in the restaurant waiting that long seems excessive compared to other dining experiences where you'll get your food in like 15-20 minutes. read more

My first time there, had the Chicago Beef with peppers, dipped. Excellent Sandwhich, in comparison to Portillos of Chicago, only real difference is the bread. Less than 1 star! They hung up on me 3 times when I wouldn't let them give me excuses for why they screwed up my order! I wanted a refund and all they wanted was for me to go away, I'm not allowed to order from them again, as if I would! Ordered a Chicago deep dish and received it-late with nothing but onions-disgusting. I called immediately and requested a refund, was told manager would call to confirm, of course he didn't. When they started hanging up on me, he threatened to call the cops on me. Not sure what they could do, when I asked to speak to the owner I was told they're in Chicago, call them. A previous manager of this store was abusive on the phone to me saying he felt sorry for my husband for being married to a Bit#% like me, and hanging up! Been here numerous times - sometimes good some not. This is a not good time. We had a pizza and a cpl of sandwiches it was pretty good considering it's trying to be Chicago pizza. Not consistent for sure, Better than my last visit to Sliced in Hoschton I'm sorry to say. 2 of us also had sandwiches. My BIG problem is this: An Italian Beef sand is $10.49 so is an Italian Sausage sand. Here's the part that p***ed me off. I ordered a Combo - that's an Italian Beef w/ a piece of sausage on it. It's only $1 more. Sounds good huh? NO they take 1/2 of the beef off and charge you for a sausage cut in half longways. What If I ordered a sausage sandwich and asked em to combo it w/some beef? Would they have removed 1/2 of my sausage and charged me more for obviously less? So for an EXTRA $ dollar I get 1/2 of my meat stolen and a cut sausage. I'm not 12 and do not need help cutting my food. If your going to take 1/2 of my beef DO NOT CHARGE ME for that sausage. No giardiniera was given either. Just a cpl limp pieces of grn pepper. Don't be fooled by the fact that this joint is next to a gas station, it's truly a hidden gem! Chicago style pizza in a friendly sports bar setting, great to take your family out, go on a date or have some beers with your friends. If you have a gluten allergy, this place does a damn good job with their gluten free pizza. They even have a gf Chicago style pizza, which is amazing. I'm really happy I came out here at my friend's reccomendation. Their waitstaff is super friendly, and my water glass was full the whole time. The waitress and I had a chat about how they should add a few things to their gf menu, like cheese bread & pasta, so hopefully someday their gluten free menu will expand :) they do an awesome job, and I feel lucky to have a good, safe pizza place so close to home. We were so excited to find a Rosatis so close to home! We have eaten at the Cumming location and were very disappointed with both the service and food. We went to this location with high hopes and they did not disappoint! The food was very good and the service was fantastic! Dan was our waiter and he was great! The general manager Robert came to our table to make sure everything was perfect. We will definitely return! The monster pizza is a must! Update: 8/28/20 Not sure if there is new management, but all of the food we received was horrible! Italian beef looked and tasted as if it had been microwaved! So dry, it was inedible! The bun on the Chicago hotdog felt and tasted like it was 6 months old. The thin crust pizza had absolutely no flavor what so ever! So so disappointed considering this place use to be so good!
