We ordered delivery with about an hour estimated delivery time so we knew that going into it but just wanted to share for context. We got a large Caesar Salad and an XL Half Meat Max Half White Pizza. As expected, it needed to be popped into the oven for a few but it was still a great pizza. Hubby's was the Meat Max side and Mine was the white. While mine was good, I ended up liking his better. He usually doesn't care for white pizza but took a bite and asked to "swap a slice." So that's something. I docked a star because we ordered the Large Caesar salad and though it was a good dressing, the croutons were standard box croutons and the portion was a bit slack. For the price at close to $12, I felt that was a bit high. But it was a good salad. We haven't been terribly impressed with any of the pizza options in the area and have been trying different places. This was solid pizza, nice dough, cheese, meat, toppings, etc... we'd probably order again. read more

The food here is great, and the atmosphere gives you a "home" feeling. However, the service steals the show! The waitress, Chasity, is amazing! She's very attentive, friendly, and always has a smile on her face. When you walk through the door she greets you with enthusiasm that makes it worth it. We walked in and ordered (2) to-go pizzas and garlic knots at 8:20pm. We were told it'd be about 20mins. We sat and watched other tables get their food, eat then order to go food and leave before we even got our to go order. We got our order 1 hr after placing it. Sitting at a table the whole time. They took multiple phone calls and filled those orders while we sat and watch the "to go warming box" fill up with orders. Staff was friendly and kept promising our food would be out soon...now 1hr after ordering a carry-out order we just received our food. We were their about a week ago. Started off nice cause we found this place when we just moved here. But for good things not to last, after we got our food and drinks the 2 girls that helped up just went in the back and right out the door leaving us with not getting any refills and asking if we wanted anything else. When they finally returned after 30mins one of the girls I guess was the manager looked like her eyes we glazed over and smelt like weed. She had a red Rocky's logo shirt on and was giving orders to the other staff. Over all we had the worst experience there and won't be back. Especially if this is how the owner let's the staff get away with this. From all the other reviews I've been reading I can see why they weren't that busy when we came. **update** me and my wife were at Rocky's Pizza in Auburn GA. The new management is top notch. The food quality is amazing. Tried the meat ball pasta bake, it was very delicious the meatballs are genuinely hand made and the marinara sauce was excellent. Wife had the chicken Parmesan pasta bake the chicken was nice and crispy and the meal was well portioned. This place is a hidden gem in Auburn GA. My husband used to go here years ago when he first started working in the area, but I believe it was sold to someone else. Not really sure what happened. After that he said it wasn't as great as before. COVID hit and he never saw them open again. We moved to Auburn in September 2021 and found that Rocky's was open again and we FINALLY got a chance to stop in (had to learn the new hours...our fault for always coming on a day or time they were closed). We were greeted by a nice young lady and service was quick. They brought us some garlic knots and we ordered a medium meats pizza. The crust is somewhat thin (which we love) and we have found that the medium is perfect if you don't like your crust getting soaked with grease from the meat. A large is a good size but all the dough tends to soak up the grease which we try to avoid. If you are into that...go for it! Lol As far as the ingredients are concerned...all I can comment on is the meat pizza bc we love it and haven't tried anything else yet. All the meats have a good flavor to them and always taste fresh. They don't skimp on it either. Every square inch of the dough has toppings. The sauce has a good flavor to it and they put just enough on it to give the pizza that flavor. My personal preference is always light sauce so this meets my needs perfectly. We have made this our new Sunday late lunch spot. Our food splurge for the week :) I honestly look forward to going. Everyone is always nice and accommodating. My only criticism is the sweet tea. I have seen many reviews and social media posts saying this place was great so we went to check it out. We seated ourselves and waited and waited despite being the only seated table in the place. The staff was having some order problems. About 10 mins later we get our menus. Eventually we order a calzone and Stromboli. My wife hates ricotta so the Stromboli was for her. They arrived and appeared to be well cooked. The dough was definitely very brown, very close to burnt. We cut in to each and the cheese wasn't melted in either one. Never seen this before, shredded unmelted cheese and an almost burnt crust? And the Stromboli had ricotta in it so my wife couldn't eat it. The whole time we were listening to the cashier argue with the kitchen staff and take calls about wrong orders. The kitchen made the wrong flavor wings and that wasn't the cashiers fault and she wanted them to know it. Somebody called in wanting a refund which she couldn't do since it was an online order. Deliveries were taking 1.5 hours+. It really seemed like a lot of drama for a smaller pizza place. We will skip this place moving forward. read more

Great! Had wings and calzone delivered. Apologies for long delay (1 hour) but we were delighted with the quality of the food. Wings were large, tender and baked instead of fried and were very tasty. Decent place with good portions just need better cooks. They aren't trained correctly. The pasta tastes like nothing but garlic and the pizza is always undercooked. This saddens me since the owner is actually from NY. Maybe it's time for a trip back home to help remember how it should be. I want to update my rating for Rockys Pizza because I've recently found out that the " convenience fee" is not on all orders just on online ordering. I still don't get how it's convenient to order online and be charged more when it's easier to just call in which is no fee but either way they deserve a better rating. I'm very disappointed by the lack of professionalism and rudeness I witnessed this evening. After placing my online order I received notification that my order would be delayed. I showed up at the new time and was told it would be another 45 minutes. Upset, I left the restaurant because I did not want to wait 45 minutes with a 5 year old. I returned to pick up my order and was told it had been canceled. I became upset and did raise my voice because the workers quickly made it my fault. They expected me to wait. I never said to cancel my order. Responsibility was never taken for their mistake. I was told by a girl sitting on the counter that I could leave. This is not how quality customer service works.
