I absolutely love this restaurant - a now Friday night staple in our household. It gives the feel of a true family-owned business from the seating to the way the employees truly care for your needs. The owner (I think it was) really emphasized 'yeah we have a menu but if you'd like to customize your order, I got you'. And that, to me is SO rare to find nowadays. Service is A1. But onto why you're really reading this - the food!!! Omg. If you love New York style pizza you're going to absolutely LOVE. The pepperoni was my first try, love it but the Margherita pizza stole the show. Thin crust, perfect ratio of cheese, sauce and toppings. seriously, it's even better the next day re-warmed. Yum yum. I gave 2 stars because of the pricing. I ordered 6 cuts of Sicilian instead of the 12 cuts. I was not told the 8 cuts was more expensive than the 12. I was charged over $48 instead of the $20+ for the 12. I was not told this when ordering. I complained, but they said the 8 cuts was already being cooked. Our group will not be returning. read more

If you complain about long waiting times on food or say wait for over an hr on salads for the table then tell them to take it offf the check and as you get up to leave he comes out with the salads and says yall are wasting food and then makes you pay for all including the salads even though he wouldn't allow any of us to take them as Togo. Real NY style pizza. The ingredients used are the real thing. Expect a little greasiness from the cheese and toppings. It's the price you pay for authentic pizza. Delicious! Ordering takes place at the front, then you sit at your table in anticipation and eat the fresh-baked bread with marinara dipping sauce. Finally, the pie is proudly presented to you at your seat. The service is all that it needs to be. Efficient but not overdone. They give you a number, and bring the food to your table when is ready. Their menu is extensive. They have salads, pastas, calzones, strombolis, subs, pizzas soups and more. We decided to try a little bit of everything so we ordered a Caesar Salad, Cheese Sticks, Garlic Bread, and a slice of Pepperoni Pizza. The food was okay. Very greasy and kinda expensive, but the service was just awful. They barely take care of you. We have to ask for every single thing we needed and they just seemed annoyed. I'm a bit of an Italian food snob because I had the privilege of living in southern Italy for a few years, so I rarely dine at any American restaurants touting themselves as Italian. I know the founder or owner of Napoli's is from southern Italy and I know the menu items can be prepared in traditional Neapolitan ways, but in order to appeal to American tastes he has to alter the recipes. A Caprese Salad for instance is not served on a giant bed of lettuce, no lettuce ever actually. And in southern Italy at no time did I ever get balsamic vinegar on a Caprese either. The pizza's at Napoli's are pretty close, but again, there is a big difference between real Italian pizza and an American version trying to be a close to real as possible. The food there is all really very good, it's worth it to dine at Napoli's. They beat the hell out of any chain Pizza place that's for sure. I do wish the ordering process and dining in service was different though. Having to order at the counter is kind of a pain in the you know what. read more

Visited and ordered. Immediately after ordering I asked to use the restroom and was told they were out of order. Very odd for an operating restaurant to not have at least one operating restroom. Having been traveling I needed relief so I had to have them cancel my order and go to another nearby establishment. Not very impressed. I am giving one star since I can not go to the negative. This was our first time coming here. It took over an hour to get our food. When I went up to the counter to inquire on our food there was an incredibly rude young girl. She said "it would be out in about 3 minutes and do I think I can wait 3 more minutes." She initially asked if we got our drinks and I acknowledged that we did receive our drinks and she said that I should be happy I got those and continued to ask me if I saw it back there as in how busy they were. As if, it was well more than acceptable for it to take this long to get our food and because they are busy with the to go orders vs. the actual people sitting down to eat. The picture attached was of my chicken parmigiana that was swimming in liquid. The owner sent over dessert to try to make up for what was going on, but I'll be honest to come over to our table would have gone a lot further.
