This was delicious. I loved building my own bowl just hope to remember what I ordered for next time... Staff could learn to communicate a little more with each other and less eye rolls.. it doesn't come off as friendly or welcoming

Harissa Avocado Bowl

A lot has changed in a year. Terrible Customer Service!! These employees are miserable and careless (slapping the ingredients on my bowl). The place is dirty. Chipotle would never!

Kids meal pita with chicken, rice, and pita chips. Got another side of pita chips

Please get CAVA's some small bags for the pita chips. 3rd time I was handed my chips, without a bag. I know they are just chips, but who said I wanted to eat them at that moment. I have to end up wrapping them up in napkins before I leave the restaurant.....smh!

Honey harissa chicken

My friends and I worked out and decided to stop by here for some bowls! Upon arriving, there was already a line starting inside and majority tables full. For food, I got the honey harissa chicken bowl with super greens and saffron rice, tzatziki, corn, tomato + cucumbers, pickled onions, pita crisps, skhug, yogurt dill, and garlic dressing. It is on the saucier side but I enjoy that! It definitely gets busy during lunch rush so beware of the line!

This was my 1st time here. It was during the lunch rush (1:15pm). However the line moved quickly. If you like chiptole you'll love Cava. The ingredient are better quality and they aren't stingy. Loved the staff. Very nice and very diverse just like the customers. Loved it. The restaurant was cleaned. And the staff (even though it was very busy) was attentive to everyone's needs. I decided to try the Steak & Harissa bowl ($17). It had a small kick (spice) to it. It was delicious. This is one of the specialty bowls. I also tried the fried pita chips ($2). That was perfect with my bowl. It had a lot of flavor and was crunchy. I tried the different lemonade they offered. Cucumber lime with a splash of spirt was good. The cost was ok ($22 + free drink). I had food left over so really like 2 meals. I will definitely come back.

Cava bowl

Build your own

I really liked the food. It definitely gives chipotle vibe but with Mediterranean food. Personally I prefer this place. I got a Build your own bowl two mains( added steak being one of them) and the pita chips on the side for $21.21 There was an option to get a free drink if you Scan a QR code and take a survey.

I really love this Cava !! It's very clean and the service is on point !! Jennah helped me out and was very friendly and the food was on point!!

I tried the build your own bowl with supergreens and saffron rice, added the chicken, tzaki and hummus sauce, and lemon herb tahini and skouug dressing, plus the fresh veggie toppings. Everything tastes so fresh, and each ingredient is very well prepared. Flavor is on point with a Mediterranean profile. Would definitely come back and try more.

I've been here a few times, and it always hits the spot. It's definitely busy all the time, but everything runs smoothly. The ingredients are fresh, and the food consistently tastes delicious. I love the variety of meats and sauces available. The lamb is cooked to perfection with just the right balance of flavors. The red pepper hummus adds the perfect kick to the meal. Definitely will be back for more.

Great selection and everything was very clean. Was greeted by the cashier, who was very nice. Paid and found a booth. I visited the soup area, which had a great selection of soups, and three types of pasta. Everything looked good. The bakery section had some muffin choices, breads, pizza, and baked potatoes. Prices were reasonable and sr ice was great! We will be back.

Everything at Soup n Fresh is what was Souplantation. There's the clam chowder, chicken noodle soup, same fresh salad ingredients with most of the same dressings. The muffins taste the same but they're all rectangular shaped like how the chocolate ones were. There are baked potatoes and sweet potatoes next to the muffins, pizzas, and cornbread Desserts are still boring (jello, pineapple, pudding). Soft serve is ice milk which isn't our fave and we don't usually eat it. The soup selection is good and some different types (posole, bone broth chicken noodle soup to name a couple) . Service is great. When we were paying, we had seniors for senior pricing and coupons. The cashier was super smart in dividing our bill to give us the opportunity to get senior pricing and also use our coupons. (Thank you!!) The workers are constantly stopping by your table to remove the dishes off your table. I like that as it consistently gave our table room to go for 2nds or 3rds! The restaurant itself is pretty much set up exactly like how Souplantation/Sweet Tomatoes used to be. It is clean and super busy environment. Parent with kids letting them run wile, please watch your kids. I saw one child who almost ran into a parent w/a tray that had 4-5 bowls of soup. Another child walked out of the restaurant and someone brought that child back in to find her parents! As for drinks? The beverage station is Pepsi product (i remember it being Coke products) Lemonades, milk and coffee. We wish we had a Soup n Fresh in the SouthBay!

The only thing that is iffy is getting parking at the lot nearby. The place was really spacious and it wasn't that busy when I went. I took this bowl to go because I wanted to go grab some juice nearby. I really enjoyed the sweet potato in this bowl and I really also liked how everything just mixed well together with the flavors. I do think there's a lot of kale and I couldn't really finish it. Also, it does normally come with almonds, but in case you do have any allergies, they promptly let you know and can remove it if necessary. I don't think we have one back in my city so this was a nice place to try!

I built my own with greens, warm and cold sweet potatoes, quinoa, carrots, mushrooms, and other vegetables. I ordered balsamic and olive oil on the side but didn't need them because the bowl was flavorful on its own. Everything tasted fresh and satisfying. Customer service was good and everyone was friendly. My friend ordered a drink and wasn't told there were no refills; I asked at the end just to double-check and was told refills aren't available. Not a big issue for me since I brought my own water, but worth noting. The restroom was clean, though it uses an air dryer instead of paper towels, which made opening the door a little awkward. Overall, I'd still recommend Sweetgreen for fresh, customizable meals, especially for plant-based eating or dietary restrictions.

If you're looking for the definitive Lebanese experience in the IE, this is the order to beat. The Breakdown: * The Trio Grill: You get a sampling of everything--chicken, beef, and kefta kebabs. The chicken kebab was the standout for me; it was incredibly tender and had that perfect open-flame char that you just can't replicate at home. * Baba Ghanoush: This was a smoky revelation. You can taste the fire-roasted eggplant in every bite, and the texture was perfectly whipped and creamy without losing its soul. It's easily some of the best in the area. * Tabouleh: So many places use too much bulgur, but Mezzaterranean does it right. It was a bright, herbaceous explosion of fresh parsley and lemon that cut through the richness of the grilled meats perfectly. * The Extras: It all comes together with their fluffy rice and warm pita. Pro tip: use the pita to make little "mini-tacos" with a piece of chicken, a dollop of baba ghannouj, and a pinch of tabouleh. The Verdict: The portions on the Trio Plate are massive (definitely enough to share, though you might not want to). Everything tasted fresh, vibrant, and authentic. It's clear this family-run spot puts a lot of heart into their recipes. 10/10, will be back for more of that garlic sauce!
