My first time here and I will be back! It is basically the idea of Chipotle but for salad and grain bowls. The ingredients are all super simple, clean, and there's more than enough options! You get a complimentary piece of pita bread, the choice of a green, a grain, a protein, unlimited toppings, 2 dips/ spreads, and a dressing. I got the splendid greens as a base with chicken, roasted veggies, hummus, roasted red pepper dip, tomato and cucumber, feta, and pickled onions. It was DELICIOUS! Not to mention it was under 500 calories (didn't eat the pita) and $10. I spoke to the GM Andrew as he came around to each table and made sure everything was good. I also talked to him about the nutrition in the foods and he was very knowledgeable, kind, and even gave me a nutrition menu to take home, as I am very health conscious. Tucked into legacy west it's a Mediterranean chipotle(some assembly required), which was a little unexpected for anything but Mexican. But it was surprisingly good. I'm not a huge fan of a lot of Mediterranean sauces but easily navigated to a quite delicious first experience. Will definitely go back. read more

Ordered through the app and went inside to pick up. Did a ton of customization on both dishes ordered, and everything was prepared correctly. The employees working were very friendly and prompt in getting the order out to me (food was already ready, and I arrived just at the pickup time I selected). Great food and service! Throughout the pandemic we always had a great experience with the salads and curbside pickup. We always tip the person bringing the food to the curbside . For the first time in June this year the salads prepared were 50% of the normal size and half the ingredients were missing. The manager Ryan was super understanding of our surprise and disappointment and profusely apologized. Ryan made sure the salads were prepared properly today and for free to make up for the past experience. Awesome customer service, caring management . Will continue to order at Cava! read more

I recently moved to Frisco and was very excited to try Cava as it is my type of place! I ate in the restaurant on my first visit and had a great experience so today I decided to order it to be delivered to my work at lunch. I had to have more and was going to treat myself! I was so excited- I have never ordered food delivered to work in my 3 years here and I cannot leave work for lunch- so this was a big deal! I ordered one of the new curated Pitas and as it was not enough for delivery (even though I was paying a service fee and a delivery fee) I added a salad to have for dinner tonight to meet the miniumum. I order the Spicy Chicken and Avacado pita, did I mention I was excited??!. Took a few bites and all I got was pickeled onion. Okay- sometimes you need to distribute ingrediants a little more... Opened it up and there almost no more pickeled onion (they were all right on the edge I had eaten) but worse, there was NO avacado on my Chicken and Avacado Pita. I double checked the reciept to make sure that I had not accidentally said no avacado. It was ordered correctly. So dissappointed. Then I checked my salad, and I had asked for dressing on the side, but recieved no dressing. I normally save my money for evenings and weekends and now I spent $30 on lunch with no avacado and a salad with no dressing... Anyways.. I recommend for eating in and don't recommend delivery. If you do pick up- check your order before you leave! read more

Having found Cava on Yelp we arrived with high hopes, anticipating a healthy Mediterranean meal. Granted, it was a Saturday night in a very heavily trafficked area (Legacy West.) Our experience was pretty disappointing to say the least. The prep line was out of numerous items, including all but three toppings. Crew working the line seemed unapologetic and highly unmotivated.Things only went downhill from there - empty beverage ice machine, most of the non-soft drink aerators were also empty. On the outdoor terrace, all tables were badly in need of bussing and trash cans were overflowing. I rarely throw down a one-star rating - this one is sadly deserved. read more
