Outdoor seating is a pleasant plus, near pretty water fountains; shady enough to be manageable for a June day in Plano, Texas. Servers stand behind plastic shield and wire masks, which I appreciated. We enjoyed ordering the half grain half veggie bowls, which came with pita. Good root beer too. Add bunches of items to your bowl for a tasty treat. Like a Mediterranean version of Chipotle. Talk about healthy and tasty!!! Cava has such an amazing selection of so many flavors and tasty combinations all while having very healthy options. My personal favorite is the Lamb grain bowl with harassa, tons of tasty veggies, peppers, and some amazing dressing I don't remember what it was called :) I get this at least once a week and never get tired of going back with some many amazing combinations to choose from. Called for a refund and they said they don't do refunds- you have to call in your order the next time and they leave a note with your name on it saying you have a free meal. I love coming here for lunch - hands down my favorite spot! A healthy delicious Mediterranean meal. The harissa honey chicken (only $1 extra) is my favorite protein option. I usually get a bowl of brown rice + mixed greens. There are many great topping options and all their sauces are AMAZING - my personal favorite is the spicy green skhug sauce. My bowl always tastes so fresh and yummy whether I'm ordering it in person or picking it up. They also have a lot of seating - inside and outside. Normally I love cava and haven't been to this location yet. Today I went in and wasn't greeted at all this girl with red hair just looked at me and didn't even ask for what I wanted. I told her I wanted a bowl with rice, and the whole time she was making my bowl she was glaring at me, barely talking, and overall rude just looked like she hated her job. We came here on a weekly basis for months, but the last several times have been extremely disappointing. It seems to be going downhill fast. Friday and Saturday nights here are an absolute disaster- there is food EVERYWHERE, almost all toppings, rice, and, lettuce options are low or out all together, and there is only 3 staff members working and it is very clear this is not enough to keep up with basic tasks. I've tried this place a few times now and feel like I should finally review. The food is great and they give you a ton, could almost eat two meals out of one bowl. I love the beef meatballs, they're really lean and they give you a lot, it's hard to finish them all. Everything is super fresh and has great flavor. Their drinks are what I really like, they have all types of fresh juices, my favorite is the strawberry lemonade. I didn't give this 5 stars due to the price, but it is Legacy West, didn't expect anything cheap. A bowl roughly costs $13-14 depending on what meat you get. read more
