What stood out to me was the slight hint of lime in the āhuacamōlli (hear me out) made this burrito unique and special. The spice level was not overbearing and the potatoes were perfectly cooked. I found it interesting that the bartender removed an entire plate of uneaten food, and didn't have the professionalism to ask questions. My friends and I noticed that the workers here seem to be more about socializing with each other than taking care of business.
