Kairos Mediterranean is a staple food group for me in and of itself! I love all of the fresh ingredients here. It's consistently a hearty meal, packed with great protein options and amazing flavor. The red pepper feta and tomato cucumber salad toppings are some of my favorite. Also enjoy the friendly staff every time I visit!

Got the minga salad as I was not that hungry. Probably the smallest thing and it's still good for 2 meals. This is the best fast casual spot in Mt, Pleasant and I believe that's because of the people that work here . They're excellent

Food was fresh and tasty and priced well . I especially liked The addons such as sweet potato and lentils. Very flavorful chicken and meatballs , not salty and the pricing was also good for the amount of food you get .

Good place for quick Mediterranean bowl or pita wrap dish. Although I am not a fan of bowl type meals, this place is pretty good. The pita wrap is much better. You can build your own but for your first time I recommend you go with a set dish, especially the bowls. The Refresh was better than the Moroccan. The staff is friendly and have patience. So ask for recommendations if you're not sure. Make sure you get a side of Feta Fries... they are fantastic! They also have a few outdoor seats.

Has really gone downhill in the past year. The pits is tasteless, the food is incredibly salty and fries are totally soggy. Bowls are just meh. Not sure what's changed but just doesn't taste good. Used to be a go to for healthier take out No one in my family wants to order anymore.

First meal of my girls Labor Day weekend vacation. Two of us ate here while waiting for the other girls to arrive. I wanted to start light with a salad knowing how many delicious southern meals awaited me over the long weekend. My local friend highly recommended this place. We both got the power green salad. Wow! It was the perfect lunch! The falafel was freshly made. I got the dill yogurt dressing in the side and it was perfect. All three spreads (humans, tzatziki, red pepper feta) were tasty. I got the cucumber water to drink. Loved the music they played. Tables were comfortable. Places was constantly busy around the 1-2pm mark. There was a steady stream of people. Line length varies but moved fast. Service was outstanding. Everyone was courteous and pleasant, especially the guy at the cash register.

We heard of this place so we decided to give it a try. Options are so many I got confused and ended up ordering the same thing the lady in front of me had ordered it was Street Pita with chicken and a lot of other stuff which was flavorful and delicious but the French fries were very small, almost like shoe string potatoes and were soggy Maybe next time will order a bowl that reminds me of chipotle style a combo with everything in it

They were very helpful with my questions concerning my gluten allergy. They were able to confirm what was gluten free but it is also clearly marked on the menu. The food was fresh and amazing. The hummus is homemade. I had chicken Lula and it was really well seasoned and some of the best I've ever tasted. The only downside was the price. It was quite pricy for a lunch but with that being said, I would still return for more of their food. I just wish I could have tried more of it.

What really separates these falafels is the robust range of spices and complex flavor into the traditional falafel, texture and flavors. The falafel appetizer platter came with four pieces and they were basically gone as soon as they arrived to the table as our entire family ate immediately. Including our pickiest eating family member, who enjoyed theirs too! Exceptional! The halloumi is fantastic and cooked perfectly. It had a nice seasoning on top of it which differentiated it from others I have had before. Everyone at our table enjoyed it. It came with four pieces. The grape leaves were a delight. They had a more robust complex flavor palette than Greek style grape leaves. They were served warm, however they were not dried out like sometimes grape leaves are when they're brought to a table warm. These were beautifully seasoned and had nice moisture to them. The size of each was about that of a ring finger. I can not remember hot many pieces were on the plate but it was more than 4. We ordered the chefs hummus with the pine nuts and pomegranate seeds. It was delicious and a great texture. Pretty much par for the course. My entrée was the Mujadra lentil and rice dish. The flavors were absolutely phenomenal. At first, I was thinking about getting the lentil soup for lunch, but then decided to try under the vegetarian section of the menu the lentil plate. The lentils and rice were placed in a circle mold on the plate. With pretty pieces of salad coming out from four different places. There were pine nuts, chopped, and placed a top of the rice and lentils. Everyone at the table tried my dish and even though we all four have very different favorite flavors and foods everyone agreed it tasted phenomenal and was absolutely delicious. Another family member ordered the lentil soup. They really enjoyed that and they also took some rice off of their spouse's plate and put it in the lentil soup which was a nice pairing. Spouse had the beef kebab cooked, medium rare. The temperature on the kebab for cooking was absolutely perfect! The texture pinkness, and overall cooking was beautifully done to a true medium rare. He had french fries as his side those were just as perfectly cooked as everything else that came out of the kitchen of this restaurant. They were nice and crisp with a good flavor. Three of our four family members tried and agreed they were very nicely done fries crispy all around and not floppy soft. Another family member ordered the Shish Tawook. They were completely in love and smitten with the garlic sauce that came with it. It is divine and tastes beautiful on the chicken. Rice was beautifully cooked as well. The accompaniments of lettuce, pita and oil was delicious. Dessert was baklava. Like every other part of the meal, we had it had a really nice blend of spices and flavor to it. We got it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. All of the desserts on the menu are made in house. One of our family members doesn't tend to like homemade ice cream however she liked this ice cream because she thought the texture was really brilliant for it being made in house at a restaurant. The baklava comes with three pieces. I would love for them to open a restaurant near where we live. If we lived here we would come in 2-3 times a week. Near the end of our meal, we heard some of the restaurant team speaking with another table of regulars. We overheard that they were short staffed that day as someone had called in. We never absolutely would not have guessed that. They seamlessly checked on our table, brought everything out in a timely manner, and none of the plates were hot like they had been sitting at expo waiting to come out to the table for a while. It was wonderful hospitality, with great care and checking in. Our server was a sweet and attentive person. Simply removing plates as we finished and refilling drinks. No one at our table was in want or need of anything as he kept it all well filled. I think the biggest compliment I can give is one family member always has room for dessert. They loved their meal in the appetizer so much they could not have any dessert. Which coming from them a huge dessert person is quite the praise.

While we were out walking on King Street, a local recommended Stella's, and I'm so glad they did. We walked over from our Airbnb and immediately loved the space. The restaurant has two U-shaped bars in the center, which is my husband and my favorite place to sit when dining out. We went in with zero expectations and hadn't even looked at the menu beforehand, but everything ended up being incredible. The drinks were fantastic, and our bartender/server was so sweet. Even though we were one of the last couples seated that evening, we never felt rushed and were able to enjoy the meal at our own pace. We ordered the non-breaded calamari and a shrimp dish, and the calamari was honestly the best I've ever had. It was incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked, and the artichokes that came with it were so delicious. Every bite made me happy. We finished with the tiramisu, which our bartender recommended, and it was absolutely outstanding--easily the best tiramisu I've ever had. I'm still dreaming about this meal and would come back in a heartbeat the next time I'm in Charleston.

We were surprised when we walked in and the bar was actually low, with low, spinny bar seats. But it actually was pretty unique and fun! Our server was excellent and gave us great recommendations. We started with the Stella's Kalamari that had sun-dried tomatoes, capers, and artichoke hearts. It was very flavorful and delicious. Something to keep in mind here is that the portions are pretty large. Perfect for splitting dishes and a lot of food for your buck. The stand out dish for me was the spanakopita. It's a flaky, crispy pastry with spinach and feta inside that you dip in tzatziki. What's not to love about all of that?? We splurged a bit on our entree and split the braised lamb shank. The lamb itself was pretty good, but what I enjoyed most was the pasta it comes with. I would maybe suggest trying a different entree. It wasn't my favorite, but it was good. For drinks I got the Cretan, which had cucumber infused gin, lime, rosemary and thyme. It was so refreshing and just what I wanted. I will definitely be coming back here and recommending it to others!

The last two times I've ordered pita chips and hummus through the app, the online ordering process felt completely pointless. Both times, my order was marked with an estimated pickup time, but it wasn't actually ready until more than 10 minutes after that. While I was waiting, I watched employees serve 15+ people who came through the regular line after I had already placed and paid for my order. I even saw pita chips being given to customers in line while I was still waiting for the chips I had ordered earlier. It just doesn't seem like online orders are being prioritized or managed efficiently. On top of that, both orders of pita chips were so heavily seasoned and salty that I couldn't finish them. I've had the pita chips here many times over the years and never had this issue before, but the last two visits have been consistent enough that it feels worth mentioning. As a college student, eating out is something I have to budget for and is a treat I look forward to. When the food isn't edible because it's overly salty and the pickup process takes significantly longer than expected, it feels like a waste of money. I know everyone has off days, and I've had plenty of positive experiences at this location in the past. However, because this has happened twice in a row, I'll definitely be more hesitant about ordering here in the future.
