I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and it was busy. The spot seems fairly popular. Staff was not particularly friendly and it really made our visit lackluster. I don't need the royal carpet, but I do think there is a minimum amount of friendliness for every transaction. We ordered the cotton candy in a cup and it was decent.
