Food was flavorful and clean tasting. Purchased the chicken and rice bowl and it did not disappoint. Clean and well maintained store lets me know it's all good. read more

First time eating here and it was much better than I expected. I'm not that adventurous when eating different foods and got a pita with grilled chicken, crumbled feta, and slaw with a side of the Greek vinaigrette. It was stuffed full with chicken and fresh made pita bread. Could have used a little more slaw but overall I was very pleased with it. Will be back! Customer service was good. read more

Earlier in the week, one of my social media followers made a post about Cava. I knew I had to order from there this week. It's in one of the few restaurants where you can order just about anything on the menu and not feel bad eating afterwards. When I order Cava I usually get a bowl. Harissa chicken is my favorite protein but I decided to switch it up. Here is my order: Tzatziki, Grilled Chicken, Persian Cucumber, Tomato + Onion, Pickled Onions, Baby Spinach, Saffron Basmati Rice, Crazy Feta®, Red Pepper Hummus, Salt-Brined Pickles, Tahini Caesar, Yogurt Dill, Free Side Pita As you can see Cava offers a variety different toppings and sauces to choose from. When I ordered I got my sauces on the bowl instead of on the side. I'm always impressed with the service here. I mostly order takeout and usually when I go pick up my order it's ready to pickup in their take out area. That was no different this time. There were a few people in line waiting to order as left the restaurant. When I got home from picking up my food I wasted little time. I devoured my meal. Fresh toppings are a staple at Cava and they lived up to it. I really love the pickled onions. The chicken was seasoned so precisely. The best part of the bowls is the variety of different flavors included in one meal. I will always recommend Cava. read more

CAVA - Salad Near Me - Mobile, Alabama

This was my first time at CAVA. The food (bowl) was good I can not complain about it. My complaint is about the service. The staff was awful. CAVA had to many staff members working and for the staff to have a nasty attitude. I was greeted with wait by a team member will be with you in a moment. Again they were not busy but had 5 people on the line and I had to wait. Then I asked for a recommendation of what was good, the staff member acted as if I offended them, she said she could not recommend anything and to read the menu. Wow. I proceeded with my order, however, at that point I did want to walk out but continue to order. I was recommened to by another restaurant to visit CAVA. At this time I can not tell you about the atmosphere of the restaurant because I was a little heated at the staff. I would try the food again at another location or when this location staff has improved their attitudes. (CAVA 3980 Airport Blvd, A-1, Mobile, AL) read more

Delicious Mediterranean food leaning towards bowls but pitas are available in this assembly establishment like Simple Greek, Chipotle etc. They were featuring spicy falafels that I chose for my salad protein. They were fine but far from spicy. My salad top came loose and dumped my salad leftovers driving, so I'm concerned with how their compostable bowls hold up to wet items. Its like the salad loosened the lid. Food and service were great, and restaurant was pleasant. I liked availability of counter seating. This is a fun, healthy addition to Mobile for fast casual dining. Heads up -- the location wouldn't coordinate with mine for some reason even though I was inside the restaurant. read more

I've had Cava while on the West Coast and I was ecstatic to find this location while in Mobile. I attempted to check in but for some odd reason, it was showing I was too far away. This location is conveniently tucked into its own corner in a large shopping plaza. Parking close did seem a bit of a challenge and it's a busy parking lot so use extra caution. I went for lunch and there was a pretty long line. Luckily I wasn't in a rush nor did I have a time limit. The line did move fairly quickly. I got a custom bowl with super greens, saffron rice, lentils, harissa, eggplant, grilled chicken, pickled onions, tomato and cucumber, kalamata olives, Persian cucumber, and feta. I got Greek vinaigrette dressing on top. I've gotten this same bowl before and it is incredibly delicious! All of the flavors and textures mesh together so well! I'll visit this location when I'm in the area again. read more

CAVA - Anneke said thumbs up!!!! - Salad Near Me - Mobile, Alabama

I've eaten at other CAVA locations and had good experiences, but this Mobile location really let me down. During my visit, I witnessed cross-contamination from an employee handling food, which is a serious concern for anyone with allergies or dietary needs. When I tried to address it, the employee was dismissive and had a rude, unhelpful attitude. Food safety and customer service are the basics in any restaurant, and unfortunately this visit made me feel that both were being ignored. I truly hope management takes this seriously and provides better training, because customers deserve to feel safe and respected when dining here read more

Love the food here and the people are very kind but they never fail to forget to give you the Free Pita bread that comes with your food. Even if it's on your online order read more

Been here a few times but the place still feels like it's getting its sea legs. I'm not a big "Mediterranean" fan but the food was really tasty. The service has been mixed. Sometimes greeted with a smile and enthusiasm And other times you would have thought I stole their puppy. I don't know if it's staffing level or the times I show up but the place needs some help keeping tables clean. Foods decent. Price is average and if the get it together will be worth more frequent stops. read more

CAVA - Pita - Salad Near Me - Mobile, Alabama

They offer SO many gluten free options! My husband is celiac so finding a safe place to eat out is incredibly difficult for us. I had a delicious GF Greek Salad & he had a realllly awesome GF Spicy Lamb Meatballs (salad- instead of a pita wrap) Picture below... I eat GF so I don't cross contaminate him. In the case of these two dishes.... It was as simple as asking them to hold the Pita! Everything else was fine. The staff was understanding & VERY knowledgeable, kudos to management for that!!! They changed their gloves & was very careful with his bowl. THANK YOU!!! You can sit inside or outside. If it's a nice day.... definitely outside. We will go back! 100% read more

CAVA - Greek Salad w/ grilled chicken & Spicy Lamb meatballs! Delicious!!!! - Salad Near Me - Mobile, Alabama

I'm so do delighted to see another healthier food option int the Mobile area. I was immediately greeted and assisted upon arrival. The server politely explained to me the many base options they had available. I made my protein choices. Then added the toppings and I was out the door with dinner. The bowl serving was so big I had enough for lunch the next. I loved the minimalist look of the dining area and will opt to dine in the next visit. read more

I hate to see Zoe's go, but Cava did not disappoint! The portions are generous and the quality of food seems better than it's predecessor. Unexpectedly, I've fallen in love with Pita chips. The decor is very minimalistic and not warm but the food is great. I've dined in this location before but regretfully I must admit that the restaurant does not have a pleasant smell. Hopefully the odor will be addressed but have no fear the outdoor dining option is great option. read more

I came into the establishment today around 12:40 pm and my experience wasn't like the previous times that I've been there. A female worker with black hair was extremely rude and made my experience unpleasant. I asked nicely about her grabbing the food with tongs over her hands and after that she had a nasty attitude afterwards. Slinging my food, and acting with aggression. I didn't want to say anything further because of course this is someone handling something I'm going to ingest. Hopefully something can be done about this. But the food was good read more

This was my first time at this location as I've only ever been to the one in pensacola and I've got to say this one is my favorite. My bowl was made super fast and the girl that helped us, Emma, was very helpful and thorough with my friend who had never been to one before. Wish i lived closer to this one. read more

Food was good, but that's where the positives end. 1. It's expensive. $35 for two bowls. 2. Trash cans were overflowing. 3. We had to work to get any employees to acknowledge us. 4. They shorted one of our bowls on meat and we're going to just charge the same and leave it short. We asked them to fix that and they did. read more

This restaurant is a very unique experience is you like, or would like to try Mediterranean dishes. Everything is freshly prepared. The lamb meatballs and honey harissa chicken are my favorite proteins. Be aware that some selections are spicy! read more

Most of the time it is great. This time they gave me the smallest portion of chicken I've ever seen. Do better next time Cava.

- Delicious selection of Mediterranean options, including vegetarian. - Avocados are fresh and just the right level of ripeness. - Soft drinks are from Maine Root, using organic cane sugar for a richer taste. - Friendly staff! read more

Brown rice is hard, basmati rice is over cooked and mushy, spinach is rotten when slimy green pieces, harissa honey chicken is supposed to be a little spicy but rarely is, pita chips are stale, and portions are very inconsistent.
