Let me start by saying this: I love Cava. Over the past few months, it's become a staple in my weekly rotation. Its convenient location near the grocery store, along with its healthy and satisfying options, made it an easy go-to. Most of the time, my experience has been great. I order through the app, and my food is ready by the time I arrive. However, there have been a few hiccups along the way. On several occasions, I've had items like side sauces, pita, or even rice missing from my bowl. The portion sizes can also be inconsistent. While it's not ideal, I'd usually contact support, and they'd add store credit to my account, which was nice. This time, though, things went too far. Not only was my sauce missing, but I found a strand of hair in my bowl. I'll spare you the photo (trust me, you don't want to see it), but it completely ruined my appetite. That was the last straw for me. I reached out to support, and to their credit, they refunded my entire order, which I appreciated. But even with their quick response, I'm not sure I can bring myself to eat at Cava regularly anymore. Two teenagers served me with nothing but rudeness and indifference, treating the entire process like it was an inconvenience to them. The portions? Laughably small. For the steep prices they charge, I expected something resembling a meal - not a tiny, sad excuse of a serving. Not only were the portions stingy, but the complete lack of care these employees displayed was shocking. They were disrespectful, unfriendly, and acted like they were doing me a favor by even being there. I have never felt so undervalued as a customer. This was my first time at Cava - and you can bet it'll be my last. If you want overpriced food served by careless, disrespectful teens, this is the place for you. I've visited this location three times. They start you off with small portions, but I give them the "Chipotle" look and ask for more--I think they need to be a bit more generous. The service is decent, and I've had no issues with the staff. The food tastes good; I usually order the build-your-own bowl. However, the cleanliness of the place is a concern for me. The serving counter never seems to be well maintained, with food splatters everywhere. The indoor seating area often feels dirty too. The floors are consistently sticky, and there's trash scattered about. The tables and chairs don't seem well cared for; they have a sticky residue that lingers no matter how much I wipe them down. Absolutely horrendous customer service, portions, manager, worst food. This is the worst Cava i've ever been too their is absolutely nothing good about this cava anything you can name about it is horrid. The managers look like they're there just to watch and they don't know anything of what they're doing, workers are clueless about prices and what and what they can't do. They also up charge for very little things and it seems they just do it to try and scam you out of more money. The food has always been wonderful. The staff is always welcoming and the atmosphere is always cheerful. What really stands out to me about this location is the manager, Adrian, and the service that ALL of the staff give. Absolutely top tier. They have the patience to deal with my picky requests, and if something is not right they fix it. I don't eat out very often, but when I do I prefer going to this location, despite there being many options for a meal in that same area. Love this place! I visit very frequently and Id call myself a regular here. I ordered the Harissa avocado bowl today and it was delicious as per usual. It had good portioning and I love the large variety of toppings available. Food is warm and fresh! I was served by Israel today, they had a lovely smile and personality! They always make sure to check if ive ordered everything I need! I sat inside and enjoyed the lovely ambiance inside, nice and clean. Loved the store aesthetic as well. I don't know what happened but I bought a bowl from here and the worker drowned my bowl with sauce. It wasn't the normal amount that they usually put. It was to the point where the whole bowl was straight liquid. I ordered a bowl, not a drink. The service was also extremely slow. She also gave me attitude the whole time I was making my bowl.
