Bad attitude/bad service and always out of ingredients. We came three times and every time they are always run out of some of the ingredients and scrapping the containers to put the ingredients in your bowl. When we ask to bring new ingredients from their backroom, they say they are completely out of it. I waited little to see. They did bring new containers full of those ingredients for next customers. At one time, the employee literally scrapped the salad container and distributed little bit to three customers. They act and look at you as if you are beggars and they are making a big favor to you. Ordered to go food from CAVA twice last week at the Murphy and the Casa Linda location. Both times the food was excellent and healthy!! The chicken and right rice was so fresh and tasty, my husband had a pita and my son and daughter in law had the build your own bowl which they said was great! The order was ready to go when I got to the to go shelf so service was good. Not sure about ambiance since both times I just ordered and picked up. Will definitely be back!!! read more

O.M.G. I'll never go back to Chipotle! Funny enough, the Park Lane location is right next to Chipotle. Yet they're both thriving! I'd probably not get lamb meatballs (additional cost) as they're on salty side. Falafel is not crispy. My go to food is a bowl w green + grain. Then, I'll get all the toppings except Avocado (additional cost). It's very filling that I could not eat everything in 1 sitting. First of all, I know that hiring is difficult now but the kid working here can barely speak or build a basic bowl. Second, they need to define the difference between a side and a scoop. I was charged 2.95 for a bottom of the container half scoop (which is already a tiny scoop) of Tzatziki sauce and $3.40 for feta - I can buy a container for that. I should have refused to pay and left the salad there because it looked sooooo basic and yet it cost me $17.88 for a takeout salad. That's nuts. Plus the kid got all nervous when I said I wanted to see the receipt - he tried to justify that they said the two teeny tiny barely a "scoop" of non-protein items cost more than $6.00 - Look at the scoops (aka "sides") - I did a close up, it's maybe a teaspoon of tzatziki. We have loved this place since it opened, but the last several time we have visited they have been out of staple ingredients. Put a sign up!! Cava food is excellent! The staff at this shop are pitiful. They mumble, yes more than one, so you have to constantly ask them to repeat themselves to hear them over the loud music playing. One staff member had his earbuds in his ears. Apparently doing his job is secondary. The day we were there, early afternoon, they had no pita so you could only get bowls and they also had no olives. Super excited to see CAVA start to expand across Dallas but both times I've been to this one I've had issues. The last time I showed up at the restaurant and sat at the pick up section while the 3 employees stared at me for 10 mins. Finally I approached the line, one employee completely ignored me, the other was taking a personal call and the third was sitting in the back staring at me. Once the person taking their personal call got done they asked how they could help me (if it wasn't clear by me standing next to the pick up section). I told them I was picking up an online order and he seemed surprise. He looked at my order and started telling me everything that they didn't have, rice, chicken, harissa, etc. I finally asked them to cancel the order and they said they couldn't, I need to contact the online site. Reached out to their support to get a refund and they responded with "you cannot make modifications when you place an order, but since you were proactive, we will issue a refund this time". Oooofff. I love Cava, when they get my order correct, which is rare. Our orders are almost always wrong when we place it on the app and are rarely ready at the time it says. This location is constantly out of pickled onions and other items like falafel, pita crisps, and feta cheese. We have tried this location so many times just hoping it'll be correct. We even go in to order to check to see if they have things in stock because their app does not reflect their stock. We have ordered numerous times only to receive our items with multiple missing ingredients because it was out of stock. I was shocked when I went to a location in Colorado and saw that their app actually reflected the items they didn't have, why doesn't this location have the same process? I so wish this location could get it together and stop being out of items and getting orders wrong. We literally walked out on Sunday evening because they were out of so many ingredients hours before closing. So disappointing! read more
