Love the salads here! I often get the falafel salad with hummus. Love that you can customize your salad. This allows you to flex your salad creativity. The falafel recipe is really terrible if you have had Mamouns in New York. Cava's falafel is undercooked and doughy. This location needs to focus on improving their quality of their food. read more

I love coming to eat here but each time my experience gets worse and worse. First of all the have rude employees that will try to stare you down to intimidate you and never smile. There's only a handful of employees that are actually nice, I found the older ones in their 40s-50s are the rude ones. If you're that upset about your job go somewhere else. The manager (i think) is even worse. He's a dorky looking man who looks like would be on discord 24/7 is also very rude. You can tell by the way the employees side eye him that they don't like him either. I honestly the location is great and if they got a whole new crew it would be the best CAVA location out there. read more

I like this location bc the manager, he's great and the other staff is so nice but there's one employee that is very rude. Not sure if it's because she's pregnant and may be exhausted but she did not get my order correct, missed a few items in my bowl nor did she communicate that they were out of crazy feta. Good, kinda like chipotle build your own. Doesn't taste as fresh as Maya's Modern Mediterranean in Casa Linda shopping center. I go to Maya's because it's closer to my house and they have the #1 hummus of Dallas. The service at cava was ok. As for the ambience you can look out at the road of traffic I guess. read more
