Let me just start off my saying I love Cava. Great flavors, decent price, good fresh food. I have had mostly great experiences there. I came into this location expecting to leave as I often do, full as a tick and happy as a clam. But not this time. Not tonight. I will not name any names or give any descriptions, because I don't want anyone to get fired. But I have never been more annoyed by a service worker in my entire life. From the second I stepped in line, he was rude. No "how can I help you" or "what would you like today", he just waited for me to start talking while he stared at me as if I had just rigged an orphanage with explosives. I don't know what I did to annoy this guy so much (hint: I didn't do anything), but the entire time I was ordering he was being absolutely, disastrously rude. The only thing he said to me was "is that all" when ordering a side. When it comes to tone of voice, I can best describe it as Squidward on a bad prescription of antidepressants. I'm serious, it was the worst service I have ever gotten. I get that everyone has bad days, I have worked in food service before so I know there are times where I would rather be eaten alive by a group of rabid opossums than serve the next customer. And I'm not expecting every worker to smile cheek to cheek and tell me how handsome I look while giving me a free lollipop, but this was just unacceptable. I came in as a paying customer, and this employee (who is paid to make the bowl for me) made me feel as if I was the biggest inconvenience in the world. Crazy town. I don't know if he will read this. Hell, I don't know if anyone will read this. But on the off chance he does, I want him to ask himself this: Where is your lust for life brother!?! Where is the zeal that drives forth the hearts of man?? Too many a man I've seen bogged down by his own attitude, by the cold box in which he places his psyche. My night was ruined when I walked in to that Cava, but it could have just as easily been made. If I was treated wonderfully and kindly, I leave that place smiling, happy, and ready to chow down on that cava like a starving refugee who just smoked weed for the first time and now has the munchies. Service matters. Attitude matters. Kindness matters. I didn't think that I would ever go back to this location, but everyone deserves a second chance. I will be going back on Wednesday night, September 6th between the hours of 6-7pm. Impress me and I will write a good review. Like I said, everyone deserves a second chance. The food at every Cava restaurant is great. Consistently fresh and visually appealing. What sets the Coppell location apart is the level of CUSTOMER SERVICE. The staff members are unfailingly courteous and friendly. The service is fast yet carefully prepared and presented even at their busiest times of day. Cleaning seems to be an obsession from the tables to the floors to the restrooms. When you meet one of the managers, Crystal, it becomes clear why this location is so well run. Polite, friendly, professional. She has a passion for her food and her customers. In short, she makes you feel like family. read more

Cava in Coppel has a friendly family atmosphere. The workers are genuine and build strong connections with their customers. The restaurant is immaculate and well-kept. The food is healthy and a good-sized portion of food. One of my favorite places to go eat is Coppell. read more

This was our first visit to Cava and it did not disappoint! Ghada was very patient with me while I viewed the menu. I decided on a spicy chicken & avo pita and my daughter got a custom bowl. We both enjoyed our food and will be back! read more

Been waiting to try this place for a long time. Visited the Coppel location on Thursday afternoon. Had a bowl with greens, hummus, chicken and lentils. Toppings of corn, pickled onions, pita crisps and avocado with a dash of garlic sauce. Really enjoyed the meal and will be back to try their pita wraps. read more

food is great. but they are so slow! even if you order agree did time you have to wait 15-20 minutes past your pick up time. you've got to figure this out or you will be losing business starting with mine. frustrating. don't offer specific pick up times if you cannot meet them. never have this problem at chipotle. read more

This place is delicious but 5 out of the 6 times my husband ordered our food for pickup in the app, our order has been incorrect. Whether it's forgetting extra sauce ordered or the wrong rice or the wrong topping- it's always something. Granted we have no allergies and we aren't picky but it's still frustrating to crave something and then when it's time to eat, it's not what we expected. Also heads up- if you dinner around 6:45/7 they are always out of the meatballs but the chicken is delicious! Moral of the story, eat before 6:45 and eat there in person! read more

This place is charging me $22.72 every month, and $25.72 for previous months, for some sort of subscription and automatically deducting the amount out of my checking account. I never signed up for a subscription. Their site does not give an option to dispute this. I had no clue this was deducting because it doesn't show on my checking account but did through Rocket Money. I had to call my bank to verify the charges, which they did confirm I am charged. Cava's site doesn't give an option to dispute this and their rewards policy (if that's what I signed up for) never mentions a charge. THIS IS CRAZY!!! read more

Food was fresh but way too salty and hard to eat. I had the Greek salad and subbed out the arugula for rice. I'm blaming the olives, which were excessively salty. A pity because the food was fresh and staff were helpful. My too companions had no issues with the chicken avocado salad and falafel pita, which were good. read more

First time ordering for pickup and was disappointed-not as good as Zoe's. Lettuce was limp and old and the romaine core bottom was included as an unappealing gesture. Also, one item was not in the bag even though it was ordered and paid for. When I called the restaurant to inquire about the missing item, no one answered the phone even though the store was still open. Doubt I will ever see that money back. Do not order online from them. They WILL NOT care about your order, they will give you less food. Every time I've order online they give me a tiny amount of meat (even when I order double meat) or they get the toppings wrong (add things I don't want or a tiny amount of what I do want or just plainly dont add it). read more

I was hoping for three nice Cava meals for my parents and sister, but the customer service that I received was completely rude. I asked for one of the "wraps" on their menu, but the person receiving my order said "don't make it hard for me?" I did not understand at first so I repeated my order and he said "crank it down??" I was in shock so I just asked for three bowls, but after I ordered my food, I realized that the person taking my order was completely rude and did not want to take my order. Two of the people who took my order after that were completely rude as well. I am not asking for people who work in customer service to be "nice" and all "daisy", but I am asking for some decency from people. I get it because both of my parents work in customer service, and I have participated in it as well. I understand that it can be difficult, but you should not work in customer service if you're going to act completely rude to your customers. I understand that some people have bad days, but I went to this same Cava multiple times in the past, and I had the same person from today take my order and he always acted ill-mannered towards me. read more
