Me and my wife came in smiling and in a good mood and was extremely nice to the server. We left feeling the exact opposite. I didn't realize until the bill came that they charge extra for it. Furthermore, it was barely hotter than their regular salsa. Had I known all that, I would never have bothered with the request. Now, I have no problem with garden variety Tex Mex as long as it's priced accordingly, but I expected more here due to their higher prices.
