Absolutely delicious, I'm shocked I've never tried cava until now. The food is amazing and I felt like the portion size was good for the price. It is a little spendy but it is so worth it for the quality. The interior at this location is nothing special. It's your typical quick dining experience. I thought the workers were kind and it was clean inside. They also have a ton of different drink options that most places do not so that was fun to try as well!

My first experience with CAVA was actually in Maryland. I am sooooo glad CAVA is finally here in Arizona and I finally made it!!!! Nothing has changed and the flavor was just the way I remember it! The portion size is great even for to-go. When I got home (20 minutes), the food still tasted great! The pita bread was crispy. All of the sauces were delicious. With so many options on the app, I was worried that the ordering process would be complex, but it was easy to follow through. I was only in the dining area for a brief moment and someone already saw me and told me I can grab my order at the pick up area. It was a smooth process. The aroma of the dining area...oh, it smelled so great! It's clean and tidy too!

This was ok, and took care of my hunger. I ordered the build your own pita. I immediately wished I had done the bowl with rice instead. I wasn't crazy about the texture of the pita. It was thick and puffy. The harissa chicken was good and fairly spicy. I loved all the toppings. It was packed with cabbage, broccoli, tomatoes etc... it was all tasted great in the bowl with rice! Service and atmosphere were ok.

I've been wanting to check this place out for a while but haven't had a chance to until now. I thought it would be a restaurant but it's actually more of a casual fast food spot with a dining area inside and out on the patio. I hadn't looked it up so it was a surprise to find out they offered Mediterranean style food. Ordering was fast and easy. The portions were quite generous and the pita wraps were very large! We ordered greek chicken and crispy falafel pita wraps and a side order of spicy lamb meatballs. Everything was quite tasty so I'm sure we'll be back again! The spicy lamb meatballs were spiced with seasonings and not spicy (hot) for anyone that might be concerned. The prices weren't overly high and seemed fairly reasonable for what we received. We weren't wanting any sides so this was just about what we needed at the time so we actually didn't overeat as we probably would have under normal circumstances. I think we just walked in after a large group departed so the tables weren't wiped down yet. The rest of the tables were kind of a mess but we were able to find a clean one. Parking is easy and just outside the front entrance. There are several dining places in the area so it might get a little crowded depending on the day and time. They're conveniently located for us to get to easily. I'm sure we'll be back again for more now that we know what to expect. Go check them out as I'm sure you'll find something on their menu that will hit the spot.

    $16 dollar bowl of nothing

This is crazy! Third time a charm? NOPE- what's interesting about this visit is that the lady infront of me was also gripping about the portions of the spoons. How is this place still in business. I took a picture of my $16 dollar bowl and no I didn't task for less food.. I actually asked for two scoops of rice and was given it. The picture is exactly what I ordered and it looks like more than what's it is in person

First timer here after I have consistently heard people rave about this place. You can build your own bowl or pita, or choose from one of the prebuilt options on the menu. I chose to go with the harissa chicken avocado bowl and added extra chicken. The bowl is good and has a lot of stuff in it... greens, basmati rice, corn, avocado, pickled onions, cucumbers and some hummus. Some of the scoop sizes are kind of small, so certain flavors got lost in this bowl such as cucumber. Overall the flavor is really good and I would come back for this. Service was a bit slow for a "fast med. food" option but seems like they're still figuring things out. This is a great quick option packed with a lot of flavor and fairly healthy.

We order lunch delivery from Cava often and haven't been disappointed. Delivery service is quick. Easy to order online. Food is flavorful and you can have it made exactly the way you want it. Good fast casual option.

CAVA is a casual dining restaurant that offers healthy made-to-order food with a middle eastern theme. They offer bowls and pitas that can be made either with meat or vegetarian. The flavors are unique and they offer toppings and sauces that are usually difficult to find in this type of setting. I have had both pitas and bowls before, and found both to be very filling and reasonably priced. The falafel tends to work well in a pita and the greek chicken is a fantastic bowl. I even like the diet soda made by maine root since it doesn't have aspartame and tastes great. They have other beverages and teas that are equally healthy and tasty. This particular location was a little tight with indoor seating, but it works okay this time of year. The service was good and the portions were rather large. CAVA is a nice healthy option if you are looking for good flavors and creative options.

Grilled Chicken, saffron basmati rice, lettuce, fire roasted corn, hummus, tzatziki sauce and feta

Fresh, Flavorful & Family-Approved! We recently visited CAVA and it was a total hit with the whole family! The food is incredibly fresh, cooked to perfection, and packed with flavor. My oldest son built a bowl with grilled chicken, saffron basmati rice, lettuce, fire-roasted corn, hummus, tzatziki, and feta -- he couldn't stop raving about the combo of creamy and savory! I had a similar bowl with grilled chicken, fire-roasted corn, Persian cucumber salad, veggies, feta, and balsamic vinaigrette with tzatziki -- light, refreshing, and perfectly satisfying! My younger son kept it simple with grilled chicken, saffron basmati rice, and pita chips -- and even he finished every last bite (which says a lot!). My husband went for the Falafel Crunch bowl, loaded with falafel, roasted veggies, Crazy Feta, hummus, pickled onions, pita crisps, lentils, greens, and skhug -- he said every bite had the perfect texture and kick of spice. For drinks, I had the Blueberry Lavender -- so delicious and unique! The kids went with classic root beer, and my husband mixed the blueberry lavender and blueberry soda for a fun twist (and loved it!). CAVA nails it every time -- fresh, flavorful, and full of vibrant ingredients. We'll definitely be back soon!

Since the time they opened, have been wanting to try and finally went in on a Saturday for lunch! The set up is very much like Chipotle but here they have Mediterranean food. I wish the menu was simple like a bowl or a pita but they have chef selection which is not easy. I went with chicken and rice which is chef selection and the people behind who make the bowl have to read through the card to customize it! This makes the whole process slow. They are still getting used to but the line was long and slow which made many impatient. We can add more toppings and bases, some of them were charged extra. It costed about $35 for two people which I thought was a lot! But, the food is excellent and filling, loved the bowls! Overall, I can see myself going early or late and not during the peak time of the and stick to basic bowls!

The dining area was clean and well maintained, with spotless tables and restrooms, which always makes a great first impression. We ordered two chicken shawarma plates: one with fries and hummus, and the other with salad and rice. Everything was seasoned perfectly. The chicken was tender, juicy, and full of flavor, the fries were crisp and well-spiced, and the hummus was smooth and delicious. We also tried the C1 combo Arabic style, which came with half chicken, half beef, and two sides. Both proteins were excellent, and the garlic sauce was a standout--we absolutely loved it. We couldn't help but notice many other customers enjoying salads, all of which looked fresh and generously topped with crisp vegetables. Portion sizes across the board were very good, leaving us satisfied with some to go. Overall, the food was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was clean and comfortable. The kofta was great as well but would definitely come back more for their shawarmas but it's definitely the best bang for your buck I also got some baba ganoush on the side to dip my fries in but unfortunately, I thought the baba ganoush was too lemony/there was too much sumac added so it wasn't as enjoyable. Most baba ganoush I've tasted in my hometown also had a smokey flavor to it from the eggplant so it really couldn't compare.

You have to ability to add or omit ingredients from the menu items which makes for a very satisfying customized meal (and only have yourself to blame if it is a displeasing combination) BERLINER WRAP- meat and veg all in a flatbread wrap. There's a lot of ingredients packed in this thang, so for me, I had to use extra sauce to dip and coat it all in flavor. The problem with these wraps though, is that the paper it wrapped in was getting stuck to the bread and would have to constantly peel it off that thang and it was a mess, unless you just don't mind eating the paper for some extra fiber. MEDI BOWL- The bowl was felt healthy and hearty; an all-around good dish. The crunchy garbanzo beans were a nice element to contrast against the other textures in the bowl. Again, i liked it with more sauce, but that's just me. Everything tasted fresh and delicious and I want to try the other menu items in the future.

Friendly, fast, and just always a pleasure to have around. With that being said, I love when seasonal items come around like the Tangerine dream - refreshing and healthy. And the entrees are usually pretty good as well. It's like a fun birthday gift in a form of a menu, bi then you have to order and pay for it. First Watch does provide you with a free entree with a purchase of another for your birthday! I just love a lot of these various dishes because it tastes fresh and it's consistently delicious. Some of the ones I tend to repeat are: The Traditional, Elevated Egg Sandwich, Farm-stand breakfast tacos, Lemon Ricotta pancakes, and Pesto Chicken Quinoa Bowl. It goes on. I never get tired of eating here. Prices are fair and portion is usually great! So I'll see you back again soon for breakfast, brunch, or lunch.

Highlights: I came for Monday brunch with my husband, and we got seated immediately. I thought that Customer service was very attentive, quick, and polite. I like that they have a wide variety of brunch items varying from healthy to decadent, savory to sweet, and they list the calories. The power bowl and the Floridian French toast were great! It's priced decently for a sitdown breakfast. Lowlights: Not a huge deal, but I thought the power bowl was a bit small in comparison to the French toast.
