I am sad that it took me this long to find a quality, delicious croissant in Southern Maine. This is not your average bakery. They had these tiny chocolate creme tarts/pie with mango coulis and wow. An absolute dream. Everything we tried was next-level--light, flavorful, not overly sweet, and clearly made with serious skill. My wife and I each grabbed something to bring home and enjoy a little later since we had breakfast nearby. My wife got their Tres Leche cake and absolutely loved it. While I got the Black Forest Petit Gâteau, that was perfectly rich yet balanced out and was good til the last bite.
