She is always here working incredibly hard, constantly on the move, and seemingly running the place. She is truly amazing, and she deserves to be recognized for the effort she puts in. However, during my visit today, I was genuinely concerned for her well-being. She nearly tripped and fell twice because of a sign that was in the way. What makes this even more concerning is that she was already injured last week with a concussion and bruised ribs. I genuinely feel this woman needs a break. Management should be looking out for her well-being and making sure she isn't pushing herself to the point of risking further injury. After nearly falling, she had to take a short break but quickly returned to work. From what I observed, she seems to be carrying so much of the responsibility, and it was concerning to see her continue working so hard while already injured. Missy is such a wonderful waitress and seems like an incredibly kind, hardworking person. She is always working her tail off, and she deserves to be treated with the same kindness, respect, and consideration that she gives to her customers. I sincerely hope management recognizes how valuable she is to your establishment and makes sure she has the support she needs from her coworkers and supervisors. Employees like her are the reason customers keep coming back, and she deserves to know that her hard work does not go unnoticed. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
