Make the reservation and GOOOOO here!!! We sat outside and had the best evening with our amazing service from Jessica! My friend and I shared the Caesar Salad, vegan. DELICIOUS and plenty of salad to share--we didn't eat it all. Could easily have shared with four people. I ordered the vegetarian chicken parm--made vegan. WOW!!! It was one of the best plant based dishes I've had!!! It's a pretty good size--if I lived here I would have wanted to take the leftovers. We finished our night with the Bananas Foster. The presentation of it and the taste--so delicious!!! Jessica was so friendly and personable with us, making it that much more enjoyable and memorable for us! Thank you!

This was a very nice dinner, but wasn't the best steakhouse I had gone too. It was a little bit louder on the inside than I had hoped, but maybe I had set the wrong expectations. The food was delicious tho!

I'm honestly not sure why this place has such a low rating. We dined at Catch Steak in Aspen a few days ago with a group of 12--including four kids--and had an incredible experience from start to finish. The service was top-notch: attentive, friendly, and efficient. The food was outstanding across the board. We ordered a wide variety of dishes--Caesar salad, carpaccio, crudo, sushi, steaks, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and more--and every single item was cooked to perfection. Despite our large group, the food came out quickly, hot, and beautifully prepared. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a fantastic dining experience. My favorite was the potato croquettes topped with caviar!

Catch Steak - Now Featuring 3D-Printed Wagyu Hard reservation. Packed house. Been to the Miami location and loved it--so expectations were high. Recommendation: they should stick to Catch and quietly delete Steak from the name. Sushi, sashimi, and rolls? Legit. No complaints. The steaks? I'm not sure where they caught these steaks, but it definitely wasn't from a cow. Party of 9. Four different steaks. All cooked perfectly... and all somehow tasteless, floppy, and oddly fish-adjacent. Impressive, honestly. I fell for the waiter's pitch--sold me a 20oz Wagyu like he was trying to clear end-of-month inventory. "Seven years to get," he said. Correct. It tasted like it spent all seven years waiting to be ordered. $300 for a salt delivery system. My son's Wagyu porterhouse: tasteless. Filet mignon: a confused lump of protein. The 14oz Wagyu strip was the only steak that seemed aware it was food. At this point, I'm convinced the steaks are AI-generated and 3D-printed in the back. Cooked medium-rare, downloaded medium-meh. Caesar salad was great--arrived after the steaks. The famous mushrooms showed up with dessert. Time here is more of a vibe than a schedule. They did comp dessert, which was appreciated. Also overheard several other tables complaining, so it wasn't just us. Either they can't handle the crowd... or they ran out of meat and hit "Print."

The steak here is meh. Sorry but not sorry. There was zero evidence my filet was wagyu. Not able to cut through it with a knife, kinda charred.....def not worth 104.00. We came for our anniversary and though the steak wasn't up to snuff, the sushi rolls were BEYOND fire. They were the best rolls in Aspen thus far. I eat A LOT of sushi btw. Hubby got the ribeye cap. It too was good but not worth the price. The Hamachi though. cry good. We sat at the bar, by choice, and the mixed drinks are amazing. The service by the bartender was also 5 star. The blue cheese creamed spinach was good for a side. I did like the atmosphere, very 70's loungy trendy. Lots of good people watching as well. We'd go back, but for the fish.

We were the first guest to arrive and they open, or super friendly and they seem like very tight group. Their cocktail selection was amazing. Had the Manhattan old-fashioned that was super fun drink. My steak was cooked to perfection and my wife's salmon was so delicious.

The food was fantastic, but for a steakhouse of this caliber the service was lacking. The host just stared at us before I introduced myself and indicated we had a reservation. Then, we were seated at a shared table with other guests, which was bizarre. Our server was distracted and not overly friendly. Many times we would say something and he would just walk away. The food, however, was very good. We started with beef carpaccio and the Caesar salad, which we loved. For dinner, we had two types of filet. They came out at the wrong temperatures. Fortunately, my husband and I just swapped steaks. The cocktails were good but pricey.

    - Got the dry aged bone-in strip. Taste and texture were great - The mac n cheese + broccolini sides were a good addition - Just the right amount of food for two people. We were stuffed afterwards - The mountain views are meh. There are hotels with better views than this - Good place to go for some steak in Aspen

Had the most delicious birthday dinner here on 12/29/2024. Could not have asked for a better night and tastier food! We had a lovely table upstairs and the atmosphere was perfectly lively, loud, and fancy. Service was incredible and so was all the food. Genuinely no complaints and I would order all the same things in a heartbeat. We had the pretzel bread of course, the Caesar salad, and vegetable sushi to start. Our mains were three fillet mignons, one veg chicken parm, and one spicy pasta. Our sides were the broccolini, mash potatoes, and mac and cheese. The fillet was perfectly cooked and salted. So delicious my mouth is watering even from looking back at the pictures! For dessert we ordered the banana cream brûlée which was a hit with my family. No crumbs left on any plates tonight! Such a cool restaurant and perfect for my birthday

Even the manager agreed that the menu is misleading. Then fix it!

From the moment we walked in, I loved the atmosphere -- it has such a cozy yet high-end feel that makes it perfect for a special occasion. Our server, Jay, was amazing. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and gave us great recommendations that really enhanced our experience. We ordered the Caesar salad, which I understand is one of their signature dishes, and it did not disappoint -- fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The onion soup was perfect for the weather, warm, comforting, and very tasty. We also had the burger, which was excellent and very satisfying. We didn't order more only because we had already had snacks on the mountain, but honestly, everything we saw being served around us looked incredible. It's definitely a place I would love to come back to in order to try more dishes. Highly recommend for both the ambiance, the service, and the quality of the food.

Hot, delicious, loved that the cheese was thin and not a thick layer. Same goes for the bread. 2. Ribeye cap (special; 8oz) - Very peppered with a crust on top. Delicious and more lean than I thought (which is not a bad thing). 3. Asparagus - Nice touch that they split them lengthwise. Salt and pepper, sauce on the side as requested. Very good. 4. Bison burger - Big, oily, messy. Truffle fries are average but good flavor. The bacon in the burger is overpowering so had to remove and put on the side. Overall a nice steakhouse dinner, especially for a mountain town. Recommend to try!

I came with my flight crew (just a couple of pilots in addition) and we just sat at the bar. I had the kale rotisserie chicken salad. The French Dip came with lots of prime rib and a cup of Au jus, with horseradish to cut down on the heaviness. Crispy chicken sandwich was my favorite! It came sliced in three so the portion was massive. The chicken had more of a Japanese katsu style breading on it so it was super crispy. The burger was also a solid choice. Great bun to filling ratio and the spicy slaw was a complemented the burger well. The fries were pricey and I didn't realize that they weren't a side but an appetizer, but these fries were super crispy and delicious. You could tell that they were fried freshly on the spot. The creamy sauce it came with paired well with them! Deviled eggs were savory and had a kick from the pickle relish. This was my first time eating creamed corn and I liked it! It was warm and creamy, with a slight kick from the jalapeño slices.

Our experience at Meat & Cheese in Aspen was disappointing from beginning to end…read more To start with, the food was mediocre in every sense. The quality did not justify the prices, the flavors were forgettable, and nothing we ordered stood out. Unfortunately, what happened afterward was far worse. My wife accidentally left behind a shopping bag containing a brand new pair of sunglasses she had purchased earlier that day. When she returned to retrieve them, our interaction with a server named Carson was deeply disappointing. Instead of simply confirming ownership in a courteous and professional manner, Carson repeatedly questioned whether the sunglasses were actually hers. He kept emphasizing that they were brand new and worth around $600, making it clear that he found it difficult to believe they belonged to her. It was impossible not to feel that she was being judged based solely on her appearance. There is absolutely nothing wrong with verifying ownership of a valuable item. In fact, we appreciate businesses that take lost property seriously. What is unacceptable is allowing assumptions and stereotypes to influence how customers are treated. One lesson worth remembering is that genuine elegance and long established wealth rarely need to announce themselves. Those who have had the privilege of success across generations often feel no need to advertise it with designer logos or outward displays. True class is reflected in education, humility, confidence, and, above all, in the way people treat others. Ironically, Carson's assumptions said far more about his own judgment than they did about my wife. No customer should ever be made to feel that they need to "look wealthy" in order to be treated with respect. We hope management addresses this issue seriously. The mediocre food was forgettable. Being judged and treated with prejudice is not. Every guest deserves to be treated with courtesy, professionalism, and dignity, regardless of how they are dressed or what assumptions someone chooses to make about them.
