TL;dr Catbird is racist, don't buy your jewelry from them. I went to Catbird to look at a gold chain bracelet that I wanted to get "zapped" on my wrist. I walked in and picked up the bracelet to look at it and the sales associate told me to put it down and to not touch anything even though the store was full of white girls all picking things up and handling them, yet I was the only one who was told not to touch anything until a sales associate could come "help" me. Then she said there wasn't anyone available right now to "help me" and then she said something about how she had to "watch" over the merchandise. It was very clear and very obvious that she was insinuating that I was trying to steal the bracelet and by saying there wasn't an available sales associate that she meant there isn't anyone to monitor me to make sure I was stealing and that I should exit the store. The store was literally packed full of white girls all handling and touching and trying on the jewelry, yet I (a woman of color) was the only one singled out and told not to touch the merchandise and there that wasn't an associate who was available to help me. I have never felt so humiliated in my life. This business is racist and clearly thinks that any person of color who walks into their store is trying to steal their merchandise. Please patronize another jewelry store that doesn't discriminate against people of color. UPDATE: They deleted my comment on their Instagram page calling them out on racially profiling their customers. Also if you search through previous reviews, there is at least 6 other reviews that have called them out on racial profiling/policing /refusing to serve customers who are ethnic minorities. I purchased online a ring without measuring my finger. When I received it unfortunately it was too big. I emailed customer service and the contacted me within a day and told me to bring it in to the boutique to exchange. When I arrived and told the same person my story, she was more than helpful and measured me for the perfect size. Customer service for Catbird is very good, I have had other issues and they have resolved (positively) each and every one of them. To say that I am obsessed with their jewelry is an understatement; I currently wearing 3 disco rings, a painters band amongst other rings. I love the boutiques, both in NYC and Brooklyn. read more

So my girlfriend loves Catbird jewelry and I got her a Christmas gift here once but had bought it online. That gift is one of her favorite pieces of jewelry, so for her birthday, I wanted to get her something else I knew she would like. This time though instead of buying online I went to the Bedford location because I live in the neighborhood, but that was a mistake. The sale experience completely turned me off to this pretentious little jewelry store. The sales associate seemed like I was inconveniencing her and was cold and unwelcoming. When she was ringing me up she gave unsolicited advice about how to make her job easier as a sales associate. Like, what? Forgive me for not knowing all the jewelry jargon, but sales is about giving good guidance and not being aloof. I was showed a single item (which I purchased) and spent less than 10 minutes in that store. I'm sure my girlfriend will love the necklace I got her, but won't be back. I placed an online order for 8 items during their Black Friday sale. All items arrived two weeks later, which was fairly quick, considering that one of the items had to be engraved. When I received my order, the engraving was lopsided, not centered properly, and one of the characters stood separately with part of it misaligned and crooked. I notified Catbird immediately, sending them pictures and informing them that the item was meant as a Christmas present, and asked them to get it re-done ASAP. Representative by the name Kat cheerfully replied the following day, saying that she'll inform the studio and will ship-out the new item to me quickly, and that was it. I sent four more messages and multiple pictures I took of the item in different lighting conditions, but Kat (or any other representative for that matter), chose to ignore my messages. As a result, I'm stuck with this awfully made item, which I'd be unable to gift as planned. While their items look cute online, and their business motto is the reason I chose Catbird to begin with, in reality their customer service is the worst, and if they send you a defective item, you'd be stuck with it! read more

I wear four earrings daily and just received my two rings. Packaging: extreme attention to detail. The added branded merch is a plus. Pricing: affordable but with more competitors coming into the market for affordable solid gold pieces - I hope they offer deals more often than just the annual Black Friday deal (I'm assuming is annual since they said it was the only sale of the year) I'm not going to lie - as a first gen Hispanic, I'm disappointed at the theme of racial profiling in the comments. I drove from Rhode Island through a torrential rainstorm to visit the Catbird Welding Annex. I was over the moon about their new barely there gold bracelet which is welded together on your wrist. The hours are 12-5 on Saturday and when I arrived at 3pm I was the last appoint they could take for the day. I was checked in by Christina and Rony and given my number. I took the wait time to visit the main Catbird store on Bedford just a few blocks away. Christina had graciously offer to take my cell number and call me when it was my turn. When it was my turn, I was measured for my bracelet and sat down with John, the jeweler whom explained the entire process to me. John skillfully attached the bracelet to my wrist and made sure it was the correct amount of dangle that I wanted for the bracelet. He then attached a tiny gold tube which I assume was some sort of gold sodder material and then used an electric sodder needle to zap the tub and permanently affix the bracelet to my wrist. I can not see where the welding happened- it's that perfect. There was no pain. Nothing touched my skin and all there was was a fast flash of light and a zap sound. . It was over before it began. My experience was exceptional! The wonderful conversation in the shop, the skilled attachment of the bracelet to my wrist, and the happy customers coming in and leaving with their bracelets was a delightful experience. I forgot that I had driven five hours in the rain and all I could think about was this pretty piece of shiny gold that was now attached my wrist. If I have any advice it's to go early. It's on a first come first serve basis. I can't say enough how happy I am to have this bracelet. Several people noticed it in my wrist today as I went about my Sunday. I love Catbird. I love how much heart and thought go into their offerings. Visit the Welding Annex on Driggs. Hours are for now 2-5 on Friday and 12-5 on Saturday. The cost was $94 plus tax. I'm completely smitten. I cannot attest to the delights of the physical store, but, I have ordered recently off of their website (which, side note, is easy to navigate and well done). First, everything is packaged exquisitely. It was such a pleasure to open my little boxes. Plus, shipping was super fast. I live on Long Island so it's not a long journey for the package to make, but, they shipped it out very quickly after ordering. The jewelry itself is beautiful and dainty (more about that later). I got four single (different) stud earrings since it seems I'm allergic to most of what I've put in my ears. I have all four in now and won't be switching out until I buy something else (from them). That said, they are a bit pricey. Yes, I get it, handmade, etc etc. but oy, c'mon. My one skull earring, which is smaller than my pinky nail, and with two "real" opals the size of pinheads...set me back $184. The other pinhead opal stud at $118 is a shocker as well, considering how, uh, dainty it is. To their credit, they do include a photo of it in the earlobe so if you pay attention better than I do you'll know what you're getting. haha. All that to say, I will actually be purchasing more from here because I love supporting local businesses and I can tell by their social media responses that they truly care about their product. I'd been cyber-stalking this chic shop through their IG and website for some time. I finally made my way to their quaint brick-and-mortar today and it was well worth the wait. I was assisted by a knowledgeable woman named Christina who was super patient and accomodating. I tried on everything I wanted in several sizes (I am cursed with fat fingers). I wanted a ring engraved. Christina took time to explain the protocol and showed me all the options they offered. The space is tight, though, and by the end of my transaction it was uncomfortably swamped. I didn't get to peruse the space as much I would have liked because it got so crowded, but this really only speaks to the popularity of the establishment. #Catbird needs more square footage but, it's New York so we do what we can. As for the actual jewelry, you can't find more uniquely delicate and interesting pieces than here. Their engagement ring options are for a bohemian spirit, not too concerned with huge solitaires. Their pieces are definitely for making statements and grabbing the attention of onlookers that pay attention to the meticulousness with which these gems are put together. Ugh! I ordered a custom sized ring on 7/29/2021. The lead time was 4-6 weeks and I got the ring in late August of 2021. On 8/3/2023, I contacted Catbird's customer service to ask if my ring was still in warranty, because it looked as if the center diamond was damaged. They told me it was no longer under warranty. I understand they have a strict 2 year warranty policy, but I was only a few days late contacting them about it. What was frustrating was the fact that I didn't even pick up the ring until late August, so I feel it still should have been covered under their warranty. The thing is, if customer service showed some empathy and was a little nicer about the situation, it would have been fine. But, if you read through the reviews here, you will see that Catbird's customer service team is not great. I have spent thousands of dollars at Catbird over the last couple of years so I find this situation unacceptable. read more

Good to know I'm not alone. All the reviews are correct. The customer service in the store is really lacking. I purchased my first Catbird Jewelry many, many years ago (probably 2011?) at the boutique and the saleswoman was helpful and I love my rings. I'd been wanting a few more so I finally trekked back to Williamsburg in my last trip to NY. Sadly my experience was as unpleasant as the majority of the reviews here. The saleswomen were selective about which customers they greeted, inattentive and generally annoyed by the presence of customers. On my first visit the saleswoman was knowledgeable, but these women didn't seem to know much or care much. It's unfortunate because I really like their jewelry. I did buy two new rings, but not sure I can return after being treated so poorly. Based on all the responses here the management knows there is an issue, why hasn't it been fixed? I'm updating my review to five stars. I've always loved Catbird and when I had an issue with a recent purchase they reached out immediately to rectify the situation. It is amazing and reassuring to know that in buying their product they will be responsive and do what it takes to keep their customers happy. I'm in love with all their jewelry and I'm now confident in purchases knowing that their customer service is excellent to back it up!!! I love Catbird so I hate to even give this two star review. About a week or so ago I purchased the Sweet Nothing ring in store. I was afraid given the design of it (a very dainty chain ring) that it may fall off or break. I was assured by the sales woman that the ring was strong and would loosen a bit but would not get to the point where it would fall off. Well, I happened to look down at my hand and noticed my ring gone (less than an hour after I was admiring it on my hand!). I assume it broke and fell off as it wasn't really big enough to just slide past my knuckle and off my finger. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. To be transparent, in the week that I had this ring I did not shower in it, did not wear it for any strenuous activity and did not wear it to bed either. Just during the day. Hi Jess, thank you for your response. I'm happy to send you an email directly to discuss this issue further, however, I actually think there's some merit in not taking this conversation offline. In regards to your point about some designs being less friendly to size adjustments, fine, but I would think that Catbird's commitment to making designs available in a wide size range would mean that the bracelet should come in more than one size. Also, as I said in my previous review, it seems disingenuous to say that the design would prohibit alterations and then suggest I take it to an independent jeweler for alterations. Respectfully, I don't think that the welding annex is a reasonable resolution for the company's sizing issue. The welding annex only offers two styles of bracelets to permanently solder onto the wearer, which for many people isn't helpful since a) you have to come to Williamsburg and b) the jewelry is on permanently. As a nurse I can't wear permanent jewelry, so unless you're saying the welding annex will offer adjustments, this is kind of a moot point. Is any of your jewelry other than rings offered in multiple sizes? Or if it's one size, will it fit an average-sized person? If not, I feel that the "commitment to prioritizing inclusivity" is just lip service. Your competitors offer their bracelets in one size that is adjustable from 6-7 inches. Yours tap out at 6.5 inches, max. Obviously it doesn't require extra technology to make a bracelet bigger, which leads the consumer to wonder if Catbird somehow hasn't figured out a way to make jewelry both bigger and long lasting as you said, or if this is a purposeful move by Catbird to only have small women wearing their jewelry. Honestly this isn't even an issue about wanting my bracelet altered anymore because I'm just going to take my business elsewhere. I don't expect you to publicly acknowledge that the sizing is alienating, but perhaps this is something you could bring up during a company meeting or something of that ilk. Although all the employees of catbird may feel differently on the inside, what you're saying through the products you offer is that you only want extra small women wearing your jewelry. I hope your response was genuine and you are planning on offering different sizes in the future. I'll keep an eye out for it. ________ I've loved Catbird jewelry for a long time- I own a few earrings and a ring that I adore. My boyfriend gave me the ballerina bracelet for Christmas as it's gorgeous- but it's very, very tiny. The circumference of the bracelet measures 6.5 inches, and the website says that the bar is adjustable for a custom fit, however, bending the bar doesn't actually change the circumference of the bracelet. I emailed customer service to see if it would be possible to add a couple links to the chain so it wouldn't fit so tightly but was told it wasn't possible to adjust this style of bracelet but I could go to a local jeweler to have links added (so it's possible just not by Catbird?). When you google "Catbird jewelry adjustment" there's a link that shows that they used to do adjustments for 20$ but when you click the page isn't available. I assume they used to offer adjustments but discontinued the service. I did some research into average wrist sizes, and it turns out 6.5 inches is considered an extra small. I'm irked at the implications of Catbird only offering jewelry in one tiny size. It's not the end of the world if I have to go pay even more money for an adjustment on an already very expensive bracelet, but I think if you want to size bracelets so small it's fair to offer affordable adjustments. Also, unfortunately in future I think I'm uncomfortable shopping at a company that only offers tiny sizes. It doesn't seem inclusive, and what does that say about the company? Catbird jewelry is only for extra small women? I prefer to shop companies with more inclusive marketing and styles, which is a real bummer because I love their designs. We got a beautiful engagement ring from here. After several months, the ring looked really cloudy and we weren't sure if it was a problem with the diamond or it just needed a cleaning. After bringing it in to Catbird and using their in-store ultrasonic cleaning device, it still wasn't as sparkly as I would have liked. Without a moment's hesitation, they suggested sending it in for a deeper cleaning, and even offered to send it back to the designer (in Japan) if I was still not satisfied. I was surprised at that last part, but the girl replied "Of course! We want you to be happy with your forever ring". About one week later, I received an email that the deep cleaning seemed to do the trick. Upon picking it up, I was so happy and relieved - it was sparkly and bright, as good as new. The store clerks were incredibly sweet throughout the whole process and I was given some tips on how to keep it clean in the future. (I came to the conclusion that I should not wear it around my neck at the climbing gym - with all the chalk particles that can get caught in the setting). I don't own a lot of jewelry so I can't say if their prices are expensive or not, but personally, I'm happy to pay slightly more for the level of service that was provided us. This month I received a 15% off coupon for my birthday, and we purchased our wedding rings as well. It was a significant discount and having the rings shipped to a family member in Jersey also helped to save on tax. Thanks for a wonderful experience, Catbird. That's fine because I understand everyone has bad days, but then the item I bought wasn't what they portrayed online (see pictures). Online it looks like the earrings go all the way around the ear, but in real life they do not. One of the models has smaller earlobes than me, so that doesn't really make sense. The photographs are stunning but I will not be shopping here again. If you read other reviews, it'll appear that this experience wasn't out of the ordinary. Being from LA, it was such a treat to stop by one of my favorite jewelry stores! Being able to try things on and see them in person, I was like a kid in a candy shop. My boyfriend and I wanted matching bracelets, and the store associate helping us was so kind and sweet. She patiently let us try on various styles multiple times, and kindly and helpfully provided her input on which styles looked best. She also answered all my questions thoroughly and helped me try on many other ring styles, which I appreciated. We ended up purchasing the matching bracelets and a few rings and earrings, and she helped us pack everything up securely, including a ring I had purchased for my sister which was specially wrapped in a separate gift bag without me asking. All in all, a lovely experience, and I wouldn't have expected less. Now I have to stop by every time I'm in New York! Unfortunately I didn't get her name but she is Asian with medium to long length hair, hopefully that helps her some credit :) COVID-wise, the shop is small but they are strictly limiting the number of customers to three. I have the Sweet Nothing choker and bracelet from Catbird--they are beautiful chains, but there is something seriously wrong with the quality. The choker arrived in the mail with a faulty clasp. I had that replaced immediately, but then the new necklace fell off without my noticing! Unfortunately, Catbird does not replace "lost" jewelry, only offering a coupon for a replacement purchase. But since the bracelet also fell off without me noticing, (though luckily I found it in my house), I'm wary of rebuying even with a coupon. I should also add that I am very careful with my jewelry, never wear them to sleep or in the shower, and wipe them gently each night before putting them away. Buyer beware! read more

My boyfriend and I came to Catbird because we've been talking more seriously about getting engaged, and it seems like 3/4 of the rings I like online come from Catbird's Wedding Annex. It's still a really big deal to be thinking about really doing this, so we of course didn't make an appointment and had to circle the store before we got the gumption up to actually go in! Despite this, the woman who was there was SO incredibly helpful. She walked us through all of her options, and even gave us the names of a few other jewelers once it became clear that Catbird just didn't have what I'm looking for. At no point did I feel pressured, and although they didn't have what I might want when the time comes, I got some great ideas and would definitely come back as some of the vintage rings will obviously change with time. I think if you're looking for a unique engagement ring that isn't what all of your friends are wearing, this should be your go-to place. Unfortunately, (for me) I don't want a diamond, which is actually a huge pain in the butt. It's partially a moral stance, since I work in international development, but also just a personal preference. At least from looking online, it appeared that Catbird had some diamond alternatives, and just some really gorgeous but unique pieces that I wanted to see if I loved as much in-person as I did on pinterest/Instagram. (Which, if you don't follow them on Insta, you should). Sadly, when I got there many of the rings I thought I loved were much more delicate and dainty, and not really of the engagement ring (just gorgeous, though!) variety. The other, more engagement-ring-esque non-diamond rings still had diamond accents. The only ONLY reason I'm not giving Catbird 5 stars isn't because they didn't have what I wanted but because the girl who was helping us (who again was SO kind and helpful) was dismissive of my not wanting a diamond for moral reasons, saying that all of Catbird's jewelry is ethical, and how raw diamonds are different than polished diamonds, etc. The diamond industry is problematic, and even ethical jewelry comes with caveats, but whether you agree with that or not I think when a customer has a preference it's better to honor that than it is to try to convince them of your view. I know she's in sales, and this is my thing and she was just doing her job but I just maybe would like to see more jewelry that isn't diamond-centric, and an understanding from salespeople that there are ladies like me who have that preference and that it's okay! read more

Kinda disappointed with my welding experience I had 2 weeks ago. The staff wasn't friendly at all. Felt like a herd of sheep one after another. I was a bit concerned about the tightness of my bracelet, but the welder assured me it would stretch. 2 weeks later it is still tight and at times uncomfortable. The wicked game anklet broke as soon as I put it on, but thankfully I noticed and I was able to exchange the item for something else. I have seen other reviewers write about this clasp problem. I also had issues with the Maleficent Black Diamond Stud, as the backing feels a little loose and does not feel as secure as my other brand earrings. They have fallen out twice. I replaced them two times. One of the backings just cracked while the earring was in my ear. At this point, I have taken $480 and thrown it in the garbage. :( While I love this store and their jewelry, there is a quality/durability issue with their clasps and earring backings. I began browsing and a woman who worked there came over and stood by me while I browsed, still not acknowledging my presence. As a person of color, I felt profiled. My number one rule is to never buy anything from a store that does not acknowledge or greet me as a customer. I decided to leave, and the woman finally spoke to me, saying goodbye. I love this place! I live part-time in New York City, and shamefully admit that I had not made my way over to Williamsburg in seven years. Eek Please don't hold that against me... My friend and hairstylist suggested that I check out Catbird. I was always admiring her rose gold jewelry and every time I went in she reminded me of the name of the place. :-) I picked a bad day to go (subway lines down and busing people in) but it was worth the trip. First, fantastic selection of jewelry. Everything is super unique and truly beautiful. A lot of pieces are very delicate looking and feeling. They have a huge selection of Rosegold, which is quite hard to find. Great small pieces to fit on tiny fingers or at the first knuckle. I have had a heart-shaped rose gold ring, two thin wire rings and a pinky ring on now for one year. I haven't had any breakage, although the heart ring is out of shape and bent quite a bit. I may take it in and see if they can do something. On a recent trip to California, I wanted to check out their online store. That's when I found the spiderweb Rosegold ring! They shipped it to Cali, and I've been wearing it for a few months. I get compliments on it almost daily. Can't wait to pick up the same ring in white gold! I was there on a busy Saturday, and yes the place was packed. But, the sales people were super helpful. I was overcharged by accident, and pointed it out after the sale was complete. They quickly did a refund and fixed the problem. Packaging was great and fantastic gifts. I have placed two online orders since and they arrive quickly and have great support. Stackable rings. On trend, small designers. Unique gold pieces. I fell in love with Catbird online. They are known for their variety of stackable rings and inspiration on how to wear them. They also carry a variety of really cool, lesser known artisan jewelers that make beautiful work. Most of what Catbird specializes in are on the dainty side. Their prices are reasonable, although for simple, plain bands, you may be able to find better deals online elsewhere. It was fun visiting the shop, but while the customer service experience was better than for some reviewers ( not bitter or rude), CB could still improve upon its service and improve sales. I asked to see a ring and a lovely sales person helped me, but the experience was a little cold. Normally, I don't like the hard sell, but trying on rings in a pro- stack store seems like a no brainer-- the more, the better. It would have felt more enjoyable has someone encouraged trying on as many rings as possible... Instead, you kind of feel like you are bothering someone to try rings on. It's called supreme apricot and it is gorgeous, simple, delicate, unique, and oh so perfect. I love looking at it everyday. It is rose gold with demi pave diamonds. The diamond setting is so unique and whimsical. My fiance ordered it online and had it delivered to Denver. The ring came in a box and came with a jewelry cleaning solution. I have received a lot of compliments on my ring. My co-worker even said that my ring is her dream ring! Their prices vary based on the designer. I'm a huge fan of tiny studs... to find ones that are really tiny + attention to detail = rare. catbirdnyc has some of the cutest, tiniest earrings (which I'm forever grateful). The only thing that sucks is the backings that come with the earrings. I made an appointment with the Catbird Wedding Annex to look at wedding band ring options for me and my fiancé. An appointment is required. My fiancé was working and could not attend during the hours available. The salesperson was helpful but I sensed an attitude that wasn't friendly. She asked if my fiancé was in town in a way that seemed to question why my significant other wasn't with me. A follow up email was sent to me noting the rings I favored and asked if I had a wedding date/time frame. I replied with dates and asked about timing since the ring I liked wasn't available in store in the metal of my choice. I also asked if it was possible for my fiancé and I to visit this weekend for him to see the two rings, and I never received a response. I emailed 2 days later and still no response. We went to Macha, a jewelry store in Greenpoint, Saturday am and loved the selection, however, I still wanted to show my fiancé the 2 rings at Catbird. We decided to stop in and ask if I could try on the rings without an appointment. On the way he realized he left his bag at Macha and had to run back to grab it. I went ahead and asked the sales staff at Catbird if we could have 5/10 minutes to view the rings. The reply was yes and the 2 rings were pulled and put on a tray. Please note-No one was in the store. Unfortunately, 2 minutes later the sales person was going to lunch, but she introduced me to someone whom she said would help me when my fiancé arrived. 5 minutes later he arrived and it was apparent the sales person wasn't interested in helping. The store has a small check in table at the door with masks and hand sanitizer and she grabbed the tray and brought it to the small table. I asked if I had to try the rings on there and she said yes. Instead of taking us back to the counters we were at a tiny table by the door. It was obviously a way to say you don't have an appointment and you will have to try the rings on In the corner. I asked her a question about the rings and was given answers with an attitude. She wasn't happy and made it obvious. I gave the rings back and asked if I could show my fiancé the rings for men. He and I had spent 2 minutes reviewing my potential rings. One appointment was in store with another sales person but no one else. Our sales person said ahh, I guess so and she left the room. She left the room! She went to the back room and I could hear her talking to another sales person for approximately 5 minutes and it was obvious she was complaining about us! Her coworker came out and we asked her a few questions about the rings and she was helpful and pleasant however the other sales person never returned. It was beyond obvious she was annoyed that her coworker said we could see the rings and we did not have an appointment. If she had an appointment I'd understand her being annoyed but she did not have a customer and there was a 3rd salesperson in store! What type of service is this? do you want to sell jewelry? Or stand at a counter with no customer? I was viewing 2 rings priced around $2000-$3000 and my fiancé was looking for a platinum band. I do believe everyone should be treated with respect when shopping regardless of the $$ potentially being spent, however they lost a potential sale of $5000 from us with the lack of common curtesy and professionalism. I work as a shopper in film and tv and have purchased clothing and jewelry in countless stores in nyc and Los Angeles and I have never been treated so disrespectfully. Buying wedding bands should be a fun and happy experience and if it was an issue to show me 2 rings for 10 minutes then I should not have been told it was ok. I would have understood but to tell me it was ok and then mistreat me is not. The experience made us decide quickly that we were going to proceed with purchasing rings from Macha and we placed our order with the designer the next day and we are very happy and we will have custome made rings made for us in one weeks time to accommodate our elopement. I still don't have a reply from the Catbird customer service who I emailed twice. Catbird needs to take a look at their customer service in store and online and implement new training. I attended a pop up when they were in California a few years ago and got 3 permanent bracelets. The 2 gold ones are wearing nicely, but within a few months the 1 white gold began looking gold, and now all 3 look the same color. Every few months I cleaned them per the website's instructions, yet the white gold still looks like traditional gold. I finally emailed customer service and was told, "For your white gold bracelet, as we do not plate our white gold at all it is natural for it to gradually turn slightly more yellow gold over time and it this is very common for solid white gold jewelry, this is because it's the natural color of the gold!" 1. I responded to this customer service email that it could have been helpful for the person who sold the jewelry to me or the person who "zapped me" to mention this, because if their white gold is going to look gold: I might not have purchased it; possibly why they didn't say anything? I am frustrated that between 2 associates at my point of sale= it was never mentioned. 2. I have had 3 fine jewelry pieces in white gold for over 10 years (worn almost every day) and this has never happened, and I was very offended at the emailing associate's mention "this is very common for white gold" to begin to look like traditional gold after some time...No, it isn't. Now I am informed that it is common for non-plated white gold to begin looking gold, but this was not in any scripture about the piece when I purchased it nor (as I mentioned) verbally shared. I was thrilled when they came to California a few years ago as I had followed them for awhile on social media, and am incredibly disappointed in their product and customer service. read more
