He was patient, explained the different treatment options clearly, and even showed us how to tell the difference between termite droppings and droppings from other pests. A week later, Tony and his father came to replace the damaged wood and perform the chemical treatment. They did an excellent job with everything--the wood repairs, painting, and termite treatment were all done very carefully. They also cleaned up all the dust and debris afterward, so we didn't have to clean up anything ourselves. Great work, reasonable pricing, and very professional service. I would definitely recommend them!

We recently had a sudden ant infestation in both the kitchen and the bathroom prolly due to the recent heat. (Re: the bathroom, they were apparently attracted to the scent of body wash.) James was available within just 24 hrs and came within the stated time window and discovered three trails and colonies in our backyard. He used a special treatment that the ants take back to their nest to kill the whole colony. Within 48 hrs they were completely gone. Victory! He also followed up the next day to check up on us. Great service. James is professional, knowledgeable, and quite the gentleman. Thank you for swiftly solving yet another of our home's pest problems!

Always service with a smile. Not only are they on time, they usually arrive early for their service appointments. Not sure about you but it's definitely hard to find a combination like this in the service industry these days. I normally take care of bug sprays around the house myself but last year, we had a really crazy ant infestation that I couldn't figure out why or find the source until I desperately reached out to DM. They came out the same day and identified the source was coming from my neighbor's tree(s) (one out front and one in the back corner adjacent to our yard). Being that my neighbor are older, we just decided to take care of it for them for our own sanity. The same neighbor just told me the other day, "no wonder, I didn't have any ant problems this whole year" after I had told them we had hired DM to keep the ant problems at bay since last year. They were too embarrassed to say anything about it years prior. Anyway, DM's rate/service is of great value. It's a bi-monthly rate, but they also will come out in between if there are any flare-ups with bug issues. Big shoutout to David, Michael and Kyle for always having a great attitude when I reach out!

Got responses back from a few places but PAL was the first one which had an opening the following monday for inspection. Dax was knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had and took time to do so where a few other quotes from other companies either seemed hurried or inflated values. Ironically all the companies I got quotes from used the same product so I went with PAL Pro because they took the time to explain the process thoroughly and price was competitive. I was able to make a request with Dax to drill a few extra holes in the area based on other quotes without extra charge since it was centrally located in the same spot. A termite was even expelled due to the product used so proof there was pests to be rid of. Great customer service and fast response time. I got 4 quotes from the yelp project tab.
