This is mostly a takeout joint though there are a few counter seats. You can also purchase jars of Frank's own house-made pickled goods, preserves, and bottles of hot sauces in the store. I haven't tried those but hear they're good so will pick up some next time.

These folks seem like they went from a more spacious location into this Italian hole in the wall joint banging out fantastic service and seriously tasty sandwiches. From the seasony and may I say, thin+fried eggplant, creamy mozzarella, fresh arugula, tomatoes to the balsamic+oil to make the entire sandwich moist- but still has a crunch. My two vegetarian sandwiches have been hands down delicious. Between the Pellegrino selections, other beverages, the top-notch friendly service- you'll get quality, great value and 'wow' factor- all in this itty bitty spot.

I asked for the omelette to be made with egg whites but received a regular omelette instead, which was fine--it was still really good. Everything was delicious, but the fluffy pancakes with strawberry butter were definitely the highlight. We all loved them! The coffee was good as well. Service was attentive without being overbearing, which we appreciated. Our total came to a little over $40, which felt reasonable for everything we ordered. Would definitely come back if we're in the area again!

Some of the booths need to be reupholstered, the menus are starting to come apart, the waiter we had, could barely get the orders straight and to the table in a timely manner. It was if we were in a Gordon Ramsay Kitchen Nightmares episode and didn't know it. Pastrami could've been used as roof shingles, it was that hard. My order was supposed to come with potato salad and he brought macaroni. Duh. My friend ordered the pastrami with lettuce and tomato on the side. They put hot pastrami on top of a cooked tomato and no lettuce. Double Duh! Another friend of mine had the sliders. Yeah, they could slide just like a hockey puck can slide. They were just as hard and tough as a hockey puck. The Cole slaw looks like someone put it through a mixmaster. It had the consistency of sawdust; you couldn't make out the coleslaw from anything else that was in it. It looks like they're riding on their long existence and the Guy Fieri visit from DDD to bring in the diners. Come to think of it, it was odd that it was the dinner hour, and the place was practically empty. Doubt we'll be back.
