Greek Wrap

Excellent and super friendly service! We had a wonderful meal with the kids Menu as all diners, is really really extensive. So you really get to choose from a real deal variety of options! Kids had the kids menus chicken nuggets and french toast sticks (includ a drink and ice cream) We got the Greek wrap, chicken orzo soup and breakfast wrap. Everything was good and yummy! Will definitely come back

While visiting Kingston we very much wanted a solid diner breakfast and we got just that! The staff is super sweet and delightful. The food was cooked perfect and came in solid portions for the price. The vibe is classic American diner.

Steak and eggs. I opted for fries instead of the hash brown.

The food and service were excellent. We went this weekend for their brunch. Saturday and Sunday....delicious! The hash was the best my husband has had in a long time. He had an omlette cooked to perfection. I had the Benedict trio the first day ( no pics..everything was so tasty) and the steak and eggs Sunday. The London broil was so tender and seasoned to well..no steak sauce for me. A gem of a find and our new go to

This is a dependably friendly place to hang out. It is an old-school diner in the best Greek hospitality tradition. They let me sit there all day and read and write. Servers teach me Greek expressions, or try to. It's someplace I can go any time and eat and hang out in peace. If they were still open 24/7 I would be hanging out there at 2 am. As the Gluten Avenger, however, I only Yelp about gluten issues, and I am happy to say that Broadway Lights is accommodating, intelligent about the issue, and have many options available. You can get pancakes. You can get a gluten free Reuben sandwich. Everything is house made. The cook is fantastic. What more can I say? I'm about to head over now.

Broadway Lights Diner is excellent. The food is tasty, hot and heaped! There are TV's, great sort of ritzy ambiance. It's clean. They sanitize the seat the table. Ate the specialty meat sandwich with fries and a cup of original New York chowder. The soup is tasty, fries crisp - meat sandwich hearty. Staff are friendly, serve food purposefully. No outdoor. Limited parking. Rebel review: 5

This place is a gem, reminds you of the old time diner with home cook meals. The portion is huge, came here twice in a row, weekend brunch special morning glory comes with coffee. Yelp check in comes with a soup but seems like the waitress didn't know about it but they still honor it. The food taste very good and the service was excellent. There are two parts of seating area easy to keep distance.

ordered food from this diner & found this in the corner of our to-go tray.

We ordered food from this nasty diner and found this in our tray, when we called the woman on the phone was not surprised whatsoever and wh we went back to get our refund the man said they called an exterminator.... while there was people actively eating in the restaurant while everyone who works there knows about this issue. They should be shut down.

We had breakfast here back-to-back on our trip to Catskills. As far as diners go, Broadway Lights hits the nail on the head. Not too fancy, just solid tasting breakfast. Service was fantastic - our waitress was good about frequently checking on us for more coffee or anything we needed. Can't say you get the same attentive service at even Michelin restaurants. My favorite thing here are the buttermilk biscuits. They are done to perfection - the secret is placing the cooked halves on the griddle for a few seconds to make it ever so slightly toasted. If you're looking for a no frills breakfast before heading out for hiking, this is your place.

My fiancé and I came here before going on a hike in the Catskills. We were both famished, and Broadway Lights Diner & Cafe did not disappoint! I had the Stuffed French Toast with cream cheese & topped with strawberries. I also had an egg cream. Both were amazing and filled my stomach up quickly. My fiancé had the Country Skillet, which he loved. In addition, our server was extremely kind. Anyone in the Kingston area should definitely check them out and give them your business!

I was in a local motel, and I didn't want to go out, so I did a DoorDash. What an amazing meal…read more I started with the chicken soup of the day. Yes, they have a different chicken soup each day. Mine was with the orzo. There was plenty of chicken, the orzo was just the right consistency, and the soup was delicious. For my sandwich, I had the gobbler wrap. Basically, Thanksgiving dinner in a wrap.. I love these type of sandwiches. It had turkey, cranberry, and apple stuffing. There was plenty of tender turkey, the stuffing was both sweet and rich at the same time, and the cranberry played very well with the other items in the sandwich. It was an amazing sandwich. From my side, I ordered the cilantro rice, and they sent me a giant tub of cilantro rice. The rice was perfect, perfectly done, and the cilantro added a very nice flavor. And if that is not enough food, it also came with coleslaw and a dill pickle. I loved the pickle, and the coleslaw was delicious, and not overdressed. They gave me enough food to last several meals, and the price was reasonable. I will try this place again. Thank you!

All that plus a tip makes this an expensive DINER. Diners used to be much less expensive than regular restaurants, but that isn't the case anymore. My feeling is, get one dish and split it. Frankly, they give you too much food anyway. I always have leftovers, and that's nice, but I'd rather have the choice of being able to eat my meal in one sitting than always take some home.

I felt like breakfast, so I had the Tuscan omelette. Portobello mushrooms, and roasted red pepper, with mozzarella cheese. It also had Home fries, and I had rye toast. Everything was good. The omelette was tender, I love, portobello mushrooms, and while I don't care for green bell pepper, I really do like red pepper The fact that it was roasted gave it more of a deep flavor. There was a good amount of mozzarella, but not so much that it overtook the rest of the ingredients. Everything played very well with each other. The potatoes were perfectly done, as was the toast. It was not overdone, like some can be. I ended up taking some of my breakfast with me, and then I also ordered an order of the bread pudding to go. Bread pudding is a diner, staple, and they do it very good here. It was tender, the custard was good, just a fantastic bread pudding overall. As of March 2025, there was a very minimal "egg surcharge", very understandable, and there is also a small surcharge if you choose to pay with anything other than cash. They don't try to hide it, they clearly post both of these surcharges. Even with all of that, the price was still very reasonable. I want to come back and try more things. Thank you.

The moment I stepped foot in the diner, I was instantly enveloped in a nostalgic and cozy atmosphere. It was full of charm with all the decorations. Definitely what you would picture in those classic movies/shows. Food was 10/10!! I ordered the buttermilk pancakes which is what they are most famous for and for good reason too! Fluffy and light and amazing portions (5 big pancakes with mixed berries)! The pancakes were so good that we bought a bag of pancake mix to take home. My sister ordered the eggs any way and she loved everything that came with it: eggs, choice of bacon or sausage, potatoes, and toast. Everything on the menu looked absolutely delicious and it was hard to decide what to order. They have weekly specials as well. Our waitress Susie was an absolute sweetheart and made our entire experience memorable. That being that we had asked her for some more water and by the time she came back around, someone else had already stopped by and filled up our glasses. She apologized for the delay by giving us a free chocolate chip cookie and it was the best damn cookie I've had in a long time. She went above and beyond for something that wasn't a big deal, but we appreciated the thought. I'd definitely come back here if I'm near the area.

That was a power move on our part. It started to get packed quickly! The food was good! I got the biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were nice and buttery. So soft. The gravy was great, too. It was lacking a TAD bit of flavor. I wish the sausage pieces were a little larger, too. The pancakes, which they are known for, were good! They were soft and pillowy. Delish. The service was good. Our waiter was spread thin for a little while her coworkers came in about an hour after we were seated. They had merch to buy and of course I had to partake! Such cute little souvenirs! Overall, a great place to visit!!! Especially if you're a Severance fan!
