This was the worst service I've had since my early days at European Wax Center, and I actually left my appointment crying. I had booked my usual Brazilian + butt cheeks. Last week, I called to reschedule and learned--only because I called--that the waxer I've been seeing for the past year was no longer there. Management never informed me ahead of time, which I found unprofessional. When I rescheduled, I was told there were two other stylists available, so I agreed to book with anyone. When I arrived, I found out mid-appointment that my waxer had only started a week ago. She was very nice personality-wise, but the process was extremely messy--sugar in my hair, on my legs, all over the table, and on my clothes. She went over the same area 10-15 times, causing intense pain and burning. The service, which normally takes 20-30 minutes, dragged out to an hour and 15 minutes. I left sticky, covered in powder, and feeling awful. When I got home, I discovered I was bleeding, raw, and still had numerous hairs left. I immediately called and went back today for a "retouch" with Kristin. She was kind, professional, and quick--exactly how it should have been the first time. At checkout, I brought up the situation and requested a refund for yesterday's service. Unfortunately, the front desk employee was too new to process it, so I was told management would call me. As of now, I'm still waiting for that call. I used to love coming here, but all the skilled waxers seem to be gone, and management's lack of communication and follow-up is disappointing. For such a personal and vulnerable service, clients deserve to feel safe, respected, and cared for. Sadly, I can no longer recommend this location.

I had mentioned at 11 am (being in the chair for over two hours at this point) that i had to leave within the next 15 minutes and she responded we were almost done. She globbed on cuticle oil all over my calves and now was rushing to get me out of the chair, the front desk person didn't offer me any discount even though I didn't get the whole service I paid for $100+ Toes came super cute not going to lie about that, but not even three days later one toe chipped and another polish fell off completely. I've never had no chip act like this usually lasts me for months. I didn't check out until 1145, being in the chair for almost three hours when the time for service said 60 minutes was obnoxious and my relaxing time was over very quickly, if you have plans cancel them and take off work to get services done here because that is waaay too long. Since they're by appointment when I arrived the parking lot was empty but I only waited a short time. I did arrive quite a bit early and saw that they had a break in times between sets of appointments. When I arrived I was greeted by the owner and her adorable daughter! She made the wax go by so quick and as painless as possible! There was the option to wear disposable underwear and a robe. The whole experience was wonderful and she was so knowledgeable about the products she was using. It was nice to know that she respected that some people aren't completely comfortable changing in front of strangers or being exposed. Since I've been waxed plenty of times this wasn't the case but it's a good thing for first timers. Overall I'll definitely come back and try a Brazilian next time with how comfortable I felt with her! It is in a quiet room with one other pedicure chair, with low lighting, soft music playing, and fresh smelling aromatherapy. I'm not a huge fan of scents but they used real essential oils (not fragrance), and they were so calming and pleasant. The pedicure starts with a brief foot soak in a warm and relaxing seat. Once you soak for a few minutes they give you a blanket, a warm neck wrap, and recline the chair to zero gravity, and give you an eye cover.
