Even though our techs started at the same time, my pedi was completely done before her nails were started. So I guess it was time efficient? Maybe my feet were in better shape? I don't know. Immediately after she finished my nails, my tech left. She eventually started on that same clients manicure and never returned. I was left wondering how long I was supposed to wait before putting my shoes on. I usually do my own nails but I treat myself from time to time. It wasn't much of a treat. I had a difficult time tolerating the chemical smell that permeated the room but perhaps that is to be expected. The pedi was very basic, little and inconsistent amount of time spent on the exfoliation and "massage" from left to right foot but the nails turned out ok. The salon could benefit from daily upkeep after a good cleaning. It doesn't give you a warm fuzzy feeling. Looks a little worn for the wear. I kind of felt like I needed to wash my hands when I got home. I was also under the impression that the price on Yelp was accurate but I paid $7 more than expected for the service. If I had known the price, I would have gone somewhere else. They didn't honor the price I saw. That caused me to drop another star.

Heads up, they do not do dip powder. But It's actually a good thing because it's not sanitary. You're actually dipping your nails that other people have dipped in. So why risk an infection! I only do acrylic for my birthday and I like having gel on my natural nails. I was able to find a color that I liked right away. Most places I feel forced by the limited color selection. Lisa took her time but wasn't too slow like my last nail tech at another location. She put enough coats so that you couldn't see my nail and cleaned up the edges. My pet peeve is when they don't paint my WHOLE nail. Always exposing the side of my nails! She did a wonderful job! I am so happy. I will be returning again. *Also they prefer cash for tips. What was supposed to be a relaxing manicure turned into a very frustrating and disappointing…read moreexperience. The technician who initially worked on my nails had to redo them multiple times after the manager pointed out that he wasn't properly filing them after removing my dip polish. Even after several attempts, my nails still looked uneven and poorly done. During the process, he repeatedly bumped into my nails, smudging the polish again--I'm not sure if it was nerves, but it made the situation worse. Eventually, a second technician had to step in and redo all of the work from the beginning. By this point, I had been sitting there for so long that my back was hurting, and I no longer had the patience to go through yet another redo. The final result still looked far from acceptable, especially after multiple attempts. At one point, I was told the polish "wouldn't dry" and was asked to pick a different color, yet after shaking the bottle, they continued using it anyway. Overall, the quality was extremely disappointing. This service is not cheap, and I expect a certain level of professionalism and quality. Despite everything, I still tipped the first technician, but I left feeling embarrassed and upset about how my nails looked. When I returned to request a refund, I was told they could redo the polish again. At that point, I had already sat through multiple attempts and did not want to go through the same experience again. My request for a refund was denied, which made the situation even more disappointing. Overall, this was a very poor experience with both service quality and customer care.
