So I drive 60 mile round trip to spend $134. at the Castle Megastore 8315 E Apache Trail Mesa & the toy is not working. 60 mile back so they can tell to contact the maker of the toy! I can see people liking this place who are not frequenters of adult stores and get all "squeeeee, vibrators! trashy lingerie!" You know who you are. You come in with your girlfriends and giggle and cling to each other as you point at the dildo section. Yep, we all see you and you look like morons. As someone who works in an adult establishment and comes in looking for work stuff, Castle blows. I've given them a few tries simply because it's down the street. They have a very limited selection of shoes and I've never found anything good for work use. Seems to be geared mostly toward women playing dress-up for their husbands. If they do have a style you like, chances are they won't have your size. Everything is marked up a good bit; the same stockings I buy at Fascinations or online for $10 are $15 here. The lingerie is cheap crap with ridiculous price tags stuck on it. This is not quality stuff. It should not be priced at Frederick's or VS levels. No dancer discount - booooooooooo on that. They should seeing as there's a club right down the road that I'm sure brings plenty of business. I also get carded every time, and that irritates me. Corporate policy, yada yada... I'm obviously well over 18. I don't get carded at bars or any other adult store. The attitude from the (female) staff comes off as "Little girl, I need to see your ID" with a lot of self-importance. It would be slightly less annoying if done right at the front door; I don't enjoy being chased down and my shopping interrupted so they can hover there with crossed arms, while I dig through my Mary Poppins purse to find my wallet. We LOVE this store! My husband and I go in there often. The staff are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. When it comes to toys, they staff will take they out of the packages and let you see and feel them before you purchase so you know what you're buying as they have a No Return policy on those (for obvious reasons). The staff also always take as much time as you need from them to help you with anything. They make you feel comfortable even if you're venturing into a new area of play. Last October, I wanted a pair of shoes, but this store didn't have my size. They took the time and called several of the other stores until they found them for me. The store has been recently remodeled and it's now so open and light. This store is very couples friendly. We always spend more than we plan on when we go in there. We don't usually visit the store too often these days due to using the Internet for purchases. He is friendly, patient, helpful, intelligent, articulate, educated and up to date with store sales and specials. He is able to discuss my needs and wants as a woman in relation to a product as well as how the product is / is not capable of meeting my husbands needs at the same time. Because Robert is able to understand both aspects of sexuality and discuss it thoroughly and maturely, he really is able to offer a unique expertise that keeps both of us more than happy. Robert has the necessary experience to ensure your purchase is perfect. They are really welcoming people and when I first went in I was embarrassed because I've never gone in before but they asked if I needed anything so I asked there opinion n they directed to me to books to learn and the stuff I might need and when I wanted to try stuff on they let me wear whatever I saw and even give disposable thongs which surprised me but they asked what I wanted to wear and made sure I liked it and that I fit everything and even let me ask there opinion on how it looked so they were a ton of help and would put everything ur buying at the register so u didn't have to carry it and even volunteered to teach me how to clean my toys so I really recommend it for woman I don't know to much how they treat the men there read more

HORRIBLE VERY RUDE!!! My friend and I bought a beaded skirt belt and another skirt ended up not wearing it so I brought it back the next day and just because the tag was separated from the zip tie that was holding it onto the garment they refused to accept my return. I could understand if I had bought a toy or undergarment of some sort, but this was a crystal beaded skirt BELT which is CLEARLY worn over your clothing and therefore on the OUTSIDE of your body and they STILL refused to take it back. The woman was very rude and short with me during our conversation as well. Didn't catch the name of the employee but she's a heavyset older woman with long blonde hair and glasses. I'm usually a frequent customer (literally have been to this location 3 times within the last 2 weeks) but I will be taking my business back to fascinations after this incident!
